Yesterday I attended the beautyrobic-core training for the first time, it was held by a girl named Niki, who was very nice and helpful! 🥺 It was very good, because if you are new to a place like this, you feel a little uncomfortable that you don't know anything, but here, after entering, this feeling was dispelled. Thank you, it was great, and even though my little flabby muscles are dying from muscle fever, all day I can only think about how good it all was ☺️✨

The best workout I've ever tried. I love it, I go regularly. The instructors are great, nice community...I recommend it to everyone who wants to develop a little inside and out ;)

Homely, friendly Center 🌷. Aerobics itself also gets you moving 💪. Tamara taught the class. Directly, he answered all fitness and beautyrobic questions expertly. It helped a lot that I am on the right track in terms of changing my lifestyle. It was encouraging. After the training, we were also given tea, which refreshed me indescribably. Especially when the participants and Tamara were talking. It all went incredibly well, I relaxed and trained at the same time. Gratefully 🙏 Thank you, I will go another time when I have time. I live relatively far away.
