I visited Kreativ a while ago following advice from my NHS dentist here in the UK that I needed an implant with an approximate cost of £2500 at a private clinic. At £830 for an implant with Kreativ, I booked an appointment with the added idea of seeing Budapest for the 1st time. An implant wasn't needed and my tooth was saved following expert root canal treatment and crowning. I had further work on subsequent visits to address dysfunctional fillings and poor dentistry with a treatment mixture of crowns and a lower front bridge. I have nothing but praise for Kreativ - it's a great clinic and my experience is a very good one. My new dentist here in UK admires the work done on my teeth, stating how good it all is! My teeth are no longer mis-aligned and people remark how natural they look. All in all, a decision well made in going there.

As me and my boyfriend are studying in Budapest for a semester, we both thought it would be nice to get a dental check and fix a single cavity before leaving the country. We therefore contacted a Danish agency, Tandrejser, and told them our situation. Communication between the Danish agency and the local clinic was bad: Not only did we never get appropriate information on the time and place to meet there; the clinic also thought our appointment was at a different time than what we had been told by the Danish agency. When we got there, we were received by some friendly and professional staff, prepared with our papers and a nice attitude. The dentist, however, initiated by insisting that we get an x-ray for our teeth. We politely told that we would not like this, as we only wanted a small check and potential fix of a cavity rather than a larger treatment. The dentist was generally rude and arrogant about this; And made really unfair and rude comparisons, asking whether I would not want a scanning if I were pregnant. I, however, said that in Denmark (where I have NEVER had problems with my dentist), my dentist has never insisted for me to do an x-ray, and that I'd be happy to just accept an ordinary check. However, we proceeded to the dental check, and here, he was incredibly superficial, almost unwilling to answer my questions. The whole session really felt like an upselling show, and while he did not see the cavity that I thought I had, he wanted to remove 5 of my wisdom teeth and (my own dentist has only talked about doing so with one of them) and do cosmetic correction of my front teeth, which was completely out of scope for what I had explained the Danish agency and himself that I wanted. As this is not something to be done on the same day, he ended up saying that all that should then be done would be a teeth cleaning. This, however, had a price of 520 DKK, about twice as much as I would pay at my Danish dentist with which I am very satisfied. In the meantime my boyfriend waited 50 minutes without getting attended and after my experience we decided to leave. Overall, we would therefore not recommend the place - at least not if you only want minor things done.

I was like everyone else. I had a positive opinion when I left the clinic with my teeth white and redone. Nice welcome, financial effort, efficient supervision. Every thing was perfect. But I discovered the problems of a bad job after just one year... 1 teeth was broken + 1 crown fell down - and no one in the clinic to help me and fix those bad works... So I paid a serious dentist in my country (France). I hope that, those who read me will be more lucky. Regarding myself, I am very disappointed. (Answer: you did 2 quotes and I accepted the lowest. YOU, as a professional, have evaluated the work to be done. these works were badly done for 2 teeth...)

The dentists I met with were arrogant, unkind and unpleasant The dental treatment they offered me had no regard for me as a person - I felt like they were congratulating themselves on finding a solution to my "problem." Their solution was expensive; they also told me that my bone and gum so deteriorated that I would not be able to have implants. Fortunately, I didn't listen - and I now have beautiful implants from a clinic in Croatia with kind dentists at much less money. Be warned. Don't go to these guys.

Be very careful. The priority is to get you on a plane rather than actually do any work to understand your needs. Depending on who you speak to you may find they lose patience, become rude or condescending if you ask too many questions. Red flag. As you can see from screenshots, no reply since 21st Jan.

Well, my Kreativ Dental adventure begun by seeing an article in a newspaper in 2014 (which I still have) ! After reading it I hoped that one day I might in a position to be able to afford to come to Kreativ. So, when I was made redundant in 2019 I decided this was my chance. I had my 'consultation' in January 2020 and booked to come out March 2020 to start the work needed to be able to have 'locator dentures' fitted but unfortunately due to the world wide pandemic of Covid19 this obviously didn't happen. I ended up coming out in January 2021(which I have to be honest was a bit scary)to have the few teeth I did have removed and then back in October 2021 to have 'titanium pins' inserted into my lower/upper jaws. After 4 months recovery I came back this March 2022 for the final process lots of measurements, bite alignment checked and face bow registration and I now have my dentures. I'm so very happy with them ! They look amazing, very natural shape and colour, I didn't recognise myself when they were fitted just have to learn to speak/eat with them now. 🤭 My thanks to my dentist Adam Panczel and his team for taking great care of me, at no point did I have any pain from the work that was done although my face did ache having my mouth open so long whilst it was being done...🤭 And, thanks to you and your team for help with the paperwork and additional PCR testing that was required to get me to Kreativ. I would/will definitely be recommending Kreativ to anyone that I know who is considering going abroad dental treatment. Thanks again to everyone.

