I directly tested how long I could ring so that I could only talk to the machine. I rang without interruption for 1 full hour, and then I gave up. I have to think NO ONE WORKS THERE!! There are 4 phone numbers listed on the website under the heading "Patient registration" - and none of them can be reached for 1 hour. It is very sad!! If all workplaces worked like this, we could drift towards complete bankruptcy!!! It would be good if the authorities would pay attention to this - because patients who want to register at the clinic will no longer receive care here!!!
