Nice hotel, kind of far from the city center with big rooms and very polite staff. Breakfast is not wow but it’s ok. The hotel lobby needs some cleaning.

The hotel is far from "superior"... It all started with us stopping by the reception 2 hrs before the check-in time to see if it was already possible to check in. The room was ready, but they asked for €20 for early check-in. Once we actually checked in, we were amazed how uncomfortable the room was. We smelled cigarette odor when we entered the room. The bathroom was nasty with no soap, got burned by hot water while showering. There was electrical installation sticking out of the wall making the hair dryer useless. During the night, we could not sleep due to crazy noise from the road and an ancient dirty (empty) fridge. The TV did not have any channels programmed and there was no way to charge our phones via USB. The receptionist was not very helpful when we asked about a charger. One of the bedside lamps was not working. Sleeping on the bed was like laying on a table... The walls seemed to be made of paper as we could hear our neighbors going to the toilet. Overall, there were quite a few things "out of order" at the hotel, including one of the elevators and the public computer at the reception... More details in the photos...

Dirty curtain, floor and bathroom. Dust everywhere. Nice crew on the other side. The spider is also nice in the corner... ;) Do not forget your earplugs. Vaci st is very noisy.

Rooms- the beds creek when one wants to turn. Its disturbing . We changed the room and the bed slates were broken. Does the manager not check the rooms? The shower cubicles are dirty. At 28'c there is no AC. We asked for a fan that did not help very much. Location - OK but looks like an industrial area.

Horrible location too far from the center, check-in is at 3pm and not possible earlier. They don't even give you a waiting room till you can get your room. I am at a loss for words for just how horrible the service is. The staff not as bad but the fact that I have to wait over 11 hours from when arrived till when I can get a room is absolutely unacceptable. After 12pm is completely understandable but till 3pm and no offer of a waiting room just to rest or clean up is absolutely unacceptable in book. Would recommend any other hotel nearer to the center if you want something cheaper there is also allot of Hostlels, Air B&B or just other Hotels.

I had ants in my room roaming around on the window wall. When I let them know they didn't bother to change my room and solve the problem, but gave a Raid can that did virtually nothing. No AC in room, so try to avoid during summer. No bug nets on the windows, so have fun with the mosquitos during warm season. The day staff was really polite, but what's the point when they couldn't change my room for an ant free one?

The general service is OK. If you are a very practical person, that wakes up 6 or 7 am, or you just need to sleep there then this place is fine for you. But if you want to enjoy your vacation or working days, this place is very hectic. They start to vacuum early morning. The room lack of good ventilation system. The breakfast is good, with slightly change to lecsó and cereal during week days. There is nice restaurant. Sometimes they are cleaning and wiping the floor while you eat ( I hope that was an exceptional day). Don't forget to hang on the door ( do not disturb) as it seems there are no systematic system to clean the rooms. The location is a bit far from the city, you need metro 3 to connect to the bus stop. It is about 30 mn one way. Instead of walking 15 mn to the hotel you can use the bus stop that goes every 4 minutes. Exit via Árpád ut, not váci ut. Bring you cottonet, or sewing 🪡 stuff. They are not provided! To compensate they have kind receptionist and cookers! I practiced my Hungarian with them! Hungarian people are kind and nice!

The Staff really doesn't care, which reflects the state in which hotel is. You can't pay by card in hotel, breakfast staff doesn't clean after guests, bathroom really needed deep cleaning, air con is so noisy that I couldn't sleep, red light of fire alarm situated above bed was very annoying, lack of electricity prior check out, poor state of elevators, no kettle in the room or glass or anything.. no food other than breakfast available. Is just not the place to hope for any decent stay, despite ads that is it 3 star hotel. Avoid this place.

Rooms in the hotel are without air conditioniers. Breakfast was simple, selection was from 1-2 dishes. Place is quite far from the centre, but plus is shop in the backyard

Good enough hotel to sleep and go to see the city. There were some problems, not the room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. 10 minutes to the metro station, free parking, pet friendly, supermarket near the hotel.

Hotel is smelling awful, rugs are stained and dirty.Lot less natural light, than on photos. Windows looking on other buildings roof. Breakfast was very good, not too much, but good quality.

Arrived late due to flight delays, apologised to person on reception and he was quite abrupt. He had cancelled our room as soon as we walked through the door, and we had to rebook and pay a fee. We just wanted to go to sleep as it was 2am at this point. Room was nice. Breakfast was basic.

Good for one night, problem with parking, not a lot of parking spaces, we had to use parking near shop, no disabled bays, tasty breakfast, good choice of food.

The hotel is ideal for a short stay in Budapest taking into account the prices. Great staff, tasty breakfast included, market right outside the hotel, big parking lot and a metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, the beds are extremely low and they creak when you move just a little. There are no AC units in any of the rooms which is a nightmare in the summer. I recommend sleeping in the hallway as it is the only place with AC. Ask for a east orientated room if you want a quiet room and no sun shining inside when the sun goes down (if you are on the other side of the hotel, west, good luck sleeping with all the loud cars going down the street). The light in the bathroom was extremely dull, just one bulb and probably the cheapest one on the market. The WiFi is not secured at all (it has no password), but at least the speeds are good.

