Today the birthday boy got his present and I started wearing it. I received it within 2 days of ordering. Before that, we discussed on the phone, because I had questions, which the lady on the other end of the line willingly answered. The knot is really hard to slide, but really you just have to find the opening and then everything is fine.

I have been writing for a month now and fighting to get them to return the money transferred for my first order, following their advice I placed a new order so that I could order another product, they promised that they would then return the previous amount, which I have been waiting for in vain since then... otherwise the one of the bracelets has already broken.

I really like the bracelets, although I think they are quite overpriced. I've been wearing my favorite for years. What was quite unsympathetic was that one of them broke. My girlfriend ordered just then, so I inquired whether it would be possible for them to send me a cord for a bracelet in that package, because I can thread it through. I would have paid the 1,000 ft fee for threading at the time. Now I don't know how much it costs. I received the answer that the only possible way is to mail the bracelet, they will thread it, and then send it back. I just wanted to avoid double postage. After a little research, I found the same cord for 80 ft/m, so I can thread it countless times for pennies, even if I just get bored of the color...

I bought my sister a bracelet for Christmas. Even the delivery took more time than promised, but I attributed that to the heavy traffic. The sliding knots on the bracelet did not move even when applying great force, so it could not be adjusted. I contacted the company due to the defect in the product. I had to wait at least 1-2 days for reply emails, in which it was written that the product is not bad, but that I should watch a YouTube video about it. Since I already had several of these bracelets, I knew how it should work. I returned the package within 14 days, but since they admitted that they did not receive the package on the day of delivery, they did not want to return the price. After several days of phone calls and e-mails (outlining the situation over and over again, since the employee on the phone and the e-mail employee could not agree with each other), I contacted the post office, who said that they had received the package. In the end, they only returned the money after I told them to contact consumer protection.
