Már rajtam kívül nem is várt ott senki az urológiára, amikor egyszer csak le is kapcsolták a sorszámkijelzőt az ajtó mellett. Vártam egy kicsit, hátha behívnak, de semmi. Bekopogtam, nem válaszolt senki. Még egyszer bekopogtam, és kiordított a nő minősíthetetlen hangnemben, hogy "jövök már". Aztán elkezdett ordibálni velem, hogy mit akarok, várjam ki a sorom (ahogy már írtam, rajtam kívül már nem várt ott senki, és le is kapcsolták a sorszámkijelzőt).     A szemészeten voltam tegnap Dr. Szász Edit doktornőnél, az asszisztens minősíthetetlen hangnemben beszélt velem, amihez megmondom őszintén, nem vagyok hozzászokva. Endless queues, sweltering heat, unacceptable style on the part of the workers.     The answer is the same under each rating... This is not an excuse for not answering the phone, etc. If everyone calls this number because they're looking for the Szent Margit clinic, doesn't the owner think that's the problem...?
