I‘ve visited the westend shopping mall with my other half and my 10 year old daughter. The shopping mall is well lit and has lots of shops on the ground floor and the first floor. When using the toilets at the shopping mall the queue wasn’t too long only about a 3 minute wait at the time I’ve visited. The toilets weren’t clean and had to squat when using the loo, but I wouldn’t say it’s so dirty to the point I wouldn’t walk in. It’s expected with so many people using the toilets.
