Positive: When visiting the store, the staff is nice and very welcoming. The experience is good and you feel happy after leaving especially if you purchase a product from them. Negative: After selling, they are not supportive and not responsive to calls or emails. I bought a very expensive product from the store and asked for a tax free form in order to get the tax paid to me at the airport when leaving the country since I'm not a European citizen. They gave me the form but for some reason, it was blocked. The Global Blue Tax Free staff couldn't process it. I had to contact the shop and request them to release the blockage but it was a night mare. They don't respond to emails and when I manage the reach them on the phone, they don't tell the truth. No one couldn't even explain the issue to me !. I chased them for around 2 months and a half until the issue was resolved and it appears they settled it because they were fed up from the amount of calls and emails they received from me. Whoever plans to buy a product a request a tax free form from them, JUST BE VERY CAREFUL because very likely you will end up in the same situation. And if you don't follow up constantly, your money won't be paid to you.
