I've been coming here for years for Defendo training. Unfortunately, it does not have as much life as the Hall on Jász utca, which has since been demolished.

I go here for super self-defense training, with a really great team and professional trainers. There are workouts for everyone in a variety of styles. There are mixed, women's and children's groups, and even a day camp for them in the summer.