I visited five dentist in and around London who advertised to be implant specialist, unfortunately I wasn't impressed with any of them. I was very sceptical about having dental treatment abroad but I thought I would at least give the initial consultation a try before I dismissed it. I chose Kreativ Dental in Hungary for this consultation because of their first class reputation. I cannot praise this company enough. From start to finish they are the most professional, specialist dental company I have ever encountered. Your care is their first priority from the moment you get off the plane. My treatment consisted of 1 extraction, 5 implants, 2 sinus lifts, 2 bridges, 10 crowns over a 9 month period and three visits to Hungary. If you are contemplating dental treatment abroad I would highly urge you to have a consultation with Kreativ. I think, like me you will be greatly impressed by the whole set up. I was surprised how many people from various parts of Europe were attending their clinics. For me it was a big commitment to go abroad but they make it so easy. And you can save a lot of money compared to the UK.

I booked through Mary Flanagan in Ireland she toke care of everything on the other side between pickups a Dropoffs a hotels.I found Kreativ staff kind professional and honest and proficient.They also gave me my Ortho pantograph xray forms with all my dentition details.

I was very happy with my visit to Kreativ Dental in Budapest recently. I had read about the clinic in the paper and I finally got the courage to book myself in for a consultation. Mary Flanagan, the Irish representative, was so helpful when I called her. Having been a past patient herself, she really put my mind at ease and knowing she would be flying over the same weekend I was, made me feel calmer. When I got to the clinic, the staff were very friendly. I was impressed with the facilities at the clinic, particularly the waiting room which has an aquarium and internet tablets - it's very modern. The dental specialist for my consultation talked me through any treatment I would need and what I particularly liked was the fact he was very honest. He told me I would not need a lot of treatment and gave me a written breakdown of costs which Mary then talked through with me. There's no pressure put on you to go ahead with the treatment, you can think about it overnight or while you go exploring beautiful Budapest, but you can book it in there and then either. I'd highly recommend visiting the clinic and I look forward to returning.

Came here for root canal treatments, as the first ones I got 20 years ago were all too short, which caused inflammations. My doc in my home country suggested an implant and two remakes, all in all for a terrible price. Here they said, they will re-do it again, no implant needed. I went for the microscop treatment, which is more expensive. My translator left the room during my session. Staff talked hungarian only, even though they knew, we could also communicate in english. After “I was done“, I was told, that one tooth cannot be saved and should be replaced by an implant. Btw the same tooth my home doc told me about. I mentioned that point at my first consultation, too. After those root treatments I went to a professional tooth cleaning. I go for that kind of cleaning once a year since many many years, it may not be fun, but it was never that painful as here. At least the lady noticed, that I am not comfortable and I was a human being and not just another mouth in front of her. You will have to be very flexibel, too. Consultation times changes all the time. Even within minutes. Left one house and was told to come back on friday at 3.30pm. Arrived at the other house and was informed, I should come at 8:45 am. One precasted treatment was not on their list any more today. Will I have to come twice a day on friday? No one told me, what will be done. I should eat breakfast, that was written on a small note put next to my bag, while my teeth where shrubbed without mercy. Bought myself some pain killer (first time since 2017 after a hospital visit), and am very glad, the pill is working. At least in one thing I could trust today. After several discussion about this post the next day, I decided to interrupt and paid my bill.

