Frustration upon frustration. We were recommended to come and indicated by our Dr. After calling us back he informed us they were expecting us. After a cold reception we were requested to wait until the apparent one and only Dr was free. While we were seated in the waiting room another patient went in to the Dr's office then out for an X-ray and then back in again. After 50 mins of waiting with no explanation or comment from the Dr who came out twice he buzzed up on the board for another patient who claimed she had an appointment and who had arrived 30 mins after us. Its a pity that the owner who may be a wonderful Dr and person doesn't know the employees that give his business a bad name. Even when you're hurt or in pain, customer service is everything to the success of a business. We left without service and the receptionist just said good bye! No apologies or asking us to wait another few minutes. No explanation of what went down. Weird.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a clinic. I would not recommend it for foreigners. I paid for a PCR test because I needed it for traveling. First I couldn’t open the result they sent me via email because the password they gave me was not working. Then the result was in Hungarian after I confirmed many times verbally and in writing that I needed it in English for traveling abroad. I had to fly the next day so I was not expecting to spend such a long time receiving a test result. After exchanging many emails, eventually I had to go in personally to collect the English result. When I went in, they were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They didn’t even say sorry for all this. It was a really bad experience.

It’s a good Hospital if you put it next to public healthcare in Hungary. I’ve been there a lot of times now, they have very helpful staff and don’t just push you aside when they don’t know what’s wrong. Not the best with appointments though, I even had to wait almost an hour longer for my previous booked appointment. Now the the 1 floor. I’ve got therapy done there, I paid 100% myself and got about 60% worth of my session done each time. The therapist disappeared sometimes for 20 minutes, letting me sit there waiting while I should actually be treated. I don’t get that money back, it’s a shame. It’s a private hospital, you’d imagine to get the better treatment when you go ahead and even pay it. Wasted hundreds of Euros for sure on this.

The doctors and staff barely speak english. They talked about me in Hungarian right in front of me and kept laughing about something. I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable. Not to mention, the “Doctor” (if he even is one) spent 1 minute looking at my x-rays and then rushed me out of the room. Don’t go here if you want real medical help!!

This is a business and not a caring institute. First and foremost this is a business and they don't really care about your wellbeing. As long as things go smoothy, all is fine. However, when there are complications, due to human error, you are on your own, and have to fork out a fortune on extra therapies for complications that could and should have been avoided. Not to mention the time and pain due to a longer recovery. Despite two letters of complaint, I've not even had the courtesy of a response. Most, though not all staff seem to care.

I have already been to 3 specialist appointments, dear doctors too! I didn't have to wait, there is a parking lot, the whole thing is very cultured, I recommend it to everyone.

I’ve had an appointment for COVID test, arrived on time and cca 8 people were already in the queue. I’ve waited an hour and nothing happened. Of course I had to pay in advance. No comment.

We had two physical therapy treatments there for my 7 years old daughter. The physiotherapists spent more time talking and trying to convince us not to come again than rendering treatment to my daughter and stretching her muscles. They confirmed our appointments but did not render proper service by saying that they are not child experts and we should go to a child expert. Then why did you confirm our appointments and wasted our time in the first place? Instead of doing their job and stretching the muscles of my daughter, they presented tens of excuses during the treatment to not to do their job. At least 30 minutes of 45 minutes "treatment" was talking and not treating my daughter. Even though I told them that we want to follow doctor's advice and want to receive treatment of stretching the muscle, they kept trying to convince me for other treatments outside their institution. As a result, we have wasted our time and money because of the specialists who do not wish to render treatment as if we do not make any payment and as if we were forcing them to treat my daughter. It would be more appropriate and honest thing to not confirm our appointments in the first place and waste our time and money since we had provided all the necessary information and documents including doctor’s diagnosis/treatment letter to them while taking the appointments. When I have sent my complaints to them, they replied to me with a legal letter defending their company’s rights and denying making any refund as if I have requested a refund from them. Bottomline, do not waste your precious time and money at this institution.

They really mislead us. I asked an appointment for my kid for traumatology however they gave an appointment for an adult traumatology. We wanted to get a second opinion however we couldn't get -at least not a specialist who has experience in take care of such problems- and the doctor suggested to come back when the only one child traumatologist is here. We paid the fee for nothing. We also wanted to change her sling because it became really uncomfortable. The doctor suggested to keep it. I called them latter that at least show the x-ray etc. to the children specialist and give me a call if his opinion doesn't match with our original one. They refused and ask us to make another visit. It was waste of time, I wouldn't say anything wrong our doctor but clearly he was not that doctor we booked our appointment who has expereince with children traumatology and can make a decision and say us whether the our current treatment is good or needs to adjust. We went back to not private hospital they immediately replaced her sling and cleaned the really red skin to avoid further infections.

