Short
story:
I
asked
for
a
refund
as
I
did
turn
up
at
the
apartment
and
they
were
the
ones
cancelling
my
booking
but
they
refused
to
give
me
a
refund....
This
is
unfair
and
they
using
their
power
to
suck
money
out
of
people
even
in
these
tough
times
we
are
facing.
They
could
do
it
with
anyone
as
they
can
use
the
non-refunding
policy
to
their
advantage
so
I
don't
recommend
anyone
to
stay
here.
Im
really
disappointed.
What
happened
before
(if
you
would
like
to
read
more):
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
to
anyone.
I
have
booked
in
for
a
night
a
few
hours
before
my
stay
however
they
cancelled
my
booking
and
contacted
me
about
it
in
email.
The
reason
was
that
I
did
not
provide
documents
they
asked
for.
They
emailed
me
asking
for
the
documents
and
cancelled
my
booking
about
1-2
hours
after
I
booked
the
apartment.
As
I
did
not
receive
any
more
information
within
30-60
mins
other
than
that
they
deducted
the
money
and
sent
my
pin
and
booking
confirmation
I
thought
its
all
done
and
went
along
doing
my
stuff
and
preparing
for
checking
in
and
did
not
look
at
my
email.
After
arriving
the
security
said
they
cancelled
my
booking
and
the
office
did
not
pick
up
the
phone
to
my
call.
My
night
turned
awful....
They
should
have
called
me
on
my
phone
number
to
let
me
know
about
cancelling
my
booking
or
help
me
provide
the
information
they
needed
because
it
was
around
the
time
I
was
suppose
to
check
in.
The
customer
service
is
the
worst
I
have
ever
experienced.