On the 4 May 2022, I together with my wife, Kristina visited this Clinic for an examination and possible treatment. I was interviewed by Dentist Solymosi Ivan. A X-ray was done to see my dental condition. After that I was informed by the above Dentist that based on the X-ray I have caries under all the crowns, in all my teeth. I was sceptical of this, because I do not have any symptoms of caries and also some days before I had been to Ideal Dental Clinic in Budapest and Dentist Imola informed after the X-ray that I clean my teeth very well and they are healthy. During the interview I asked questions to satisfy myself as a patient, but Ivan's answered in a rush way, kind of bullying/arrogant way. Basically his answers were with authority and enforcing what he said on me. At the end of it one is left without understanding. I felt he did not want that I ask too many questions. The following email was sent to Dentist/Dr Solymosi Ivan on 22 May 2022, however, he never replied to it. Hello Dentist/Dr Solymosi Ivan, Hereby is a short message to give my comments on my recent visit to the Clinic with you. You informed me that I have caries under the crowns in all my teeth, based on it an extensive program was written, (Quot. No 156293), for the cost of €18.887,00. I wanted to check this out to satisfy myself with another Dental Clinic. I went to the best and/or one of the best Dental Clinics in Budapest, called Helvetic Clinics. There it was made a Panorama X-ray, a CT Scan and Dental Hygiene Treatment. None of these showed caries anywhere. Based on this a very simple program was made. I started on it and I am glad about it. It seems that you have problems with your integrity and perhaps it could be that you have lost it long ago. I visited Kreativ Dental on numerous occasions for work that would have cost the earth here in England. Everything is taken care of as from the moment you step out of the plane to the moment you going back in! The staff is friendly, caring and patient. Everything is explained in great details. I cannot fault the place. Everything from the treatments, the place and people is of a very high standard!

I wasted 2 months getting treated at Kreativ Dental in Budapest. They did a terrible job on 12 crowns and two partial dentures. I gave them over $11,000 US. It also cost me over $10,000 in expenses, transportation and hotels. Now, I have to spend over $35,000 to redo this disaster. Their guarantee is worthless. Their facilities look good but they do bad dental work. I have pain from leaking crowns, bad dentures with the wrong attachments, and bad root canals. Update, Jan 2015: The nightmare continues with infections, and surgeries. Kreativ Dental threatened to sue me because of my dental reviews. “Even a stopped clock is right twice every day. After some years, it can boast of a long series of successes.” - Marie Von Ebner-Eschenbach The response by Kreativ is a lie. They refused to fix their work. I have sent info on the damage to their local dentist in New York. They threaten Europeans to remove bad reviews. They can not do that to Americans. Addition: Kreativ Dental has NEVER offered to fix my teeth. This is a total lie. Notice how they printed my name to intimidate me. Avoid these sleazy people. The owner of Kreativ Dental was wanted by the FBI and ran back to Budapest where he changed the spelling of his name. They are not honorable people.

I am delighted to share my experience with Kreativ Dental, the company that took care of my bone graft and new implants this year. I am just back from Budapest now after completing the procedure. From the very beginning to the end, the service provided was truly excellent. Initially, I was a bit sceptical about seeking treatment abroad, especially in a country that i don't speak the language. But at when you are only 35 years old and stuck with insensitive/disproportionate quotes in the UK between 7k and 10k for your treatment It gives you more motivation to look elsewhere for better options. After being recommended Kreativ Dental in Budapest by a friend of mine who had family members going there for their treatments I decided to give it a try. The moment I arrived and had a consultation with their experts, my doubts began to dissipate. It was evident that they were knowledgeable and had a team of real professionals. Plus they all spoke perfect English! Choosing to proceed with them turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. Just a few months later, I now have a brand new set of teeth, and the amount of money I saved was more than half of what I would have spent for the same procedure in the UK. Plus I got to visit this beautiful city. The entire process was smooth and painless, exceeding my expectations. I don't know, how good or bad dentists in the clinic are, but North America agent is awful! This one start for Mary Ann Crawford. I contacted them over the website and then after a telephone call, they sent me a short and nice note of the potential treatment. That was good, but... I'm not a US citizen, so technically I need a visa to Hungary, and to get a visa, I need an official quote, to show that I have a treatment plan. So I asked them to provide such a quote with a suggested treatment plan and number of visits and so on. By that time I was very impressed by the almost positive reviews and many good comments they received... Well, the agent didn't respond at all, and when I called her, SHE SUGGESTED TO FIND ANOTHER CLINIC! My frustration didn't have limits! I spent almost 2 months checking different providers and reading non-official reviews and so on... I contacted 5 different clinics all around the globe. I made my choice, requested my bank for a long-term loan and ... what?!!!!!!!! I will find another clinic, but after all, I don't think they really care about their patients, they really don't need more clients, so the service might not be the best too. :(

There is always wonderful care taken of you at Kreativ from dealing with Tom and Monika who are so lovely to excellent dentistry from Adam Biro and Bernard and Adam Panczel. I can not recommend them highly enough. Painless root canal done brilliantly and quickly.

