Located in a nice quiet area with other pet shops in the same area. They speak very good English and has very good attentive service. They have drop in service between 12-16 and I came to get my dog passport and vaccines all went without any problems or delay . They even kept open 15 minutes longer because i was late. Highly recommended.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET SHOP! I thought this was a good vet shop because my boyfriend recommended it, also to my surprise Dr Dogai Barbara spoke perfect English, I brought my cat in for a check up and she told me he was sick and I should feed him medicine for a month before moving forward. My cat died surprisingly after 3 weeks, I messaged and called her when he died and she couldn’t care less about her patient dying! No reply EVER. Thank you for NOTHING Dr. Dorgai…

I've been to a couple of veterinary clinics in my life, but I've never met such expensive and expensive baggage! No matter how you bring the animal in, they try to impose some kind of surgery on it. And would someone tell me that in a place where you usually leave not a small amount anyway, how can they ask HUF 1,200 for writing a prescription?!

I am not satisfied with the veterinary clinic's service, and unfortunately I am disappointed with the thoroughness of their treatment and their professional preparation. We always went here for vaccinations until the kitten was 7.5 years old, and we were always satisfied with the services. At least we thought so, because the cat never had any complaints. However, after our last visit, I have serious objections. After the kitten started limping on its left hind leg, we went to them. They took an x-ray and although nothing abnormal was found, they gave him a painkiller. The doctor said if it doesn't go away in a week to bring it back. Since it was gone, we didn't take it back, they didn't say anything to the effect that it could be a problem of some other origin, requiring further investigation. Now the problem came up again a month and a half later, but now he started limping on his right front leg. Since his leg is not the same, we thought it could be something else, so we thought it would be better to consult another veterinarian. This new doctor examined the kitten much more closely and found that she had rudimentary muscular atrophy. In addition, she was malnourished and her tonsils were swollen. It is possible that he is allergic, as a result of which the nutrients are not utilized as well, which leads to muscle breakdown, but there may even be an autoimmune disease. At Santa Kutya, they never once condemned the possibility that such a thing might exist, they always measured him, but they dealt with it by saying that he was a smaller kitten. In addition, I think that for a 7.5-year-old cat, at least, they will examine it thoroughly and rule out anything that can occur at such an age. This experience shows to me that the kitten was not examined thoroughly and professionally at Santa Kutya. Because of the neglected problem, we now had to discover a more serious illness at another doctor. I am disappointed and therefore cannot recommend the veterinary clinic to others.

Wonderful experience getting our dog's rabies vaccine and EU pet passport. The vet spoke fluent English. Prices were good. Will be returning here.

Listen to the bad reviews, don’t trust this place, and avoid them. We were told our pup needs to be put down, no treatments would help. They didn’t suggest any further exams, but we took our pup to other vets - all other doctors strongly contradicted this place’s diagnosis, and recommended simple treatment options for the problem. If we had listened to them, they would have killed our pup for no obvious reason. Avoid!!!

Last week I was at this clinic to remove Lypoma on my dogs leg. Clinic staff is very friendly and arranged an appointment for me in a timely manner with a particular schedule, without interrupting my travel schedule as I visited from Germany. Especially i would like to thank the doctor who provided wonderful assistance pre and post surgery. I would like to recommend this clinic.

It's an awesome place. The doctors and assistants are very nice and helpful. It's obvious how much they love their job and the animals. The whole place had a full renovation last year, wht also meant a biiig expansion. The waiting room became big enough to separate cats and dogs. I really suggest to go there even for the annual check of your furry family member and especially if something is wrong with them and you'd like to make sure she or he gets a thorough exam and gets the right help from professional hands.

Really kind and caring personnel, doctors answered all my questions, they explained everything I needed to know and they also gave a diagnostic plan for the first time so that I always knew what would come next. The clinic and diagnostic room seemed a bit small but everything is clean and hygienic. Lovely place, I can recommend it to all those taking care of their cats and/or dogs. 😸❤️

PART 1 OF SZEFRI'S STORY....If your animal's life is very important and the illness is more serious, which requires more energy and experience than a routine examination....then don't go astray to this veterinary office!!!! I lost the meaning of my life, the one I loved more than anything. I will never take it back again....these are not vets!!! A gang of young, inexperienced, money-hungry, heartless girls who throw the animal out of the clinic in 5 minutes, like trash, and without any information. Thinking "get the hell out of here, let the other unlucky one pay" our money...it doesn't matter if he dies!" The kittens had a medium-sized tumor...when the tumor was small, we opted for drug treatment, since she was already 17 years old and we didn't want to subject her to surgery, but the other doctor didn't give us the medicine we needed either...that's why we brought him here because they recommended that this place is very good.......we called them on the phone, and they told us invisibly...without any diagnosis that he needs to be operated on immediately...it's S.O.S and we'll bring him in tomorrow! We took him there and they took him to see them, but we couldn't even accompany him for an examination, which is a basic thing elsewhere....WHY CAN'T THE ANIMAL'S OWNER BE INSIDE IN SUCH AN IMPORTANT SITUATION????!! Dr. Dominika Kiss was the one to whom we took the cat for surgery.....The fact that she is not cute is the least....she is a heartless woman and has no compassion and her first sentence is that we either do the surgery or let her go. So that we cried there...they didn't even want to fight for it....They operated on the kitten, then he informed us briefly about the use of painkillers, he also said that it could develop again and the kitten is six months old....But immune system boosters and cancer they didn't even give us any anti-inflammatory medicine....You thought this kitten was doomed.....However, they sterilized him, so we didn't know about it....they decided this + they removed 2 small tumors from him.. .they just told us this, too, without asking us, when they brought him out....he's a 17-year-old cat and they were able to do such a big operation on him...So my little one had 4 stitches, 3 of which had to be removed. When we brought her home, she was breathing hard and we called the doctor, but he said it was normal, but she didn't improve and after 10 days we took her back there, but there was another vet there at the time...almost a little girl, so we took her there to take out the stitches...Dr. It was Dóra Bodolai who was given this simple task, which she could not complete. The 1 piece removed from the 3 seams....We told the assistant woman there are 3...but I think we should have checked this in the machine as well...but the poor thing is so young that he can't even do math....then they brought it out him, but the door of the carrier was open the whole time while he was in the clinic and we could only see this through the glass window... because he is an irresponsible and scattered gang and he doesn't care that he might have fallen, because the animal was weak... that he closed the door of the carrier at the last moment... and then we asked the doctor for an immune system booster because they don't have someone who works in the pharmacy... the "doctors" also do what he screwed us over because instead of 7,000 HUF.... He asked us for HUF 11,000. I ask what kind of person is he who can take advantage of this thing? They know very well that a normal owner is willing to pay as long as his little pet lives... I have never seen anything more disgusting than this and they call themselves veterinarians... not to mention that we paid HUF 70,000 for it. After we got home, we noticed that the suture remained in it...but we took it there late and it was Friday...so we had to wait until Monday...in any way, I wanted to take it to the vet who performed the operation after that, because he knows will...where are the seams...or so I thought. We took my life there on Monday to Dr. Dominika Kiss and told them what happened... let's just say that they didn't apologize.......
