I came in with a picture and very clear requests and asked if they are able to do so and they said yes. They did the exact opposite of what I asked. I left the place crying about the disaster that is my hair. they were very nice and spoke English and that's the only reason they got a 3 and not a 2

Absolutely amazing salon! I had a fantastic experience. Being on holiday in Budapest I heard about this famous salon and was a bit nervous as I normally do not go to the hairdressers in a foreign country but it was an amazing experience! Bianka Czakó is a very talented Master Artist Hairdresser and she made me feel comfortable right away. She and the owner of the shop, Zsuzsanna Galgóczy, took their time to discuss the options, colours and process with me and I was blown away by the result. Before my hair was very dark and looked worn out, afterwards I felt like a moviestar. My hair feels and looks beautiful. An absolute MUST when in Budapest to visit this salon!

It's my favorite beauty saloon in Budapest for many years now. Their staff is very kind and sympathetic and always try to give the best service. They are in a calm area of the city center. The enviroment is relaxing, thanks to the decoration and the little fishes hungry for a pedicure :)

The booking process is a little complicated but the website is translated in English and the coordinator replies in English as well. The specialist however was amazing, very professional and very sweet. The salon is huge and offers A LOT of service so I highly recommend, especially for foreigners who sometimes struggles to find places with good English speakers.

I recommend 100% to Gabi for hair cut and hairstyle. She always shape my hair very nice. She helps you and gives you suggestions how to cut your hair according to your face and what you are looking for. Also, She speaks english, she is very friendly and professional.

My pedicurist (Kristina) was fantastic, hence the rating! I had booked the pamper pedicure. I will go back for a manicure soon. The booking and card payment process are not the best though.

Marci (Maria) is very professional and I really like that she is thorough and listens to the customers wishes. We did balayage, I wanted it more natural and she succeeded, and we did cutting. Few hairdressers cut well these days, she does! Thank you and see you soon.

Unprofessional service for such a high end salon. Sent an email confirmation and confirmed on the phone but had no record of my appointment, didn’t bother cancelling it or informing of any change. Did not even try to accommodate for a fault at their end.

Nice place but very average hairdressers. I have been there 3 times for myself and twice for my daughter's haircut. Never satisfied. The reason i go there(once a year) is that it's just close to my place and that they speak english though it also leaves to be desired :-( The hairdresser pretends that she understands everything but actually she doesn't. Yesterday it was their last chance. Will never go there again for a haircut. 8.400 for a simple haircut. The hairdresser was top level but i wouldn't even give her 3 of 5 stars. Maybe some other masters are better but taking into consideration that i chosed a top level master and got what i got i wouldn't expect anything better from the other ones.

Accessible location. The hairdresser was really kind and attentive. The washing and massaging chairs make a relaxing atmosphere, which is nice. It is the only hair salon I trust to get a haircut for two years now. Keep up the good work!

The staff at the salon are extremely kind and attentive. I came from the countryside, from 100+ km a couple of times, and when they saw that I was tired, they offered me water and chocolate. While Gabi washed my hair, she also gave me a comfortable massage in the armchair, and completely refreshed my scalp with a pleasant massage. Every time I left the salon with exactly the hair I imagined (and there were bigger changes in color and length too!). I recommend it to everyone, it's worth stopping by for a little pampering!

Zsuzsi Galgóczy is the best hairdresser. The perfect cut will remain perfect weeks later, even without drying tricks! Pleasant, friendly environment, excellent materials for painting. Once someone tries it, they won't go anywhere else! I recommend it with love!
