Nos amennyire vártuk mozgássérült feleségem a nyitás, olyan hatalmas csalódás volt! Sehol nincs vakvezető, így már műszakilag nem lehetet volna szabad át venni! Ja hogy ez okos pláza a vak sorstárs majd egy okos vakbot navigálja. Nos először is a látássérült sorstársnak meg kellene találni ez a okos vakbotot de hol van jó kérdés! Ráadásul ezt a botot csak itt lehet használni. A liftek katasztrofális van három lift és ameddig oda ér a kerekesszékel az ember már be is zárt az óra előtt. Gondoltam ki próbáljuk az okos pláza applikáció ami egybe el navigál az üzlethez, hát minden csinál csak nem navigált! Étterem területén csak segítő kutyát lehet bevinni még is minden kutyás be vitte a kutyáját. És még nem is beszélve, hogy a mozgássérült wc nem működnek. És akkor minket szúrt le a takarító, hogy a segítő kutya oda csinált. Azért nem haragudjon a világ!

Very modern, well designed, new shopping center. Here you can also find shops that cannot be found in other shopping centers. Pleasant restaurants, cafes and also a cinema floor can be found here. Very easy to reach by metro and other public transport. Is not crowded.

Impozáns, modern, letisztult, sok üzlettel. A Spar azért szombaton este 7 után is nyitva lehetne, hiszen a honlapon 21 órát írnak zárásnak.

Hát azért fejét kellene venni annak, aki egy fél kész plázát megnyit! Be kellene fejezni a főnök előtti behódolást… A belső design nagyon szép, de ami extra azok a mosdók és a liftek, a többi eléggé átlagos, gondolom segít majd a megítélésén, ha majd az összes kiadó helyen lesz üzlet. Nincs mozi, nincs szolgáltatás, nincs egy Meki, 4 kajálda van összesen… Egyelőre kettes alá!! Ja és persze: iszonyú retek van bent, de sehol egy takarító! Így nehéz lesz a kis tip-top Allee-t le versenyezni!!!

Modern, beautiful shopping mall at metro / train/ tram stop Kelenfõld in Budapest. Different stores with international brands. Food court with all kinds of different dishes. Cinema.

Opposite the train station. Great to do some errands before heading home. Very clean and well maintained. A floor with a terrace for eating.

High end brands. Better than other shopping centers. Cinema, gym and restaurants on top floor. Code shops on all floor. Etele hold sometimes programs for any age. Very clean and tidy. Toilets are clean. Nearby metro, railway Kelenfold tram 1 and short/long journey bus stop. Very recommended. No homeless hanging around

Went there for shopping and found out there was an exhibition from emerging artists work. Beautiful contemporary paintings and sculptures.

Large mall with everything you'd expect from one, from groceries to perfumes, clothes and toys, it has a decent selection of all the regular items. It is located close to the metro so you can pretty much reach it from anywhere in the city.

Számomra nagy csalódás. A felső parkolók nagy ötlet a magyar éghajlaton, pláne télen, hogy kabátban, sapkában kelljen menni bevásárolni és utána lehessen a hidegben kapargatni a lefagyott szélvédőt és beülni a jéghideg kocsiba.Az olcsó akciós járólapok ( amiből már most sok törött és kopott ) egy pszichiátria hatását idézik a lekerekített padokkal.Sok dolog félkész és megint sok már most tönkre van menve. Sok a por a piszok és kevés az útbaigazító tábla is.Friss jogsival szerintem érdemes az utcán parkolni, mert szűkek a terek és a kanyarok amíg parkolót keres az ember. Én inkább maradok az Allee-nál, tisztább kultúráltabb, emberibb , és fűtöttek ( nyáron hűtöttek ) a parkolók.

This Etele shopping agency is excellent. Andras' account bank is the best, congratulations. I prefer Etele and Oktogon agencies. The service at Morics is terrible.

Nice place for sunny Budapest days, we were drinking coffee in Starbucks and enjoying with beautiful weather. Information desk guy was terrible for his job. He need to find a new job. We asked him a question at 28.10.2023 he was not interested with us.

Its a big shopping mall with almost all shops inside. It is easy to reach by tram and bus because tram station and bus station is just next to it. It has clean washroom’s if u want to use also there is a child play area at top i think at fourth floor. Some cafe are also inside this mall if u want to drink coffee

So one thing in advance, do you know one mall, you do know them all... So nothing special. I was in the mall in March '22 and of course everything is still clean and in top condition, it's new. The toilets are also in top condition, hopefully it stays that way. But it was very noticeable that there were only a few visitors on a rainy, cold Thursday. Just empty. The only well-visited area was the "Food Area". The prices there are significantly more expensive than in the city center. I wonder who the mall was built for, locals or tourists? For locals I think the mall is expensive, tourists find the mall rather random (me too). I give 4 stars because of the clean toilets, actually only 3.

