I just had an amazing experience at Crystal Dental. The dentist here is kind and easy going and his services are very professional. I also brought my 2- and 5-year-old daughters here and they seemed to feel very comfortable under his care, in particular my oldest who has always been afraid of the dentist. She chatted with him easily and told me she is not afraid to come back. Our hygienist was also fabulous. My teeth feel super clean and smooth :). We already scheduled our next consultations/cleanings for the whole family in 6 months!

This place has excellent dentists for both adults and children as well as first class orthodontists. We have been using them for years. Their dentists also speak good English and are great with kids. I particularly like that besides dental services they actually focus also on preventative dentistry and advice about better care - this is high level of customer care you would expect coming from US for example. Fully recommended.

I have had two visits to Crystal Dental during my 10-day vacation (06/10/2023) and I was honestly over the moon with the way I was treated here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and also, I have to say that I was immensely impressed with Dr Hassan who was friendly, attentive and took the time to explain the procedures and his thoughts on how the treatment should progress. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Doctor Hassan for his patience and persistence in ensuring that my dental implant was a success this was far from an easy process as the anesthetic was a major problem, however he managed to complete the process and save me an extra visit next year. If you need dental work done then I would highly recommend Crystal Dental. Don't get ripped off in the UK, come here, get the work done for a fraction of the price, have a holiday and explore the wonderful city of Budapest whilst you are here. What can I say - first I chose Crystal dental with a little online research. I needed lots of work done since dental work in USA is terrible and they ask for a fortune, even if you have insurance. So I looked to see where I can go I even considered India. However since I know a little Hungarian and my family lives in Slovakia - I quickly learned Hungary is the dental capital of Europe. So I look the chance and hade lots of work done with them. Caps root canals etc… I am so happy. I just completed dental implants (posts in jaw bone). No pain swelling nothing: I didn’t need pain killers. Thanks to dr. Hassan. I love my cleanings too so modern compared to USA. I will never get any dental work done in USA again other then cleaning. I will go to Europe( crystal dental) from now on. I will be completing with crowns with my implants soon I think November 2022. Will update my post then. However I am so happy! Don’t hesitate especially from USA… take the plunge!! Budapest is beautiful and crystal dental is in my green zone ! :). Thank you so much!

Pain-free wisdom tooth removal in 20 minutes! I have never experienced a more comfortable dental treatment, and I still can’t believe I have zero pain on the next day!! I went for a regular hygienist appointment, professional teeth whitening and wisdom tooth removal yesterday. The clinic is comfortably located in the city centre, sparkling-clean and has several preventative measures in place for Covid-19. We started and finished on time. I never had whitening and/or any tooth removal before and due to unpleasant childhood memories, I had my concerns. Bea was very calming and very professional, she made sure I understood everything before going ahead with the whitening and explained the whole procedure. She provided detailed aftercare tips as well. Before the tooth removal, Dr. Hassan instantly put me at ease being his kind and very attentive self. He is very confident, calm and knows exactly what he is doing, sharing with his patient every detail of the treatment. He was absolutely brilliant in delivering the result in 20 minutes and answering every single question I had with assurance and patience. Based on the stories from friends and family regarding wisdoom tooth removal, I expected excruciating pain, fever, locked jaw, and post-surgery chipmunk cheeks at a minimum, for 3-4 days. To my utter surprise, I had none of them neither yesterday nor today!!! This is the first time in my life when I’ve actually enjoyed going to the dentist. The pricing is competitve; having a pain-free next day is priceless! Highly recommended for people who are afraid of dentists!

I booked an appointment with Crystal Dental based on the reviews & also with a holiday pre-planned in Budapest I contacted Crystal dental & they were very clear on my treatment plan. My dentist in U.K. explained my molar tooth couldn’t be saved & if I wanted it saved I needed to pay LOTS of money to see a private dentist!. The dentists at Crystal are professional, experienced & very well accomplished at what they do , everything was very well explained & I’m relieved that my tooth was saved! The great service cost me a fraction of what I would’ve paid in the U.K. Highly recommend this Crystal dental clinic!

Dr Hassan agreed to take over a treatment plan (6 implants and 16 crowns) that I had started at another clinic and was not satisfied with. I live in France, so I contacted Crystal dental to continue the plan. Communication with the office was very fluid and the assistant was very responsive. Dr Hassan is very warm and attentive to his patients. He gave me all the explanations I needed and suggested a suitable treatment plan. The treatment provided was very professional and qualitative. The placement of the implants went very well and without pain. We have planned the next phase for the placement of the crowns. Dr Hassan speaks perfect English, which makes communication easier for someone like me who doesn't speak Hungarian. I should also mention that the assistants are extremely courteous and attentive. As an expat sometimes it’s stressful to go to the doctor. However, the staff here was so helpful an it was easy to make an appointment. I went in for a dental cleaning and it was the fastest and least painful cleaning I’ve ever had. Nikolett did my cleaning and she even told me if I felt any paint to let her know. I’ll be going back to finish off my Invisalign treatment.

I had an implant done at this clinic. Dr. Hassan is a friendly and personable man. The facilities are clean and modern. Unfortunately I have had problems with the implant and the crown has fallen out for the second time. I returned to Budapest after the first time but have realised that I cannot keep flying back to Budapest everytime it falls out. So I'm not sure of the work is substandard or whether there is some other issue but given that implants are a normal and expensive procedure - it seems poor that the crown keeps falling out. So something to think about if you are planning on having procedures done far from home.
