A really lovely hotel. Very large rooms with everything you could need. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. If I return to Budapest I would certainly consider staying here again. Breakfast was also quite lovely. The bed was the most comfortable I've stayed in which made it very difficult to leave

The hotel is well located close to the Nyugati railway station and several restaurants, I would highly recommend if you are interested in Budapest's nightlife. The corner terrace room gives a beautiful view to the city, and the jacuzzi is a must-have experience at least one in a life-time. I love the design and black-and-red color scheme. They give a modern and romantic vibe to the hotel. There is buffet style breakfast, the quality is okay. The restaurant area is a bit too busy. The services could be improved. There were some oversights of how the rooms were prepared (eg, the coffee pods were not refilled, two shampoos were provided in the shower but no shower gel). I would also expect the staff to great the guests according to the time of the day (eg, with a "Good morning"), but either they did not respond to our greating or only with a boreg "Hello".

The hotel breakfast is amazing, it has all types of food (including all types of milk). Staff is so welcoming and always ready to help, the small sauna is also great to relax. Location is perfect to visit Pest and well connected to connections for Buda and the Airport. The area is very safe. This hotel was booked for a special occasion and has been perfect all along. Definitely recommend and hope to be back soon! :)

Stayed 4 days and liked it a lot. Great breakfast, clean and modern facility. Across the street from a local park and very close to major streets with restaurants and transit. Good mattress. Very helpful front desk staff. My only complaint is that the super- modern art motif requires no dedicated bathroom, no storage in the room for any of your stuff, and no handrails on the steps.

Stopped here recently for a short weekend break and I can't recommend this hotel enough. Professional, modern and friendly reception and the rooms are very spacious and clean with great views. My personal highlight is the on site sauna which is included in the stay - I could have spent all day in there. Breakfast plentiful fresh and tasty.

A really innovative hotel, good service, fast, very good breakfast. Comfy and warm in the cold season. We came during the world cup games and they have a huge screen in the lobby! Was so nice! We could order food from their restaurant and eat right in front of the screen (:

It was a very nice hotel! Very modern, everything was clean, coffee machine in the room, friendly stuff. Delicious breakfast with a big variety of food. Unfortunately, very noisy.. you could hear everything - people in the halls, noises from outside, people from above showering. It was really bothering during the nights.

Great new hotel. The best hotel bacon just 🙏 please add the beans in the tomato sauce. When you have an open kitchen it would be great to offer an egg omelette. all services great. I really appreciate the room service when cleaning the room everything perfectly clean as on the first visit and thank you for the free water. stay great.

Recently stayed at the Up Hotel and it was an awesome stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms and gym facilities are great. It's also conveniently located as it's only a 5 minute walk to the tram station. The breakfast was also great with lots of different selection. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Budapest!

Honestly I was a little bit dissatisfied and disappointed, I spent a lot of time on choosing a hotel in Budapest but I’m sad that I choose this one. I really don’t know how this hotel reached a rating of 4.7. Problems - 1. Broken tap in toilet 2. Loose tile in toilet 3. Shower head keeps falling down 4. Bad smell in room when we first entered 5. Missing furniture in room (I believe a couch? 6. No power outlets on one side of the bed 7. Boring breakfast, super average and a waste of money. Compliments 1. Good location 2. Clean 3. Friendly and helpful staff 4. Nice lobby

We stayed for 2 nights but we really enjoyed it. A large selection of products for breakfast, polite and attentive staff, clean, bright rooms. the hotel even has a sauna and a hammam, and a bar on the ground floor. The only flaw is that it’s a bit farther from city center, but 15/20 minutes walk or we were using metro and buses that is very close by.

Awesome experience overall. Great stuff, very helpful, knowledgable and speaking perfect English. They have a gym and a sauna that are free of charge, and the breakfast was one of the best ones we've had. We also mentioned in our emails that we were there for our honeymoon and they brought us a very nice champagne to our room!

