Incredible service. The atmosphere was chilled. Lots of staff to attend to you and didn't wait long for anything. One of the best restaurants I've been to! Amazing range of food options-traditional Hungarian and more standard restaurant foods. I had the goulash soup and mushroom paprikash which was unbelievable! And was presented beautifully and was very generous. The Hungarian Christmas type cake as dessert was amazing.

Absolutely amazing food. I almost cried with happiness. I’m vegan and I went with a veggie and someone who is gluten free and can’t eat onions. The menu was so helpful and everything is clearly marked with allergens. The staff were super lovely and friendly and the food was lush! 100% recommend.

We ate there few times and I would give it 5 stars but I couldn’t ignore the very slow service, even though it wasn’t busy it took very long time to get the menu, food and final check. The food was good though. Coffee was great and they have freshly squeezed orange juice. If you have extra time it’s a nice place to eat.

By pure coincidence we came across Vegan Garden within the very first 15minutes of our time on Budapest city street. And even more surprising is when I decided to ask a random passerby about the place, he turned out to be the cofounder of the project. Absolutely great idea! Street food is a big thing here as I understood. As I have seen so far however, most street food are repetitive and less than healthy. Vegan Garden saw the need of change, they acted on it and gave us an awesome alternative that is good for us and the planet. The garden itself is nicely set up with a very cosy vibe. You have different options when it comes to cuisines. And the staffs were also very friendly and welcoming. It was a coincidence this time, but next time it will be one of the reason why we come 😎

So good!! One of the best vegan restaurants I’ve been to so far. We had the bruschetta as a starter and it was so good! The margarita was also incredible - especially the cheese and the crust. The Transylvanian roast I had was a bit salty, but still really good. Can also recommend the strawberry-basil and the elderflower-mint lemonade as well as the deserts! The service was also great :) very nice people! Everything was amazing :)

First of all, the ambience is chilly and comfortable. The waiter is not rude (this is considered a compliment in Budapest). I ordered Stuffed Eggplant which moderately disappoints me. It is a slice of roasted eggplant with a slice of vegan cheese on it, beautifully resting on a bed of greens (literally, cos the green is overflowing and really compact). The burger my friend ordered is nice, complemented with sweet potato fries. They also have selections of dessert, we ordered two. One of them has completely dried out already. The cake was okay.

Food and ambiance, 100%. We went around 21:00 and we still got to order our dinner. We ordered vegan Gulasch, taste was very good. And blue lagoon drink, a must. It’s a bit pricy, but taste comes with a cost.

The well-tuned ramen, good pasta and tasty pizza satisfied us quite a bit, even if from a carnivore's point of view it lacks something 😀. Excellent. While it’s located in a side alley of a very touristy street, it delivers great food and excellent service — each of the dishes we had was of excellent quality, rich in flavour and hard to discern that it is vegan. Very nicely done, at no point would I have missed meat — that good it is, and tastes absolutely original. On top of that, the service was outstanding .. super nice, helpful and very welcoming. We couldn’t have wished for any better!

Found this place on Google maps, what an amazing find! The nicest dinner we had during our stay. Varied selection of vegan meals which were cooked to perfection, the drinks selection was also varied and this is where we tried our first polinka… which wasn’t as bad as I expected. The decor was unique and felt really relaxing with a lot greenery and wood styling, even the bathrooms were decorated to a high standard. Staff were all very friendly and patient with our ordering and the food arrived really quick. The starter platter was described for 2 however there was enough for 4 really, mains were decent size portions also. I’d definitely return here as this was our best meal we had during our trip.

I’ve been coming to Budapest for years, but I’d never had vegan food like this. I had the Sushi rice poke bowl which was amazing. Tasted fresh and clean, amazing portion size for the price. There are a lot of options on the menu from pizza, burgers, sushi (all vegan) and much much more. Would recommend for any diets but amazing for vegans.

Crazy place for vegans and non-vegans I came here with a friend during our stay in Budapest and just couldn't believe how cool this place is. You can find a great choice of vegan food which is everything but boring, also non-vegans will definitely love all food here!! Food trucks include a Burger truck (Las Vegan's), Mexican food stand (Vexicana), a stand serving various kinds of food (Mr. Krystof), a chimney cake and an ice cream stand as well as a bar offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We can definitely recommend everything we had: Mr Carrot (I really think that this was the best Burger I've ever had) and the Hot & Cheesy Burgers from Las Vegan's (Hot Cheesy is really hot but you can leave out the Jalapenos if you don't like them) with sweet potato fries and garlic veganaise, lemonades (raspberry basilicum and passion fruit from the bar) and a green smoothie from Vexicana. The Chocolate Peanut butter Bar from Mr krystof is property the craziest thing I've had for a long time, you have to try that when you're around. This is heaven for vegans and non-vegans!!

Great ideas for vegan food. It was nice for once to be able to enjoy anything on the menu with my meat eating friends, knowing they could choose recognizable dishes. The chili sin Carne (chilli without meat) was delicious and filled up a very hungry carnivorous teenager without complaint. The pizza was well cooked and I had the tasty pad thai. I have visited the Vegan Garden today, and had an amazing raspberry hot chocolate, which was heavenly. I had a roasted peanut and tofu poke bowl, which was almost right. Really nice and small food court with (unfortunately only two) food trucks and a bar. The food was good. Especially the burger - we had the pulled "pork" burger from Las Vegan's. My boyfriend said that this was the best vegan burger that he had so far. Really juicy and delicious. Cozy environment all in all.
