Wide range of Bavarian food including sausage but you can also order lamb ribs or Tatárbifsztek. You can watch live football here, broadcasted from all major European Leagues, such as Bundesliga, Italian Serie A, Spanish LaLiga. Negative feedback that the freshly squeezed orange juice was diluted with water. The desserts were served with the main course, despite we asked not to wait with that as few of us didn't had anything else. The waitress was polite but a bit bitter.

Great patio to enjoy the nice warm weather with a large cold beer. Friendly and courteous wait staff. Delicious food and one of the best German beers to wash it down with. Can't ask for much more. Waitress was very nice and suggested a good small amount of food to enjoy with my Paulaner Hefe-Weißbier. Thank you and will definitely return. Worth it to visit if you're in the area.

This wasn’t my first time visiting. This time, I drank a lemonade and ate duck with vegetables. I nearly had to leave my whole house there, it was so expensive and overpriced. First of all, they show the meat prices /dkg, which might be usual with steak, but not with any other meat. It is really hard to figure out how much the food really costs because there is no indication on how much a person actually gets, and the waiters don’t bother to ask how much you want. If I wanted to go to the butcher’s to buy duck, I would do so.. so it would be just great, if I could see how much my food will cost me. Second of all, when I complained that they most likely charged me twice for the duck, they told me that I (a 22 year old, lean and sporty female) ate almost 500 grams of meat… sure thing buddy. This ruined the whole experience for me, so it’s not likely I will ever go back. Next time I’ll just go to the butcher’s! They don’t rip me off like that! I highly recommend you do the same!

We wanted to celebrate the 40th birthday of my brother who just moved back to Budapest from Munich. Booked a table for 15 people including children. Paulaner is a huge place with plenty of room, so my 2.5 year-old son could come and go and still be seen. The waiters were very friendly (son even got a random pretzel when he asked what that is), were always there when needed and got everything right. Kudos to them! We tried almost every item on the menu, and I can't complain. Just like in a Munich biergarten! I have seen a lot of people coming in just for a beer and chat. However, the big space with a lot of people comes with plenty of buzz, so if you are looking for a romantic, tranquil and candlelit evening with your sweetheart, don't come here. For those who like lively places, this is it.

I loved beer. Special taste from Bavaria. They were offering the October fest selection, which was just excellent.

Absolutely great food (I had the spare ribs, best I've ever had). I also like that they work later than most restaurants. Staff could be a bit friendlier and more attentive, but it was late and we didn't mind.

Nice german style food with good drink selection. A huge place within MOM Park shopping mall, so it is easy to get free place for dining alone or even with big group.

I went here for my company’s dinner on Friday night, quite packed and unfortunately the service was quite slow (I mean for serving the food), but for the drinks, they are quite fast. The waiters were very helpful and friendly. I ordered the steak unfortunately it didnt fulfill my expectation, the sauce was a bit strange for me. Anyway they could have improved still.

Last week I was there with a friend of mine for a business lunch. It’s not the first time we were there and probably not the last. We both had Jókai bean soup and desserts. The soup was “okay” but not great. I was expecting more quality, since I had this here before. Service was courteous, but a bit slow. To be fair I have to mention we wee there at a busy time of the day.

Delicious dinner. Was extremely busy but the staff were brilliant. Lots of different foods to choose from, some were unavailable, but it wasn't a problem. Hungarian dishes as well as the Bavarian options.

Waiter lady had difficulties when i asked about sugar free drink options. The schnizel was the best I had in my life. It melted in my mouth and and was so fresh crispy and tender at the same time with the right amount of juiciness. The burger was ruined in my opinion with the strong sauce or the amount of it, but it was a good burger with nothing special but good fries. The ribs tasted off, but i guess that isn't the restaurant's speciality.

Good food, nice cold beer - nothing to complain about.

Quality food, medium portions. I don't like that its inside a Mall. Also, the waiters and waitresses were trying to be nice, but how I felt is that they were annoyed even by our presence and pretty much did not like their job at all. It is sad, and while I may understand the reasons, this is not acceptable for a place like this with these prices.

If you want to have paulaner beer in mom park, that's the place you should be aiming at. If you want to eat I wouldn't recommend it though, as it is not really great and the prices are quite high. They serve Hungarian food, not real German dishes. If I'm not wrong, the sausage was the only German style plate on the menu. And beware of daily lunch offers! They are of poor quality unfortunately. So let's agree it's ok place for a Bavarian style pub, not necessarily great restaurant.

It's a bit difficult to put my opinion down the reason is the prices 😕. Everything was excellent the service, the interior, the beers 🍻 but the prices were enormously and unbelievable high. I understand that it is a German like something with Paulaner from Munich but it was a shock to me to pay the bill 😅. The sum was at least 30-40% more than other similar places can offer to you having the same quality of course. But c'est la vie, such is life if you have a lot of money 💰 pls come. We didn't have food but as I had seen the meals around were or looked like good at a pretty good price. Just I was thinking why a place like this need so extensive and expensive menu list, as Paulaner is rather a beer bar/restaurant than a Michelin star candidate. But that's it. The rest was good and fine but I will think twice about coming back (due to the prices).

The food is average at best. Beers are ok. Staff not very helpful. In summary if you want to grab a quick beer without too much expectations it's alright. If you're looking for a good experience, vibe and decent food, you better go elsewhere.

Excellent German brewery and restaurant. Food and drinks are German style, service is very much depends on the waiter. Prices are ok. I have visited several times in the last 20 years... Recommended.

Great food with weekend all you can eat brunch. Suitable for bigger parties too as its quite spacious, mostly gentle waiter service. Delicious Bavarian specialties with mixed Hungarian and some international, generous portions.

Great atmosphere, kind waiters and a good selection of beers on tap. I think the food is OK as well, but nothing special. If you are looking for good beers and a nice place to spend some time with your friends this place is highly recommended, but if you are just looking for great food you might consider some other nice places nearby.

The food and drink quality is great. However it’s a common practice here to put things on the bill you didn’t consume (just read other 1 star reviews). We had our bill inflated from about €180 to €240. After many rounds of drinks it would have been awkward to call the police for a €60 ripoff so we ended up paying the whole amount. If you come here record everything you consume in your phone. So sad about this, it used to be one of our favorite places.

Great service and food in this gigantic place. If you like beers and meat you'll find anything you can hope for: ribs, chicken, burgers, beef... You can choose to have food from the grill or prepared dish. Service was pretty fast, beers were good. A bit pricey for Budapest but normal for the neighborhood.

Good terrace, cozy place. ..some meals are very good but not allways same standard...stuff kind and polite...

We, a party of four, had nice food and German beer out there on the terrace. The price, that we paid for it represents the "Buda" side of Budapest, which means a higher price but what you got for that price is worth it.

As authentic as it can get a few thousand miles from München! The Paulaner on tap - Hellish and Weiss - are fresh and flowing! The sauerkraut and sausages of Bavarian descent and vibes of Munchen except for the lederhosen! Must visit for a little bit of München :)