Incredible how one idiot can ruin the stay for you. The hotel is on the cheap side so our expectations were not insane. We just wanted a decently clean, quiet room to sleep in - and we got that! The breakfast was also okay, clean with a small selection but more than fine for the price. Especially the kitchen / breakfast staff were fantastic. Very helpful and eager answer any questions. The front desk staff was good. We didn't have too many interactions with them, until we decided to use the bar. The first couple of times we did, the staff was awesome, helpful and kind. Then, one morning a "person" started "working" in the front desk who clearly was too bored for this. He was constantly on his phone, watching what sounded like a match of some sorts in Hungarian and when we asked if we could have some drinks he would come up with any excuse under the sun to not do so. We though maybe it was a one-off thing so we brushed it off and went about our day. However, next day the same "person" was working and had a host of new excuses. Day one the pos machine was not working, second day the espresso machine broke as well ( on top of the POS still not working, for good measure ). Tldr, keep up the good work, invest in an exterior uplift and hope you fire the "person" who prefers watching YouTube videos on his phone than making us an overpriced juice we were more than willing to pay.

The location is really good, staff are helpful and kind. The room is relatively big, but there is some mold in the shower and minor damages on the flooring and the wall but overall its clean and good, big minus is the AC which would be important in this weather but overall its a good place to stay for a few nights. The breakfast is included and its really good, i would recommend this place.

A nice hotel with nice staff. The rooms were nice and clean, a little bit noisy on the side of the hotel that faces the road. The one thing that I didn't like was the air conditioning which seems to be a small device that covers a very, very, very small area, but when we were in Budapest the temperature was around 22°C outside, so most of the time we didn't need it. Probably the best thing is the breakfast. They served everything. Something worth mentioning that this is the only places I tasted delicious sausages in Budapest (Hungary is known for it's smoked meat, but there's none to find in the city center).

For easy and quickly stay in Budapest is very well. Breakfest, night and parking. Market near, centrum cca 10 km. Price for night is very good. If you want to go to citycenter, you need taxi, bus or car.

The room was not in very good conditions, but it is enough for bussines trip. The worst part was The bathroom, it was very nasty. I would not recommend this hotel, if you like some standards. But I have to say, that The cleaning lady was amazing, she cleaned my room everyday.

Nice hotel located few minutes far from centrum and 10 minutes from aquapark Aquaworld. Large and clean room without balcony. Helpful staff , delicious breakfast every day 7-10 am. In case you arrived with car, you can safely keep your car front of Hotel ( 10 parking slots) or behind hotel is a large parking place near Penny Market. Smoking area located right side of main entrance. Only one negative point is view from room. Thank you staff for nice service.

This is far from superior, but poor quality, cheap on everything. There is 10+ years old fridge in the room, making such a noise, couldn't sleep. In 3rd degree heat alert, the room is given with winter blankets. Summert blankets are not given. They forgot to provide the remote control for the tv... we had to go down and ask it. Tv is very small, hard to see. The remote was broken, of course. Elevator is dirty, 0 maintanance on it. The other elevator is broken. They ask EUR, even from Hungarians, which is eventually illegal. Cleaning staff does not speak any language (neither Englis nor Hungarian). Parking is terrible, reservation is not avalible, just luck. Soap on the groumd floor has been empty for 3 days, cleaning staff does not refill. The entire room is cheap, and not maintained. The shower cabinet is rottening, there is fungos below the washbaisin. It has a same qualty as a hostel, 3 stars never deserved. You can choose: noisy from the main road and fresh air, or closed windows, stinky air and silence. For this price, you can get an aircooditioned room. The bad is so poor quality, if you or your partner moves a bit, it makes such a squeaking noise, you may wake up. Horrible experience.

Pro: Nice and kind staff. Good breakfast selection. Cons: Couldn't get good wifi at room on the third floor. The gel dispenser in the shower was empty. Far from city center.

Even though the hotel is located in a relatively old part of town, it's fully renovated and upgraded. The personnel is friendly and willing to help, the food (breakfast) is satisfactory and of good variety. The room is a standard 3* room with a bed and bathroom, but all rooms seem to be recently refurbished and have a very modern appearance. The nearest Metro station is a 10min walk away.

Nice hottel, only quite far from the city center. But easy to drive there from the hotel. Beside hotel no problem to leave car for free, parking in front of the hotel or beside supermarket.

The staff here were amazing! So friendly and encouraged us to try all things Hungarian! Special liqueurs, days out and foods from the breakfast that was also fantastic! This hotel made my stay in Budapest bliss, would highly recommend staying here, great travel connections into the centre! :)

Hotel is very nice. Price and quality are on equal level: 8/10. Continental breakfast from 7 to 10 o clock. Very tasty scrambled eggs. The biggest advantage is car parking in from of the hotel, my car was safety :) The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the metro station.
