Long
queue
to
check-in
set
the
tone
for
our
stay
here.
At
3pm
there
was
only
one
man
on
the
check-in
desk
with
2-3
staff
hanging
around
at
the
bar
area
while
a
long
line
of
customers
waited
to
check
in.
Took
us
20
mins.
The
heating
didn't
work
in
our
room
the
first
night.
Asked
at
the
reception
desk
3
times
to
get
it
fixed
as
my
son
was
trying
to
sleep
and
the
response
was
that
the
engineer
wasn't
around
but
would
come
in
the
morning.
I
get
it;
it's
a
no-frills
hotel
so
these
things
happen.
Breakfast
on
a
Sunday
morning
is
like
a
zoo.
Again,
long
lines
for
food
and
not
many
options
for
seating.
Sign
of
a
busy
hotel,
I
guess.
Monday
and
Tuesday
was
better
and
the
food
options
were
good.
This
hotel
seems
to
draw
a
lot
of
school
tours
and
we
were
unfortunate
enough
to
have
to
rooms
of
middle-school
students
booked
in
either
side
of
us
for
the
last
night.
The
constant
running
from
room
to
room
and
banging
if
doors
up
till
midnight
was
a
real
pain
in
the
backside
but
at
this
stage
I'd
given
up.
Good
hotel
for
the
price
but
beware,
it
will
be
busy.