Serious expertise, thorough examination, informative information. You can ask! Excellent place, I can recommend it.

Everyone in the clinic speaks good English and is very friendly, whether doctors or helpers. The clinic is very clean and seems pleasant - you feel comfortable. The waiting times are zero. Even if you need to get an X-ray in between, you can get there straight away. The doctors are noticeably very competent and have a lot of experience - you feel like you are in good hands. What I also found pleasant was that the doctors took their time and listened carefully to all the symptoms and asked the right questions. The prices are also fair. I can recommend the clinic 100%.

I debated for a long time whether to write my opinion and my experience, because I don't like to give negative points, but in the end I decided to share my story about the Emineo Private Hospital with others, because I don't want anyone else to do the same and because there is still a lot of disappointment and the bad feeling in me because I feel my trust has been abused. From the beginning, I turned to Emineo Private Hospital for help with great confidence, but my positivity soon turned into a huge disappointment. Unreliability, disregard for the patient and his health problem, frivolity and let down, which I experienced, and of course all this experience for a lot of money. It started with my ultrasound examination, the outpatient record of which did not contain information about the specifically examined lesion, but with this finding, I was still sent to their partner company for an MRI examination. I was given an appointment for the next day, which I was very happy about, as I wanted to find out what the exact diagnosis was. After a few days, I received my MRI findings, in which the radiologist specifically mentioned that the ultrasound findings were incomplete. Next came my HUF 39,000(!!!!) 15-minute specialist examination with Dr. Veronika Börzsei-Knoll, who was very nice and I regained some confidence, I hoped I would be in good hands and receive help from the doctor regarding my health problem. He decided that he needed a second opinion from the radiologist, whom he would meet the next day, so even then he promised to contact me by phone after the consultation about the further details, which did not happen, so I inquired on the phone and the assistant said that they would contact me . His assistant called 2 weeks later, probably because I had already asked the doctor by email (to which the doctor asked for my MRI results) about when the results of my findings were expected, and he could have informed the assistant about this. The assistant told me on the phone not to be scared, but they decided that a biopsy was necessary and only then could they perform the operation. He asked if I could ask for your help in this, where I could have the biopsy done, to which I answered yes, as I wanted to get to the end of my health condition as soon as possible, since that is why I came to a private hospital, not to the public health care, where it takes many months wait until 1-1 examination, maybe half a year until surgery. The assistant informed me that it would be handled then and that they would apply. Since then, I have been "waiting" for the phone call, their help, which was promised in December. Obviously, it became clear to me a long time ago since December that I will by no means entrust my health to the Emineo Private Hospital and I will not have the surgery performed there. I requested by email that they re-examine and supplement my ultrasound findings so that it also includes information about the lesion - so at least that much could be saved from the Emineos+ Medical Pointos costs and I could take my ultrasound findings elsewhere. They apologized profusely and I received the find. I also asked for help with the more accurate diagnosis of my MRI examination, so after it was ready, I would get a detailed ultrasound report with the lesion data. I received the answer that the second opinion is in progress and that they will send me the findings as soon as they receive them. I waited and waited, and then towards the end of January, after about 1.5 months of waiting, I inquired about the find. In response, I received by email the outpatient report of my examination with Dr. Veronika Börzsei-Knoll in November. When I reported this, they did not respond. This is how my story with Emineo Private Hospital ended. I think that such things should not happen in a medical institution that demands such serious sums, but basically nowhere! After a HUF 39,000 15-minute examination, I would expect them to really deal with my health problem and for the hospital's attitude to be empathetic and patient-centered, not to make me believe, promise, and then let me down without a word. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Emineo Private Hospital to anyone.

I sprained my knee whilst climbing stairs. After trying to find a clinic online for an hour, I finally found this one. One other doctor wanted 230euro to come to my hotel. I went in, was greeted, and had help from a lovely receptionist that spoke English. I am in Hungary, in their country, so the fact that she spoke English was a bonus and not mandatory. The Doctor as well, very nice, spoke great English (again a bonus), and treated me very fast. I had x rays, an exam, a brace and consultation for $180. What great staff and great help. I travelled from Scotland for my consultation and the journey was well worth it. I was impressed by the smart business-like appearance of the clinic and equally impressed by the quality of the personnel I met. This is a clinic of great integrity, one of the best I have encountered.

With my son we have an appointment with Dr. Altorjai Péter. He is very nice and competent. Didn't prescribe anything unnecessary. Speaks very good English and even a little Russian.

Went there to get a cycling injury checked. I registered an appointment online. I was done within 45 minutes, including x-ray.

