This is a wonderful place for children. I took my 3 year old and she loved it. There was so much to discover and do. We didn't eat there but brought a few treats to have a little break before continuing. It was about a 30 minute wait to actually enter, as you can only enter when someone leaves (once its full). I went on a Wednesday in the summer holidays, so it was quite a busy period.

nice place, fun for kids. Evertying is in the local language and no English. Adults also need to pay the entrance fee.

Extremely disappointing Cusomer Service Team!!!! We suppose to have a family gathering at MiniPolisz today. We live abroad and suppose to meet up with all the little ones there. Therefor we planned this visit way ahead, altought the place do not accept any reservation ahead (very inconviniente). When I checked the MiniPolisz location this morning, I noticed the reduced opening hours. When I phoned their Call Center a middle-age female worker picked up the phone who was extremely rude. She informed me, there is private event today, therefor the hours changed. When I asked her where could I find info of the vary hours, she lectured me and spoke to me in an unacceptable manner. I am shocked as it was a Call Center, plus this place suppose to be Child Friendly with some expected kindness. Based on this disturbing experience I will not recommend this place to anyone.

It's a wonderful children's program

Very good place.

A great experience even for adults. We called to see if we could get in because it's usually full. I think it's worth going when it opens, or when we were there, there were fewer people around 1:00 p.m. A small travel bag can also fit in the luggage compartment.

We went on a weekday so there were no crowds. You only had to stand in line for the drive. The children (1, 3, 4 years old) really enjoyed it! We also enjoyed it, for 3 adults and 3 children, the ticket was HUF 10,000, but it was totally worth it. Washroom and changing room are clean. The workers are all kind, they treated the children well. I recommend to everyone.

must see place for kids in BUD,if u find some time dont hesitate to bring your kids here,they can learn about different proffessions and try as well,its located directly in the center,near the famous ferries wheel,located on the second floor of mall.min 1.30 are needed to visit all statios 💖

Children love it. Some of the station not open / out of service. Staff very nice.

Highly recommended if you have young children. A great place to keep them entertained for a few hours. They get to experience everything from shopping at a local supermarket to going through customs and security at an airport. The place seems to be sponsored by major brands so everything looks incredibly realistic. There isn't very much for supervising adults to do but at least there is a small café for light refreshments.

Amazing place for kids, quite crowded even on working days. Super interesting stations for different kind of inspiration and interest. Kids enjoyed it. Would recommend to have more staff that speaks english :)

Kids loved it. Ran around the place for hours. Not all is well maintained, but some are super nice, like the new airport part

Amazing place for families with young kids!

We took the child to a birthday party. Parents were not allowed inside. There is no place to wait. There isn't even a bench at the entrance.

My 2 year old loved it, didn't want to leave. All the staff are super friendly and great with children. Look forward to going again.

Overall, nice place for the children. Most stations were operational with attendants ready to help. They use crowd control so we had to wait 45 minutes outside.. :/

Very unique place I would say, we haven't seen something similar before. The price was also very good. Our kids, 6 and 8 years old really enjoyed it. It was crowded but we were expecting that because we visited it on a Sunday. It worths a visit :)

Good placefor kids, some time you need to wait outside to enter inside. I think its good for kids in ages 4-8.

This place is so special and great for kids from the age of 3-4 and upward. We spent over 4 hours and our kid had a great time. The minus is that they are not so much prepared for tourists as many of the staff do not speak English

The kids delight play here. But if you can bring his/her friend to get the best of MiniPolisz.

Why don't we have one back in UK? Having been to many soft play areas over the years, I was genuienly surprised we visited this place. Deceptively located on the upper floor of a shopping mall, the place is filled with acitivities which can keep your child entertained for hours. Plenty of staff around and the stamp system makes sure you have a go at everything before you leave. Why cant we have one of these back home?