Had one implant fitted at Kreativ in September this year and the dentistry was first class. Really happy with the result. Not so happy with the communication from the UK office or the reception department at the clinic. Whilst in Budapest 2 appointments cancelled with no explanation. After raising concerns about this the explanation given by the clinic was understandable but it would have been nice to have been told at the time. Kreativ advertising needs reading & scrutinising carefully. If you do not use the hotels recommended by Kreativ you do not get the free transport to and from the clinic. Its a shame that the communication does not live up to the standard of the dentistry. Like

I took my whole family here and we all got great experience and quality treatment. They have professional dentists working there. We had a minor inconvenience happening due to coincidental events, but they solved it quick with no problem. I can only recommend this place.

They do NOT care for you after they take your money. My dentures are broken after less than 2 years but they do not care. They told me to go find another dentist

I can recommend Kreativ Dental. I've been there 7 times and now I'm completely done. I have emailed, written messages and called - and have always received an answer. The journey to and from is completely safe. And the hotel can be recommended. The dental clinic and everyone who works there are skilled in their fields. And with a Norwegian interpreter, patient and pleasant, there is nothing to fear.

I have just returned from Budapest having had 8 implants fitted including 2 sinus lifts. I originally attended the clinic in February 2020 for an assessment. We stayed in the Hotel Arena which was a nice hotel, a bit dated, but good overall. The organisation (communication, pick up from airport, pick up from Hotel to appointment) was excellent. They gave me 2 options for a dental plan and a quote for each. I had one tooth extracted whilst I was there as the tooth was in the early stages of coming loose. My intention was to get a new smile by Christmas 2020. However due to the pandemic, the world closed. When I received notification in August 2021 about borders reopening, I jumped at the chance to get booked in for the first stage of my treatment. On arrival in Budapest (03/10/21) again picked up from the airport and taken to a different hotel - The Helia which sits alongside The Danube river. This Hotel is more modern than the Arena. The next day I was picked up for a reassessment due to the time span since my first appointment and to have periodontal preparation. I was picked up and returned to the hotel after this work, with 2 further appointments for the next 2 days to have upper implants and sinus lift work carried out. and then lower implants on the 3rd day. Painless when the work was carried out, but with so much work being done, I have experienced swelling and bruising, but you are given the medication, ice pack and instructions. I will be returning in July 2022 after 9 months of healing for the work to start to give me a smile that I needn't be embarrassed about. I can only praise the staff of Kreativ for the professional way they carry out their work. Nothing to worry about as far as I am concerned. Next year I will take my wife for a holiday. This is a very slick and impressive operation but following an initial consultation I did not get them to complete my work. Before I contacted them I had received a diagnosis and a quote for E5,500 for a four tooth replacement bridge from my regular dentist in France. On seeing photos by email and my french dentist's reommended treatment plan Kreativ told me they could do the equivalent for around 2,500 but would need to see me before confirming. The dentist I saw at Kreativ frankly scared me to death. He did not mince his words - he saw my teeth pretty much as no hope and recommended dentures. However his charming colleague then took over, sat me down for about an hour and talked me through three options with very plausible sounding information, the cheapest of the options was going to cost me 10k. He also wanted to include work on my lower teeth which I wasn't aware needed doing. Quite traumatised, I cut my visit short and went straight to London where I saw a dentist at East Finchley Smiles. After examination and a review of all that had been said so far from both dentists she said she completely disagreed with Kreativ - she agreed with my french dentist but wanted to add an extra tooth to the bridge for support and carry out in depth peridontal work to sort out my gums (something Kreativ had not included - apparently my gums and bone depth had simply had it ! ). One week later and my teeth have been chemically cleaned, I have antibiotics for my gums and a very acceptable temporary bridge installed which although only intended to last six weeks I suspect would actually do the job for far longer. The Kreativ experience is to my mind about slick marketing upselling and, in my experience trading on your fears. My final bill was £4,650. Just glad I got a third opinion.