Worth every forint I spent. Great staff! Great doctor! Never felt for any second that I am in a “hospital” . It was a very good experience at all.

It seems, they did a very good job with knee surgery (meniscus tear stitching and ACL reconstruction).

Summary: - doctor was late, by 45 minutes due to late surgical issues - Dr. seem to have rushed with our appointment however after my complaint the hospital compensated me for the inconveniences. - expensive - facilities are fine, as expected at a place like this - plus side, there was underground parking

I had a PCR test appointment at 10:00 am. Altogether with waiting it took 20 minutes. I received the result within 9 hours. Probably it was an ideal scenario, but still I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend them. Of course the test result is available in English version as well.

Nice front desk and helpful staff but, they seem to lack the process and training with respect to COVID PCR testing. If you need a PCR test result to be able to travel to another country, I cannot recommend Emineo. They were unable to add my passport number to the test report: which was a basic requirement from the start, and finally they just dropped the ball.

I made an appointment for Monday 9:00. There is a car park at first basement floor so it was convenient. There was only few patients. It took only 30min for register, see a doctor, take an X-ray and see the result. Staffs and Doctor were kind and speak English. Dr.Pataky László was kind and nice!

The doctor was competent and attentive, gave detailed advice and answered all our questions. Nice and friendly lady at the reception helped us to find a doctor. Good attitude towards clients 👍💙💛

I ve broken my foot and was sent to Emineo by another private hospital close by that couldn’t help and sent me away walking! At Emineo, I was immediately taken in , put in a wheelchair, seen and treated by the emergency traumatologiste . Surgery was soon scheduled and done and weeks after I’ve started physiotherapy. Inside the hospital conditions are very good, modern , clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and helpful, all communication was in English . A male nurse , a great professional, very caring and helpful with perfect English, catered for me during the day of the surgery, unfortunately I cannot recall his name , probably because of anesthesia 😃😄. The surgery: I cannot praise enough dr. Gémes Kristóf for his professionalism, surgical treatment, his very warm and friendly attitude, for his great attention to patient details ( before and after the operation) and his great people skills. Also my gratitude goes for my therapist Bakó Bence whom with great care, precise detailed exercises, support , positive attitude and encouragement helped me every week to recover plentiful! Thank you all very much ! I have recommended Emineo ever since, keep up the good work!

If you want anything from them written in english language do not go there! Choose any other similar clinic, because they categorically denying giving any documentation, sick certifications etc, in written English, because they say, that they have no contract anymore with the translator company! ( what a stupid reason)!

My experience at this clinic was not very helpful and extremely expensive. The orthopedist could not recommend any solution for recovery, except from some extremenly expensive solutions that the clinic provided. However, my injury was not very serious to turn into these options. At the end of the conversation, I asked the doctor if there is any way of recovering by myself with resting and he said "of course". However, he didn't mention this option earlier, but only the expensive solutions. Considering the expensive prices and the quality of the services, I would not recommend the clinic to anyone.

Expert help, super courteous and nice, environment is top notch, I hardly ever have to wait at all, very well managed. Very much recommended.

Take care of the patients! In November, we told Dr. Jambor that I fell from knee height onto concrete onto my right side, that my shoulder hurts from the accident, and my whole arm... They plastered my arm abroad as first aid. But he only dealt with recasting the spindle bone. I have complained several times that my shoulder hurts more and more and my hands are weak. He accounted for this as radiation from the fracture. We checked in with Dr. László Gyurina on 03.08 and told him what the problem was. I sent him for an MR examination, based on the picture - because he doesn't need a description, only the MR CD - he determined that my shoulder was frozen. He stopped rehab and physical therapy. He gave so much information about the prescribed steroid that it could cause mood swings and weight gain as side effects. After the drug was discontinued, it became clear that one of the side effects was atrial fibrillation. Since I had two ablation procedures and am currently taking medication to prevent it due to PF, we went back and asked him to prescribe a different medication or injection. The answer was "Go to your family doctor." It is outrageous that a doctor can afford such a thing in a paid private care. So far, we have paid HUF 518,000, i.e. FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND HUF, for mismanagement. It becomes clear after five months, from the MR findings. "Opinion: Degenerative signs in the supraspinatus, with suspicion of a partial tear. There is also a partial tear in the subscapularis, which correlates with the subluxation of the long head of the biceps tendon."

I recommend it to everyone who wants professionally prepared staff and care without waiting at a reasonable price.

I can highly recommend it to everyone. They are helpful at the reception, if I can't reach them by phone, they call me back quickly, they are kind and patient in everything. The surgeries are fantastic and my grandmother, who was matched in public health, was cured here quickly, without surgery. Very good doctors and staff, thank you for everything!
