1- I would like it if I am Hungarian, but if you are foreigner and don't speak Hungarian, then doctor and his assistant will speak in Hungarian with each other and laugh during the consultation!!! 2- At the reception, the woman asked me about any Corona virus symptoms, and I said I have none of them, but she keeps repeating saying "are you sure you dont have symptoms?" , I could not really understand what should I answer her!! did she think that I am a liar when I said no?!! so disappointed!

My first impression during my first two appointments where great. Nice staff, modern, clean office, and doctors that speak proper English. Well, until after my second appointment. The day after my second appointment, I had issues and wanted to go back to check my fresh surgery wound. I called them, and they don’t have English speakers that can handle phone calls, and you have to write an email… so I had a Hungarian speaker call three times the same day… they just opened a ticket and promised a call back, never received one. I also sent them an email with my symptoms and a picture, apparently the email was sent to the doctor… also never received any feedback. So I finally managed to make an appointment to get it checked. When I arrived at the clinic, I was immediately told by the assistant at the front desk that the doctor won’t look at me, because god knows why. They did offer me to go into their walk in center and wait a couple hours to get care there. Which I didn’t not do as I had an appointment for a reason and did not fancy waiting hours for a 5 minute check of the wound. Unsure how legal it is in Hungary to sent away your own patient you did surgery on and now has issues with that….. especially when they had a damn appointment?!?! When I complained to my private insurance about them and the insurance followed up with them, they then made up lies. Apparently I was at the clinic over 2 hours (gave them a random time I guess) before my appointment and that I didn’t want to wait for that time and left. I guess they didn’t realize that the insurance has written prove of when the appointment was and I could provide my exact locations by time for that day… turns out I was 20 minutes early and you’re supposed to be there at least 15 minutes before the appointment. Also the fact that a doctor who works at the clinic called me and confirmed that they made a mistake and they should have handled my appointment differently was suddenly hidden under the rug Anyway, I finished my treatment there and will for sure avoid this place. My insurance has also put them on a no go list. The doctors are good and professional, but the rest of the staff is a huge stretch, has no knowledge of anything, rude, unprofessional, and likes to throw out patients. Do yourself all a favor and DO NOT go there. As far as I can tell, pretty much all of the doctors work in different private or public clinics/hospitals and go there instead. Another minus point, they charge you extra for English speaking appointments when their doctors already speak English anyway… who even does that???

Clean, well equipped but super unprofessional and expensive (as in patient/customer service and support). I have the gold package (almost 500000 huf/year) and not once they answered the phone in time or managed to book an appointment for me within the same week. Walk-in service is not a walk-in service unless you are literally about to die otherwise, you need to book an appointment which most probably be available in two weeks to three weeks from the day you try to book it and only in Hungarian. I do not recommend it if you're unstable financially because you don't get your money's worth.....and you will pay a lot of money.

The private health service here is outrageous. My wife attended here the ob-gyn, dr G. Gero, and came out crying, devastated and ashamed. This so called professional had not a slightest intention to make the patient feel welcomed, nor heard or at least recognized their presence as a human being. The director better evaluate who they employ, or can watch their reputation go down the drain. White male privilege played out, disgusting

the results of the prc tests were never sent. when I called to sort it out they were not helpful and could not solve the problem. awful, rude service. dumb , cumbersome and bureaucratic. avoid at all cost.

Would not recommend this place for Covid testing. Misleading communication about result timelines and no test result after 48 hours. Customer service useless, no action.

Absolute worst. Misleading information on website that PCR tests are available in 24-48 hours. Had to talk to 10 different people and attend the testing facility in person AGAIN only to learn that the lab screwed up the tests (that were already late). And then only received one set of results even though two tests for two people were taken. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

My mother had gotten her PCR test done here and it was an absolute disaster. She paid 19,500 HUF and was NOT given her result within their so called "48 hours" nonsense. She made almost 15 calls and then got her result AFTER the 48 hours window was over. Customer service is useless, some can't even speak English. My mother nearly missed her flight due to their incompetence. They didn't even apologise or offer any sort of compensation. I'd recommend everyone to stay far away from this clinic as possible.

I was about to make a booking for my wife, but the booking form required my wife's birthday, place of birth, mother's name, and social security number. Quite apart from being non-compliant with GDPR, for which the maximum fine is the higher of €20m or 4% of global turnover, this looks very much like the questions you would ask if engaging in identity theft. They might provide adequate medical care, but we are not prepared to risk dealing with people who are so cavalier with private information.

If I could give negative starts I would do so. I went to Dr Sillo Palma with dermatologist. She barely took a look at the problem. She gave a prescription for a cream which is not available in Hungary! I called them back to give a different prescription that we would be able to buy and they never called me back. She also did not tell all the options and treatments available. She did not give comprehensive info about cream she prescribed originally. Later I found out that this treatment would leave a mark on my skin! Terrible experience.

This used to be a great place, but something has happened and I would no longer recommend people to go there. I had to go to the lab to get a blood test and it looks like they outsourced their lab services to someone else. The lab is small, extremely crowded, with only a curtain separating you from the people waiting and it is not linked to the main clinic floor. When I arrived there was a one hour delay, and you could tell that the receptionist was completely panicked. Staff was very nice though, despite the high stress environment, I have absolutely no complaints against them. I hope they find themselves a better workplace… That being said, it looks like the organization of Waberer has become a mess to a point that the service quality is better in public Hungarian health care than here. Why pay a huge premium for this? Do yourself a favor and skip Waberer.