Good location, close to metro and bus and 10 minutes walking from the main train station. Continental breakfast and good options for lunch. Rooms are clean and full of necessities, like, wireless charging stations by the bedsides, Nespresso machine, fridge, electronic curtains and tablet for information.

Up Hotel Budapest has a very nice location. There is a nice small parc at the other side on the street. The breakfast, the restaurant and the service was very good.

I am so happy to have found this gem of a Hotel. It was a pleasant stay in all aspects, starting from the super kind and helpful staff until the delicious breakfast. I visited the Hotel‘s restaurant multiple times too, not once disappointed. I thank everyone who contributed to the comfort of my stay, and definitely recommend Up Hotel to anyone visiting Budapest!!!

Did you find a tablet in the hotel room till now? There is. New, clean, calm, good food, professional staff. Even the pillows are perfect. Two minuses - if you are with a big car, you can't use the car parking and the coffee spoons are too big. :)

This hotel was quite good. Only negative point I clearly have to mention is the missing mirror on the washing table. In case you would like to shave, you need to walk two meters to the mirror. Everything was clean.

Best 4 star hotel we have been. Very well organized, they have thought of everything. Location is also great to explore Budapest. They even moved our reservation because we had a big delay in our trip. We will definitely come back.

Modern, funky hotel in a great location. Close to the Jewish Quarter and a short walk to the M1 metro line to the centre. Rooms were big and spacious. I loved the wallpaper map. My main issue was that, though the room itself was quiet, the corridor carried a lot of noise, and every voice or door slam was amplified in to the room. Breakfast was good, if a little chaotic.

Fabulous hotel with friendly staff! Very clean. Just a few tram stops away from the main train station and Keleti station is not very far away either. Rooms are modern and great and the location is good too - hotel is very quiet at night. Right in front of the hotel, across the street is a small daily farmer's market which is great. Picked up some very tasty local fruits. On the weekend, the market is much bigger with a lot more vendors. Diagonally across the street from the hotel is also an old indoor market which has an AMAZING langos place which is a lot more traditional and local than the few touristy ones in the central area. do not miss this! Lángosos is the name.

We have a wheelchair accessible room in the hotel. Very comfortable and the bathroom has a walk in shower. Spotless and clean the room! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed every minute in the hotel! Highly recommended!

Great rooms and hotel. Staff on the front desk were lovely. We could leave our bags on the last day when we had a late flight home. Mattresses weren't to our liking but that's a personal thing and the website could do with improving as it was hard to find some information.

Amazing hotel, after a last minute change in hotels this one exceeded my expectations, good location and the staff are amazing. The rooms are really clean and everything you need in there, even a shoe Polish sponge if you needed one. Breakfast is amazing so much to choose from. I would definitely come back here again. Definitely a 4* hotel, not only are the rooms clean everywhere is. They will hold your bags if you've had to vacate your room, so don't have to carry them about while waiting for pick up. Thank you to all the staff and the other hotel cancelling on me the day before before I left.

Up Hotel and staff did a great job!!!! We needed an adjustment to our room and they did so with no questions asked. Heated bathroom floor was nice. Room ess clean. Gym and sauna was good along with the sun deck. The included breakfast was excellent!!!! Really well done.

We had 4 nights in Budapest in October '23 and stayed in the Up Hotel. The hotel worked really well for us as it was a great location for transport into Pest and over to Buda but it was slightly out of the busy and louder areas of the city. Situated on a small square with a daily fruit and vegetable market it has a more suburban feel than the hectic city however the metro is only a few minutes walk through the square and there are also multiple bus options close by. If you are going to Budapest I can not recommend the multi-day travel pass more strongly, it was amazing, for £12 you get three days travel on all the busses, trams and metro. This allows you to quickly hop between locations easily, the app is so handy, just scan the QR code before you get on any transport option and you are away. Back to the hotel, the staff were very helpful, check-in was quick and efficient. The bar is very much a hotel bar, not really atmospheric but still a nice place to grab a quick drink. The room was modern, clean and spacious. Shower was great (shower head came off the wall which is something I always like compared to the static ones) and to my partners delight there was a magnifying mirror (she claims this is SO important, so she was happy :) Overall a very comfortable hotel. If you are coming in from the airport I would recommend jumping the 100E bus into the city (about £5 for a single ticket) and then getting the M1 metro a few stops up to Vörösmarty utca. From there it is a 5 minute walk through a very peaceful part of the city to get to the Up. As for Budapest, what an amazing city, we loved it.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!Nice,modern and clean rooms,great breakfast and amenities and wonderful location. The stuff was so kind and helpful at every point. Cool and beautiful Hotel with super friendly staff and great atmosphere! The room is very functional, super clean and there's everything you need. In the ground floor there's a cool lounge room with food and drink service with an incredible menu and again amazing personelle. The breakfast...TOP! And if the above is not enough, the Hotel as also a perfect position in the city very comfortable if you like to walk but also close to public transportation (metro and train station).

