Unfortunately, sales girls disappointed a lot - very unwelcome, no smiles, and with no willingness to help. Initially I wanted to buy several charms, but changed my mind after conversation with sales girl and later with her manager. I went to another Pandora store, luckily there are plenty of them in Budapest.

Pandora headquarters listen up!!!! You have a VERY rude staff. They hardly acknowledge the customer's existence. When asking a question they give a very curt reply. It's as if they are mad that you are asking for help. We waited for 30 minutes to get any help from the staff. 2 minutes into our jewlery selecting, they turn off half the lights. New customers came in and asked why it's dark, they said we are closing. We asked why did u turn off the lights, they replied bc we are closing in half an hour. It was beyond rude. Very insulting and degrading. We had to ask to turn on the light 4 times before they made an annoying huff and turned it on. How am I expected to buy jewlery in the dark?? I have never heard of such a thing. Its seems that the employees attitude is that they are doing the world a favor for their existence, they dont need to put any effort into making customers happy. And to top it off, the store smells very bad like bad body odor.

Unfriendly staff, I guess I didn’t look fancy enough for them to treat me like a customer, even though I was obviously not a tourist just looking around, never mind, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Maybe consider hiring more customer-oriented staff?

Very rude and arrogant staff. My husband and I wanted to buy a bracelet for my daughter but the staff was reluctant to assist us. We requested for a tax refund invoice and they were extremely slow and unwilling to comply. It took us and hour and a half to buy just one bracelet. Had it not been for my daughter, I would have walked out the store. What a shame.

Disgusting customer service. 🤮👎 I love Pandora but this is the worst store you could ever visit due to the rudeness of the workers. She was snatching items from my hand, throwing the display tray towards me, claiming that “she’s just doing her job.” What a shame. Please stop ruining customers’ days and just quit your job.

Staff members were very rude, we were treated like garbage. Got the feeling that we weren’t welcomed to the store. I felt like I did something wrong when I asked for the specific product I was searching for. After I precisely described what I was looking for and giving all the info , they said that was all they had from the collection , but eventually as soon as I showed the image, it was available. They clearly didn't want anybody at the store nor treat customers with respect. I don't remember being treated like this in a jewelry store .

I had a strong feeling that ladies really do not want customers to come to the store. It was like I was bothering them and they could not continued with dialogue between each other. Store was filled also with more customers but ladies were too lazy to ask us, even look at us. I wasn't satisfied with services at all. And I am not gonna comment the look of the store, dirty jewelry, some of the windows were empty. Maybe you should visit another Pandora store.

Sales representative completely ignored the fact that I was waiting patiently for her to serve another customer. I knew exactly what I wanted but she let another customer jump the queue. Probably because she was Hungarian!

Staff members were very rude. Got the vibe that we weren’t welcomed to the store. Wouldn’t check for sizes or let us try on the rings on show. Extremely disappointed as the Pandora stores in the UK are great. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Come here if you like being treated like garbage. The sales ladies were not into making a sale. Nor did they want to smile. They also didn’t want to turn on the a/c while i was browsing and the selection of items were not at all pretty. I’m not for certain but I think some of the items they showed us was fake.

Worst pandora i ever visited in hungary. I been there twice, 2yrs ago and recently. Their service is worst as always. They treated customer like potential thieves even though it can be pandora’s policy but beyond that, 2 young women who always working there, they NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER AND WHAT THEIR JOB IS.

We stepped inside the shop and when we asked for help we got the answer "ok". We had been waiting for too long and then they assisted someone who got inside after us. They treated us like we didn't exist. Too pity for such a brand name. I would definitely NOT recommend it!

Uninterested staff. Bordering rude (not unusual in Budapest -especially high end/ tourist areas). Offered no alternative or suggestions for a ‘Budapest’ charm. When researching charms online I found a bridge with the ‘chain’ going through it. Would be a nice reminder of the chain bridge of Budapest. But nothing. Don’t go to this one.

Excellent service, even during the horrible Black Friday hours. I feel really sorry for members of staff for the extra work-load the Black Friday + tourists mixture created for them.

Not so friendly workers. System is down and usual minus because you can't buy local pandora pendant in other countries. Minus to pandora and minus to two female workers.