I recently had to have ear surgery here with Dr. Lictor. After many months of pain they quickly identifed the problem and told me how it needed to be fixed. Zoltán was so helpful and personable along every step of the way, calling with me out-of-hours and helping me through the whole process because I couldn't speak Hungarian. The reception staff was always lovely, particulaly this one lady who always went above and beyond, and to be honest made me feel so safe that I did not even bother looking for a different institution once I found this one. I don't remeber her name, but I hope my praise can get back to here, so she had brown hair with like a grey stripe though it. There were a few minor hickups but they are to expected anywhere, the thing that made Wáberer Medical Center great is how they handled a situation when an un-expected problem appeared, and it was good everytime. Not sure how their prices are or anything becuase my insureance liased with them, and Zoltán also took care of everything with the insurnace company for me so I did not even have to worry about G.O.P or sending medical reports. Definutly recomend. Thank you Dr Lictor and the medical team thoughout the process and the surgery, and thank you also Zoltán for all of your continual help, sincerly! Best wishes, Joe

I had a reserved time today with their cardiologist, and they could not find the appointment when I arrived, and also said the doctor is not in today...my insurance company called me later apologizing that Waberer mixed up the names, and the doctor was actually available, and they have no clue how the provider could mess this up so much... I guess I will just go to another place!

My father was in pulmonary medicine with Dr. Klára Szondy, who was very kind and helpful, thank you! The doctor asked for a CT scan, the results of which were sent, however, recording the CT images on a CD was no longer included in the CT scan fee, it would have been done for HUF +5,000. I think this is not a bit of an exaggeration when the price of the CD costs a maximum of HUF 250. I understand that income must be generated at all costs, but it could be done in a slightly fairer way.

The environment and facilities are good, but unfortunately the days are getting more and more crowded with appointments. In private health care, you don't expect the examination to start 40 minutes late, and then the abdominal ultrasound to be interrupted in 5 minutes... They are quick, accurate and kind at their blood collection point.

I took part in several screening tests, and everyone was very kind and helpful.

Called the medical center to make an appointment , with an orthopaedic surgeon, 4 weeks ago ,I’ve Received no call back or any kind of response since from the Medical center. Lack of responses would give you a sense on what sort of a business they are running.

Very professional ob-gyn checkup with Dr. Zsolt Németh. The doctor did a detailed checkup, explained all, including lab checks recommended. Allover, a great experience, highly recommend this doctor.

Overpriced , you have to wait in line in spite of having an appointment for a set time. Evaluation of the results is superslow, their result platform is impossible to use .

I came with breathing problems inside (my lungs seem not to work well) and I told them it’s an emergency. They declined me and send me out.

When we lived in Budapest we used to go to the Waberer center with my little daughter to our pediatrician Dr. Bene Gabriella. She always was so nice to my daughter and to us. Professional, caring and considerate! Thank you ❤️

Worst hospital ever. Appointment was canceled without reason after i arrived there with more than 30km travel distance. Bad hospital, worst service ever, do not recommend to anyone.

For me absolutely the best medical institution in BP. We were there several times visited Dermatologists, Pediatrician. Reception or customer service on the phone always extremely helpful and professional.

The surgery and the health care was perfect, but the financial account, and the cleanness of the room, as well the customer care quality was very low.

I was deeply satisfied with the services and atmosphere of Waberer Medical Center, I always felt comfort being there. I visited Dr. Bűcs Gábor for check-ups two times after a hip replacement surgery, which he carried out with the greatest result - I'm 30 now, born with CP, later on diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Now I can live without pain again, after 12 years of struggle in various rehabilitation institutions. Dr. Bűcs is always nice, his answers are detailed and honest and he's interested about my state ever since. My way of moving improved a lot since my operation and I cannot thank him enough for his professional courage that was needed for my improvement. I always feel safe and welcome with the crew of Waberer Medical Center on these check-ups... Thank you.

I had a foot surgery in January 2023, and I would like to share my good experience with the WMS, Doctor Czipri Matyas (orthopedic surgeon), the insurance advisor and nurses and anesthesiologist. From start to finish, I received all information (available in English) in clear and concise manner. Staff is very responsive to all questions and concerns. The clinic is very well-equipped, clean and pleasant to be in. Thanks WMS and all the staff here.

The service was still correct 2 years ago, since then it has deteriorated terribly. During my last surgery, a disaster organization, where I was asked not to swallow anything for the previous 2 days (where the normal protocol is 12 hours), the next day I had no breakfast, nor seen from a doctor, I was simply forgotten. I was then injected with a blood thinner, and shown how to inject it for the next 15 days. Once arrived at the pharmacy, the prescription was not yet available, I call them, and they tell me that I don't need it, it was a mistake! Moreover, I had 15 days of pain, because of an incompetent and disrespectful anesthesiologist! Cancellations of appointments too often, even the doctors no longer support these conditions. The rates for certain operations have also more than doubled, compared to competitors in the private sector! In summary, simply shameful!

I want to thank Dr. Hegedus Zsolt and his medical team who treated me during and after my hip intervention; His professionalism and human treatment are helping me to recover as soon as possible. The kindness of the nurses was fantastic. And of course Sára Gonda my Physiotherapist . who became the most important person before and after my hip surgery. Zoltan Kelemen (Insurance manager)was always willing to help. Thank you so much !!

Nice place, modern equipment, but two weeks after my initial appointment with a painful condition no contact from the hospital to book my surgery. And this is a private hospital. Wáberer.... this is not good enough. Have gone to another provider and got an appointment for surgery within 2 hours. That's what I call s private service. I hope they can improve because the potential is there but now, this is s no go for me.

I was maximally satisfied with everything. My surgery went well. Thanks to Dr. László Fekete and his colleagues, as well as to those who work here. I can recommend it to everyone.
