I
have
to
start
by
saying
that
my
review
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
end
result
of
the
dental
professionalâs
work.
Thatâs
because
I
couldnât
get
the
answers
I
needed
to
begin
the
work.
The
2
stars
is
based
solely
on
the
capabilities
of
the
clinic
and
the
lack
of
the
other
3
stars
is
entirely
because
of
my
experience
with
their
Tourism
Manager.
Hereâs
the
story:
After
sending
my
x-rays,
they
confirm
I
will
need
my
impacted
wisdom
teeth
removed
first.
Iâm
12
years
from
retirement,
so
theyâve
been
in
the
same
position
a
loooong
time.
Iâve
had
braces
and
Invisalign.
The
orthodontists
never
raised
an
issue.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
they
recommended
to
NOT
remove
them
unless
I
absolutely
had
to.
After
relaying
this
information
back
to
Ben
the
same
day,
I
get
a
request
2
days
later
for
pictures
of
my
teeth
with
a
proposed
plan.
Finally,
progress
!
So
same
day
(5
January),
I
send
pictures
of
my
teeth,
ask
about
the
process
(can
it
be
split
into
2
trips)
and
does
their
schedule
allow
the
process
to
begin
this
month.
I
also
point
out
that
I
specifically
requested
IPS
e.max
crowns
but
the
proposed
plan
(and
pricing)
reflected
zirconium.
Then
âŠ.
Nothing.
On
the
morning
of
the
10th
I
send
a
chaser.
Then
âŠ
Nothing.
On
the
morning
of
the
12th
I
outline
my
remaining
questions
(medications
used,
how
to
control
any
after
treatment
pain,
safe
to
fly
immediately
after
the
procedure,
able
to
eat/drink
easily
with
temporary
crowns,
etc.).
No
response
(theyâre
open
until
8
and
have
received
messages
well
past
that
time).
Itâs
now
the
13th
@
9:15
am
(they
open
at
8).
Iâm
thinking
âŠ
if
they
canât
get
THIS
(easy)
part
of
the
process
right,
why
should
I
be
trusting
them
to
get
the
difficult
part
right
?
So
Iâm
realizing
Iâm
just
not
comfortable
choosing
them.
I
send
an
email
touching
on
the
lack
of
response,
citing
that
this
may
not
be
indicative
of
the
work
their
dental
practice
performs,
but
that
this
is
all
I
have
to
work
with
in
making
my
decision,
and
let
them
know
that
I
will
not
be
choosing
them
for
my
dental
needs.
Just
3
minutes
after
hitting
âSendâ
I
get
a
response
from
Ben
that
simply
reads:
Hi!
I
can
clearly
understand
your
opinion.

Well,
itâs
been
my

thinking

he

have
been
so
prompt
when
I
was
trying
to
give
them
business,
they
would
have
likely
gotten
the
business
!
Way
to
save
the
prompt
response
for
the
turndown,
Ben
!
Itâs
just
like
they
teach
it
in
universities
and
business
schools
âŠ
And
my
wife
is
in
need
of
far
more
dental
work
than
me,
so
2
birds
have
been
killed
by
the
same
stone.

information.
My
review
is
literally
the
play-by-play
of
what
happened
and
when.
They
could
easily
look
at

last
email
he
sent
me
(that
I
quoted
verbatim),
but
they
didnât.