If you need complex dental work done you should immediately consider using Kreativ Dental in Budapest. The surgery is state-of -the-art and the dental surgeons are brilliant. I had root canal treatment and two dental implants with sinus lifts done in the facility and it was done brilliantly, with no pain, no after-surgery swelling and with great care. The travel arrangements, the hotel booking and transportation in Budapest was all arranged, as was the treatment plan. The facility in the best I have ever used.

My sister and myself booked our trip to Kreativ Dental in Budapest via their office in Southampton after speaking to Tim and Ben. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish...you only need to book a flight,and the rest is done for you...had a fantastic time in Budapest . The dental team are superb , very hard working and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to go again,its so easy and very affordable. Many thanks to all of the Team.

My experience of the Kreativ Dental Clinic and its staff has been absolutely excellent. From the free initial assessment to the treatment itself, their care, professionalism and expertise has been outstanding. I chose Kreativ after an initial visit and consultation with Dr Adam Panczel and my own research in the UK. Dr Panczel is quite simply the best dentist I have ever had dental treatment with. His team are also superb , making the whole experience first class. I honestly can say I experienced no pain, and not once did I feel anything but total confidence and relaxed in the hands of Dr Panczel and his team. My treatment included implants, root canal surgery, bridges and crowns and the cost of this has been an enormous saving over what it would have cost in the UK. I would say to anybody considering dental work, visit Kreativ Dental Clinic in the beautiful city of Budapest, get a professional opinion of what needs to be done from some of the best dentists in the world and then place your trust in them. They have won numerous awards including just recently 'International Dental Clinic of the Year in IMTJ Medical Travel Awards 2018'. I did just that and am now the proud owner of a fantastic set of teeth (if I say so myself !) thanks to Kreativ Dental Clinic. I really am so pleased I decided to use them for the work I needed , and I would like to add that in no way whatsoever am I being paid or rewarded for my comments. Excellent treatment throughout, I started treatment around 3 years ago and this was completed about 18 months ago. I have waited a while to post this review just to ensure that there were no other issues but I’m delighted to say that there have been none whatsoever. Initial consultation was thorough and several treatment plans were suggested and explained. My final bill was actually less than the initial treatment plan !! It may seem a risk travelling overseas for this however I probably saved around £20k on U.K. prices and the language barrier was non existent. Every part of my plan was carried out by a specialist in that discipline, different dentists for implants, extractions and root canals. This made a huge difference as this is what these people do every day, every week and they are all experts in their field. Additionally they do not rush the process like some companies do, anybody that offers implants in a day etc are not to be used IMHO. After my implants I was left for at least 6 months to ensure that these had taken properly. In summary highly recommended, please feel free to contact me if you wish to confirm the validity of this review.

Il parle très bien français et a pu faire le lien avec les dentistes qui ne parlent pas le français. Lors de ma 1ère visite, j'ai fait une radio panoramique et après étude de mes dents, il a pris le temps de m'expliquer les différents traitements qu'il y aurait à faire sur mes dents. Il a réalisé un super plan détaillé des différentes étapes (3 en tout) par lesquelles je devrai passer pour finaliser l'ensemble des soins de ma bouche. A chaque étape, il y avait 2 possibilité de soins (la moins cher et la plus cher) en prenant bien le temps de m'expliquer les différences. J'ai ainsi pu finaliser la 1ère étape du traitement avec beaucoup de soins que je n'avais pas prévus mais qui étaient nécessaires pour continuer les 2 autres étapes. Lors de cette 1ère étape, on m'a extrait une dent de sagesse (qui été la cause du décalage de mes dents du bas), une dent infecté à la racine (heureusement que je l'ai retiré car sinon l'infection aurait pu se propager gravement à l'ensemble du corps…), une dent couronnée qui s'est cassée mais dont il restait encore les racines. On m'a soigné des dents cariées avec un traitement des canaux d'une dent qui n'avait pas été faite par mon dentiste (va savoir pourquoi ???) et enfin un bon détartrage qui a redonné de la propreté et un peu de blancheur à mes dents (surtout celles du bas lol ). J'ai une bouche en meilleure santé avec des dents soigné et propres. Je dois patienter 6 mois la reconstruction de l'os de la gencive pour commencer la pose des implants. On va commencer le gros travail :) Ensuite la dernière étape sera la pose de couronnes sur les dents le nécessitant. C'est un long traitement mais j'ai confiance à 1000% en la clinique Kreativ Dental car ce sont de vrais pro, à l'écoute de leur patients et qui souhaitent nous faire retrouver le sourire.
