From the 1st meeting in London through to having the treatment in Budapest the staff went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a dentist. Different options were explained to me and the choices left to me for a decision. Budapest is also a nice city to visit, flights and Hotels very good value for money. Everyone has said I look a new man and can now smile without being self conscious. Wish I had done it years earlier. Altogether a good experience, and not something normally said about going to the dentist.

Great experience all round. Adrienn's help was immense and made the trip possible during lockdown. The clinic is very well appointed and in a lovely location overlooking the city. The staff were all exceptionally friendly at all times which really made me feel I'd made the right choice. The dentist who did the work was fantastic - Ive had a lot of work done in Budapest over the years and she really stood out as a perfectionist with her work but very caring and considerate, she did an outstanding job. What an Absolutely first class service !!! I had a front tooth removed and was very keen on an implant. At first, I got quotes from around where I live in the UK which came in very high. A friend then suggested I try First Dent in Hungary. At first, I was worried about doing such a procedure abroad. I really didn’t know what to do at this point. Which made it easier for me was meeting them in Golder Green London. Once I had met with them I felt re-assured. Still nervous I then flew out for my first treatment. Adriane the foreign liaison was exceptional and made sure everything went smoothly. I always had sufficient airport pickups, was recommended good accommodation and she would answer any queries I had. When I first arrived at the address in the Beautiful Budapest I was very impressed indeed with the professionalism, cleanliness and the way everyone spoke English. It was such an impresses state of the art centre for dental treatment. When I was there so many from the UK were also having treatment here. The cost savings to the UK were extremely good and you also get to see and venture into a beautiful city that is also very well priced. I am so happy I had my treatment here in Hungary, looking back. I nearly chose doing this in the UK. But after having all the treatments and 3 successful return trips here I would recommend to anyone that is looking to have this done abroad and would without doubt recommend first dent. My implant looks and feels amazing – the colour match and shape is excellent and no one knows which one is which !!! I have to go back out every year for check-ups for my warranty and to be honest I am already looking forward to next years trip….

Completed full mouth restoration in record time! I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of the treatment. I had expected to require implants, however was impressed that I was recommended to have crowns and bridges instead of the more costly implants. The information and care shown by Adrienn to ensure that a treatment plan could be arranged to suit my timetable, and suggestions regarding accommodation etc. were excellent. The treatment and advice given by Melinda was first class, and the dental equipment was better than any I have encountered in UK, and the cost was significantly lower than that quoted in the UK. I would recommend Firstdent without hesitation to friends and family.

I’ve had quite severe problems with my teeth for quite some time and they were only getting worse. So I needed some help but knew that I would never be able to afford a full mouth restoration in the UK. So during lockdown I did a lot of research to find a good dentist abroad and came across Firstdent who offer monthly consultations in London, which to me was a big plus. So after some trepidation (I’ve got a real phobia when it comes to dentists) I made an appointment in London where I saw the chief dentist Dr. Renata Heintz and Adrienn who acts pretty much as a patient coordinator/manager. Both were really friendly and professional when discussing my treatment options (after I had my x-ray done), which were then emailed to me a few days later with all the costs, materials, etc. I was extremely pleased to find out that the options listed were well within my budget and I went ahead and made my first trip to Budapest and was picked up at the airport by George, the designated driver, who will not only pick you up at the airport but will also drive you to your dental appointments. On my first visit I stayed for a week and had numerous procedures ranging from extractions to bone graft/implants and fitting of my temporary teeth all performed by amazing dentists. I had to go back to Budapest twice more and finally got my permanent set of teeth this month, fitted by my dentist Dr Viktoria Kardos who is truly a perfectionist and who, together with the dental technicians, is responsible for my new and much improved smile. I really can’t thank them enough for the work they have done. My teeth look really great and they have improved my life significantly and given me a real confidence boost. Also, special thanks have to go to Adrienn, who will not only help you organise your trip but will always go out of her way to answer any questions/concerns you might have regarding your treatment. She will always make sure that you are comfortable throughout your dental journey. To summarise, I can highly recommend this dental practice. Everybody is very welcoming and professional and the quality of the dental work speaks for itself. I definitely had a very positive experience, so much so that after my first 2 visits to Budapest my partner has also decided to have his smile improved by Firstdent and is very happy with the result thus far.

