Nagyon jó ellátást kaptam (törés után 2 órával már gipsz volt a lábamon!), biztonságban érzem magam Naphegyi doktornő és a gipszelők részletes útmutatásai és tanácsai mellett. Kicsit sokat kell várni, de ez egyáltalán nem a személyzet hibája - kevesen vannak a sok betegre (én ott senkit nem láttam téblábolni, sőt! A lehetőségek szerint igyekeztek mielőbb ellátni a várakozókat). Mindenkinek nagyon köszönöm mégegyszer a segítségét és példaértékű, áldozatos munkáját! Azt hiszem, még jobban is jártam, mintha a saját, belbudai körzetembe vitt volna a baleset után a mentő.

In Merényi, I received minimal information from the "department" doctor, the medical staff - the expression is intentional, because they did nothing to help me apart from emptying the bedpans and distributing meals - every day the person on duty was different, I had to fight for every bit of information and the worst of all, there was apathy and minimal sympathy for the patient. I learned to get to the toilet on my own, with my own walking frame, which was at a sufficient distance to practice walking. In the middle of the second week, on the 7th day after the operation, despite my desperate protests, the two-hundred-kilogram muscle man lifted me up to 58 kg without an elevator. 160 cm. I am - to the first floor, where patients with injuries on their upper body were lying, so that I can walk (!) and I need my place on the ground floor, where only patients with injuries on their legs are lying. I repeat: on the stairs, with my two arms on their shoulders, they pulled me up two long flights of stairs by my own strength, I screamed from the pain in my arms and no one told these two "people" why they didn't take me up by hand - as I later saw the paramedics did. To this day - 9 weeks after the incident - I can't feel my shoulder from the strain, my pain is stronger in my shoulder than in my operated leg, which I can treat with the help of physical therapy. This place, this hospital with this staff - together with the doctors - should be banned from healthcare and not taken over by Semmelweis, but replaced together with the management. I thought for a long time whether to write my complaint - I have had many more and bad hours at this place - but I feel that if even one person reads this complaint from there and thinks a little about their heartlessness, it was worth it.
