Office is pleasant and very nice service from a young lady. Good English and everything very well explained. I had the AYCM card for a year and would have renewed it for the spring but it is only possible to have for each calendar year. Otherwise a very good service and idea.

Sharing feedback from others . I was a customer since many years . From customer point of view , this business, in the Covid years especially, disregarded “customer is first behaviour “ for the customers who paid for an annual pre-paid fee During Covid they took payment and they activated the contract it with Online replacement instead of freezing them. The ethical behaviour would be giving choice to the customer about continue, defer or cancel option !!! not recommended at all

Nice idea but the app is not good. It has glitches and many times it happens that if you make a payment on a given day you will not able to go to a gym that day since it takes pretty long for a transaction to finish. This was the reason why I stopped using the app and deactivated my account. Unfortunately I did not know that AYCM contract states that you have to pay for their service even though you are not using you pass at all. KEEP AN EYE ON THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN THEIR CONTRACT. With my experience, I would not recommend this.
