    This hotel will scam you with false claims and will charge your credit card hundred of euros for made-up damage once you leave They just did it to us. Charged for 100 Euro for blaming us for smoking in the room! We definitely didn't do that! Feel so frustrated.

    This hotel charge a fee of $100 directly to your credit card for “damage” that never happened..like saying the room was smelling like cigarettes when the guest doesn’t even smoke. Do not stay at this hotel and if you are staying right now, make sure to take pictures of your room and call the reception before leaving just to make sure they will not scam you as well.

    THIS IS A SCAM HOTEL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is "scam" hotel. Avoid it at all costs. It's a scam - they will keep charging your card with false accusations of leaving the room in a "terrible condition" and will make up false accusations to charge your credit card hundreds of euros. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Property is not as advertised. Rooms are dirty and small. Walls are extremely dirty, bedding was also dirty. No soap provided in bathroom. Bed in living room broke when put baby on it to change, she ended up falling on the floor. Left after first night to a much better apartment from another company just across the hallway and they were actually EUR350 cheaper than this place. We went as a family group with elderly and a baby. Everyone was not impressed. They also had the audacity to charge us a cancellation fee after the complaints about the quality of the room. There are cheaper and much better options out there, this place is avoidable.

    Short story: I asked for a refund as I did turn up at the apartment and they were the ones cancelling my booking but they refused to give me a refund.... This is unfair and they using their power to suck money out of people even in these tough times we are facing. They could do it with anyone as they can use the non-refunding policy to their advantage so I don't recommend anyone to stay here. Im really disappointed. What happened before (if you would like to read more): I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have booked in for a night a few hours before my stay however they cancelled my booking and contacted me about it in email. The reason was that I did not provide documents they asked for. They emailed me asking for the documents and cancelled my booking about 1-2 hours after I booked the apartment. As I did not receive any more information within 30-60 mins other than that they deducted the money and sent my pin and booking confirmation I thought its all done and went along doing my stuff and preparing for checking in and did not look at my email. After arriving the security said they cancelled my booking and the office did not pick up the phone to my call. My night turned awful.... They should have called me on my phone number to let me know about cancelling my booking or help me provide the information they needed because it was around the time I was suppose to check in. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.     I’m all about a budget hotel. I don’t mind a lack of services or amenities. So when booking a fairly inexpensive location I lower my expectations and roll with the punches. This place however is just awful. The halls were dark and dirty, the elevator didn’t work, the room pictures online in no way depict the actual stay. Worst tho the shower literally floods the entire bathroom. The pillows had long hairs all over them. All that said I was going deal with it and extend one more night. The front desk agent tho wouldn’t book it because we need a 2 night minimum (we had stayed 2 nights already!) so it made zero sense. Hotels that have weird rigid rules annoy me. Hospitality is about making stuff work. I literally would have ignored the bad room had the hotel simple been an ounce of hospitable. Instead I’m leaving a review.

    Air conditioner was extremely weak, it was boiling in the room at night. Opening a window means you have to listen to drunk guests yelling in the inner courtyard. Receptionists promised to book a cab so I could catch my morning flight - cab was nowhere to be found, reception was locked behind a gate of metal bars. Sloppy unorofessional management in my view, there is much more potential in this place with a proper management team.

    SCAM ALERT: Avoid this hotel. I’m a seasoned traveler and have stayed at hotels and Airbnbs all over the world, and staying at this place was by far my greatest nightmare. The rooms are disgusting and filthy, and when you leave the hotel, they will keep charging damage charges to your credit card ( I was forced to cancel mine to stop their scam from keep on stealing money). Avoid at all costs this scam hotel!!

    We arrived at 23:00 to the hotel after scheduling late check-in. Surprisingly, when we landed, at 22:00 we got a mail about a self check in... Even with that, the staff forgot to put the chip that let's us into the building.. We found our self outside of the building from 23:00 to 23:30 just trying to understand, what is going on... Eventually a kind man from the "7 seasons" hotel opened for us the door to the building and told us that someone from Vagabond will call us, to give us the chip, no one called to this day.. Needless to say, that all our plans for that night was canceled, because we couldn't go out of the apartment Let's go on, When we reached for to the apartment, we was happy to find that the the wifi is not working, so we had understand buy ourselves why... And after that, we opened the couch that opens up to a bad, and saw a bug there. The location was great, but this is sad that this is the experience that I had...