It’s a big, modern and spacious mall. It’s very easy to get there by subway, tram, car, etc. The amenities are very good like spacious washrooms (there’s even a VIP washroom), elevators (lifts), escalators, comfortable seats in the hallways with charger stations for phone. There’s a cinema, but we didn’t use it. Because it’s new, not all stores are open yet, same about their food court, but for sure it’s a matter of time.

I have been there once! It was extremely hot there (in winter). Seemed ok, not too big not too small! The design is very nice!

Dear mall operators! Would it be possible for the escalators and revolving doors to work in a building classified as a smart plaza? No matter how many times we go, none of them work. Very sad.

Nyitáson voltunk ott a parkolóból vlmi fura liftel és sok befejezetlen munkával és melossal találkoztunk kalandos volt a felújítás. Szuper 20%akciók voltak minden üzletbe így nem hagytuk ki mi se a vásárlást. sajna sok a művirág de azok szépek elegáns étkező székek vannak az étterem részén fent a tetőterasz is szép. Nagyoj tetszett

Lovely mall.....great stores for pleasing the needs of everyone! Great opportunity to enjoy different cuisines in the food court. Brand name clothes are also available. The Movie theatre could be found on the fourth floor. At times exhibitions are also offered within the plaza. Very clean plaza.

Probably the biggest, newest and best shopping mall in Budapest, the place is clean and bright, the bathroom are free, clean and modern! They also have many food choices, one of my favorite for breakfast is A Table up on the 1st floor, so good.

You have everything you need. But the layout of the mall is as genius it is, it is just as annoying. You need to walk across the entire mall to get to an upper level. So you are forced to walk past as many shops as possible.

Shop itself is very nice and spacious. However the parking lot became a real trap on Sunday afternoon (around 5pm). When willing to pay for the parking, the parking machine was saying the ticket was damaged, while nothing was wrong with it. When trying to contact somebody with the button on the parking machines (tried several of them), I just got some automatic auto reply. When calling to the parking phone number mentioned in Etele web page (in parking section), there was no one answering. When finding some service point icon in the info map, we went to find it on the -1st floor, but there was no service point or it was closed on Sunday. When going to the info point in the shop, it was just an info display without any human being. So after spending 30 minutes for all this entertainment we just drove up to the parking exit. We found out there was a parking guy sitting (this facility was not marked in the shopping mall map), who simply collected the ticket and told that he will open the gate. Happily getting into the car and going to the exit gate, which however did not open. Waiting for a minute and then heading back to the parking guy. Lady in the car behind me then started knocking on her windshield and pointed to the parking gate. And phew, there it was, finally open and allowing us to leave the parking trap.

It is the best and biggest mall in Budapest! In the fifth floor there is a floor LCD which is really intertaining for children!Also there is a small kitchen for parents.Many thanks to Etele.😊

Very basic. It looks amazing I have to admit, spacious, has loads of stores (or units to let). For my taste it's a bit dark, and the layout of the food court is very weird I must say. Majority of the restaurants are closed. I did not find out why is this a "smart" shopping centre. Probably gonna stay with Allee.

I visited the newest mall in Budapest, the Etele Pláza. I think this is the most beautiful mall in Budapest currently. I loved the design, the size of the place, the number and variety of stores. I think it has reached the Western-European level of malls. Its Great that you can charge your phones on the seats on the corridors. There is a gastro level which has a nice atmosphere.

Very nice, big and new shopping center. Lots of store place closed and empty, but need more time. Really found everything what you need this place. The public transport is very good have all way vehicles there.

Shoping center where you can buy a lot of things. It is new center and nice interior. Huge parking garage. Many shops with well known brands. You can eat on the 3rd floor if you are feell hungry.

Very nice place. Excelent location close to M4, Tran 1, train station. Big space to walk, good stores and coffee shops selections. Kids friendly mall is the relevant point of this place. And dogs friendly also.

Still unfinished, after almost a month. Also has lots of expensive, empty shops. The useful ones are not big enough: Spar, Libri, DM, Pepco. Foodcourt is boring and half-empty. Looks fab at the main entrance, but still unconvincing.

Wow. What a wonderful shopping experience at Etele Plaza. Pirex Papir store is beautiful full of beautiful stationery.