A big thank you to all the team at Firstdent Budapest. The treatment was outstanding from day 1. I had 14 Crowns , 4 Bridges and 2 implants installed over a period of 3 weeks which entailed 2 visits to to Budapest, which is a great city to visit. A special mention has to go out to Victoria who was kind, gentle and amazing a true perfectionist, explaining everything as we went along in good English. I initially had a complete assessment with another provider in the UK, including all scans and required treatment plans. Although thorough it was clear to me that this option was too expensive for me. One of my colleagues recommended Firstdent from personal experience. The communication firstly with Adrienn was excellent and she gave me my options with a timing plan and cost, which I accepted. My first visit was full of trepidation, however I was continually put at ease throughout the procedures. Was it painful ? Yes a little, but you are continually asked if you require more local anaesthesia, which helps. I then waited nearly 4 months for the second phase, which was longer and included recovery time. Finally I had a super new set of implants and was so happy ! I felt confident to smile, talk clearly, eat steak again. There is a new cleaning regime which is important, but it soon became part of my daily routine. I cannot express my gratitude and thanks to Renata, Gabor & Adrienn enough. This has been a life changing experience with a superb team of experts. Thank you.

Outstanding. Firstdent offered me a service I have never witnessed in UK dentists - completely professional, a first class, state of the art clinic and a friendly, non judgemental service. My work was completed in 3 short trips to Budapest - a great city to visit at any time - and all brilliantly organised by Adrienn. From the initial inquiry to the end of my treatment this was excellent service. Especially Adrienne who kept me informed all the way through. We had the travel restrictions due to Covid, but again Adrienne helped and advised to enable me to eventually travel back for my final treatment. I am very pleased with the result. I had two implants and a crown fitted and now do not need dentures. They look very natural, just like my other teeth. So glad I did it and would recommend this practice 100% to anyone wanting dental work.

What can I say - yes I now have a life! From the very first moment I got in touch with Firstdent all the way through to the end of my treatment I have been looked after. My teeth were a mess and I had lost 4 teeth (one being at the front). I first saw Renata who advised me on what I needed doing I did say I wanted a better shape and slightly brighter than I already had. She informed me that I could have what I wanted. Then Adrienn got in touch and within 2 months I was all booked in for my treatment. Adrienn advised on flights and hotels. She also sent me my treatment plan and even though I had many questions and she always answered them. She was very helpful. When I got to Budapest I was met by George the driver who would take me to my hotel and the dentist for my appointments. George is amazing - thank you George :). At the surgery the reception girls were very friendly. In fact everyone there were just amazing. My dentist was mainly Victoria who is just the best she talked to me through all the treatment ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. She is very particular and her eye for perfection is second to none. I'm so happy I had Victoria just love you for what you have done for me. Your simply the best!! My teeth are fantastic and everyone who now see the finished product are just amazed at how natural and good they look. I cant stop smiling. My confidence has risen and I feel on top of the world. My teeth were ruining my life. I had front teeth missing and years of smoking had caused all sorts of other problems, I refused to smile or have my photo taken and even declined being a bridesmaid at my sisters wedding because of this. Firstdent were absolutely amazing. Every single member of the team were friendly and professional. Adrienn helps you with everything you need to arrange from hotels to flights and was always quick to respond if you had any questions. There’s a lovely driver called George who picks you up from the airport and takes you to your hotel and drives you to the dentist for your appointments. The work I had done was done to an amazing standard the you’d be hard pushed to find in the UK even privately. I had clip on dentures implanted on the top and crowns on the bottom plus back dentures. Great service, had my consultation in London, flew out for my dental implant! They picked me up from the airport, the dental practice is very clean and modern, better than my NHS dentist in London! Tooth is still all good!

I was very happy with the completion of 10 crowns which I had done, but I would have preferred it if the dentist had explained more about the treatment prior to undergoing the work.
