After reviewing various dental options and getting prices in Ireland, Turkey and Budapest. Based on the professional response and information I received from Simon and Dr Peter. Who seemed to put the patient first and not money. e.g. nearly every other quote recommended 20 crowns 10 upper and 10 lower. Dr Peter recommended saving my good teeth and placing 8 upper and 6 lower teeth with crowns. Based on this and the good reviews I decided to arranged a trip to visit platinum dental in Budapest. Simon was brilliant arranged all my transport and recommended hotels. The taxi service they used picked me up on a few occasions and were lovely friendly people, a father and son team. When i arrived after my initial consultation i was told i only needed 6 upper and 6 lower crowns. Which was less than i had been quoted. In the end i went with the original quote. The end result has been brilliant and has given me much more confidence. I would highly recommend Platinum Dental, the service from start to finish was brilliant and Dr Peter made the dental work itself painless. My friends and family are already planning their trip when they seen my results.

Stay clear by all means. Such terrible mistake going there for treatment. Ended up going to another dental clinic to salvage the tooth badly damaged by Platinum dental. Their aim was to lead you to an implant and get more money out of you. There are far better clinics in Budapest.

An amazing experience (reviewed by a nervous patient, with a dislike to dentists and dental treatment!) I needed some major dental work to be carried out which would have cost a small fortune in the UK and was recommended Dr Peter of Platinum Dental Budapest. I arranged my appointments through Simon the UK based representative who is very efficient and responsive. I arrived for my appointment feeling anxious and not knowing what to expect. Dr Peter quickly put me to ease, explained the procedures in detail and assured me that I would not feel any pain. During the treatment, Dr Peter would explain the different noises I would hear and the pressure I would feel. At no time did I feel any pain After the procedures, aftercare was explained in full and a follow up email from Simon ensured that I was fully aware of what to expect after my treatment as well as the aftercare instructions which were explained by Dr Peter. I went here for a dental implant and received the best service of my life. A driver was available to pick me up from the airport, I was delivered on time to meet with Simon and go over the entirety of my procedure. The Platinum Dental Team provided me with options and full explanations of what was to be done, and the eventual procedure I settled upon went exactly as described. I wish I could bring their whole establishment back to the States with me.

I was visiting Hungary and also needed a dental crown to repair a broken molar. I knew that this type of dental work was much cheaper in Hungary than in the U.S. and I just had to decide about which dentist to go to. I contacted 2 offices in Budapest and felt more comfortable with the response from Platinum Dental. My experience with Dr Peter was very good and I am very pleased with my crown. (It can take a week or two for a new crown to feel comfortable so I've waited that time before posting this review.) Both appointments were on time yet it never felt like the work was rushed. He took time to make adjustments to make sure the new crown fit correctly. During my first appointment while waiting for the tooth to get numb we had a nice conversation to get better acquainted. While briefly waiting before my first appointment, I met someone from Ireland who was happily having her 4th crown done there so that too quickly helped to make me feel more comfortable about my decision. The office location is very close to a central Metro station so you have easy access from anywhere in the city. The difference in cost for just a single crown covered the cost of my airfare to Budapest, which is a wonderful place to visit. All in all, a very positive experience!

Amazing service from start to finish! From the moment I got in touch with Simon, he was very quick to respond and give me prices on what I needed to be done. When I then booked the appointment he organised my pick up from Budapest Airport and sent me all information I needed before the appointment, he could also arrange a hotel night if I required. It just couldn’t be any easier to Travel and have your teeth fixed, just as easy as it is to go to your dentist in your country. Dr Benedek is excellent at his job too, him and his 2 assistants were extremely friendly and professional and spoke fluent English. Dr Benedek told me thoroughly what needed to be done after a full check and didn’t try to add up work where it wasn’t needed as some other dentists might do. I am very pleased with the work he did! The facilities are very clean and modern. Thanks to the whole team for a great job! Recently visited Peter for a root canal and crown. After Peter's assessment it turned out a filling was suitable so didn't need the full treatment. Well what a experience and a journey I started my treatment in February which consisted of implants and full mouth of crowns! Platinum dentist were amazing Simon that organised and emailed information of places to stay etc and answered any questions that was asked at any time, also you were collected from the airport by there own transport and taken to your accommodation they were amazing too. However Dr Peter my dentist as I class as my guardian angel 😀 what a lovely, kind and caring nature he had through out my treatment plan which had taken a few months to complete I now have the perfect smile 😃 which has helped my mental health massively. Would highly recommend. After a UK dental quote, I saved a fortune and had excellent treatment. Root canal, crown, hygienist. From the outset Simon was prompt with his replies, providing great info. Transfers from the airport provided by Platinum Dental, info on hotels etc etc. Dr Peter has a great bedside manner as well as superb skill as a Dentist. I grabbed a mini-break in beautiful Budapest whilst having essential teeth work done, and saved a lot of money! Bit of a no-brainer really.

Yes very good service, just literally had a bridge put in but Peter (dentist) assured me it's like wearing a new pair of shoes lol, and should settle down after a week. Anyway very good price compared with rip off Britain, Simon sorts out all the arrangements very promptly... would definitely recommend

I highly recommend! The clinic is in the centre of the city, the level of service is top, Dr. Peter Benedek is very professional, kind, speaks perfect English. And Simon, who I was lucky to find upon asking recommendations for a dentist in a Facebook group, was super kind and supportive, gave me all the information I needed although I contacted him almost at midnight as I was panicking- broken front teeth :( Prices are reasonable. Going to the dentist was a really positive experience at Platinum Dental.

I visted Platinum Dental for a crown while in Budapest. When I initially inquired, Simon responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my needs and arrangements.