    Worst experience ever! We reserved a studio on Booking, in the description they promised microwave and oven. In reality we've got nothing. We called the receptionist who was not able to help us. She was a real @sshole and pretended like she didn't even know the room's equipment.. It's useless to say that we've never got a microwave. Also, the bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet.. Furthermore, the most shocking thing was the crock roaches running just before the entrance. I have nothing positive to say about this accommodation. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

    I was charged 100 euros for a lost plastic key. I asked to talk to the manager and the manager refuse to talk to me. Also, the pictures are misleading, not what you expect for a 4-star hotel. In the first studio, the water was all over the bathroom after you take a shower. The explanation I received was that they have so many tourists that they don't have the time to fix it. I assume customers should be responsible for that. I stayed 6 nights and they didn't clean my place not a single time. Again, not what you expected for a 4 star hotel

    Extremely dirty. Check-in from 15:00, because cleaned, but there is no cleaning. We were tired from the long journey and had to wait. It is possible to write with animals, they charged 36 euros for a small dog for two days, without warning! It's just terrible! It was not stated anywhere. The amount was withdrawn during eviction without warning, a button was pressed and debited from the booking card! Thieves There is parking, you get 40 euros, and from the hotel it turns out to be 20 euros if you make a reservation. I was not warned and I spent twice as much, and they also robbed me for a small spitz! Why then write "it is possible with animals" and not warn about the amount, maybe for someone it is an unforeseen expense?! Moreover, my dog ​​is very polite and it would be possible to check the numbers, and then write off if something is wrong, money thrown into the air! It will come back to you!

    Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay. The apartments were oddly placed, in the middle of this strange complex, extremely hot, a black hair clump fell out of my towel when I first used it. Location was good, that’s probably about it!

    This hotel has the strangest entrance ever.. after wandering for 20 minutes or so I found a cleaner, and he guide me through the room. I had to make sure that I’m not being sold like the movie Taken. It was weird. I don’t recommend to solo travelers or girls. Pay a bit more and stay in a real hotel.

    Staff was very kind and helpful! We had an issue with the bathroom that was fixed the next days. Rooms are 4/5. shower could use some shelves for showering products and the drain is placed at the entry of the shower, so water easily goes on to the bathroom floor

    We loved our 5 night stay here, we opted for a 1 bedroom apartment. We were amazed at how big, clean and well equipped the apartment was (there were even a couple of laundry pods to do washing if you wished). The staff at reception were really welcoming and happy to help giving great advice. Location is fantastic as close to all the main sights with the metro, tram and bus stops at the top of the road. Close to some brilliant restaurants like Mozel Tof, Ghetto Goulash and Pork and Prezli (make sure you book) Really handy that the direct airport bus stop is just a 5 minute walk too. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if coming to Budapest.

    Arrived to the apartment late at night. The is no reception to check in, just a QR code for customer services. Scanned the QR code but just got a bot and no helpful info for checking in. Found a key card in a mail box tried every door with it but it didn't not work. The corridors were dirty and had rodent traps. The walls were very thin and could hear couples arguing from inside their apartments. Was unable to check in due to no customer service, had to book alternative accommodation for the length of my stay as this accommodation and customer service was unacceptable.

    Staff is wonderful and always helpful. Location is a 10/10, city center (close to everything you need). Everything is always pristine and clean. Our stay there was divine that we even elongated our stay 🤭

    Very central location - busy street with noisy party-goers at night time. Lovely big bath that could easy fit two people. The room was very clean and tidy and lots of space - kitchenette, table with two chairs and king size bed. Only criticism was that it was hard to control the heat of the room. E turned down the radiators but it was still really hot in the room and the window wouldn't stay open.

    Great location, decent prices, apartments are big and clean. Shower stand was broken though so having a shower was a bit more of a pain than usual. And for some reason the double beds had 2 single duvets rather than double ones. I'd stay there again though.

    Many bugs in the room, i called reception to do something about it they told us they had all rooms full. I checked and there were 6 rooms available I stayed up all night looking for bugs and literally fighting them. I asked for cleaning services and they only left a plastic bag with 4 towels inside.

    Great room, good location, but there was no cleaning. There was ant and roachs all over the place, and every time we complained about it they said the cleaning lady will come but she never showed up.

    The room was very nice and clean. Suited for us three, in terms of size. The reception clarks were nice and helpful with our questions and requests. The hotel location is good and close to transportation, resturants, shoping

    Beautiful room at the center of the city close to monuments and ways of transportation. You can also leave your luggage there until the check in or after the check out. The only bad thing was that they didn't clean the room or change towels and even though we asked them to do it cause we were 4 days with the same towels and with no toilet paper, they didn't. It's a nice place to stay if you are visiting Budapest for the first time but I wouldn't revisit cause there are other similar options in terms of location and prices.

    I would not recommend this facility. The service is below average, I was put in a situation to pay over 50€ for one day parking. I was promised a partial refund however I never got it.