The rooms are well-designed yet functional, and of course super-clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and breakfast is beautiful and delicious! Also, the location is one of the best in Budapest. I can't wait to go back! :)

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff and great breakfast. Has an underground garage (a bit tight - only 2 m wide) but it is near a metro station and tram station. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place in Budapest.

Completely new hotel opened in September/October in the center of Budapest. Looks modern, clean and spacious. Saunas and gym on 4 floor and also sun terrace. BREAKFAST: continental. Very rich and you don't feel hungry until noon. They have fried & scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, several types of cheese and ham, buns and regular bread , jam&butter, musli and 3 types of yogurt, fruits and veggies, very good pastry and good coffee. If you come at 7 or 730 it's completely empty. The only thing I didn't like about the restaurant is the music (it's ok during breakfast but it was too loud) and on last day the cook wasn't too fast to serve more eggs and bacon. The trays were empty, so first come first serve, which is wrong. To my mind in the restaurant you need to cook constantly. ROOMS: we had a room for 2, I think it was smart mini. Very spacious room with 2 windows, big bed (but 1 cover - I thought we would fight at night for it), bathroom big enough. A lot of sockets and even one wireless charger. There's AC so it's not super hot and when it's cold outside its working in heating mode. There's also a capsule coffee machine and boiler to make tea, and a TV with HU channels and international (there were RU, ESP, IT, DE, FR channels just for the background). In the bathroom cleaning lady provided more small shower gels and shampoos if you use them. The floor is warm in the bathroom which is a bonus. Shower cabin is big enough to turn and move and not hit anything. What I didn't like: the cleaning girl knocked at 10 and I asked her: in 30 minutes, at 10-30, she said OK and left. We left at 10‐30 and came back around 14-30 - the room was still not cleaned. Then another cleaning lady knocked at 3pm when we were already changed and relaxed. Apparently level of English is a bit bad. In total the hotel is worth its money, I would recommend it.

I would say this was the nicest hotel I've ever booked. Staff was very polite, rooms look very nice and they are very clean. You have the basics for breakfast, but, as a person who eats a lot, I can assure you there's enough diversity. It's close to the city centre (15 minutes walk), next to 2 metro stations and there's a restaurant nearby that the hotel recommended and it was great.

Very clean, modern interior, great location! The restaurant staff and manager were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was always made fresh (no powdered or premix of anything) and was delicious! Would stay here again.

hotel is quiet and clean but beds are hard and uncomfortable. there’s also odd noises coming from the AC it seems. the AC is nice to have, but room is quite hot still with no window to open. fridge doesn’t get cold?bathroom is nice and good shower. view from the room is also nice.

Front desk is not very friendly. We paid 20 euro/night for our dog, till we left we didn't see the dog bowl and stuff. The reason according to the receptionist was : "I am too busy to get it from the storage room". Otherwise everything was good. Such people should be shamed to work there, since he lowered the hotel service level.

Great Hotel. Awesome fresh and good breakfast with a big variety of food (for this price!). Very clean rooms. Only difficult thing was to enter the 2,05m wide parking garage. All in all, great Hotel with many digitalized things

Everything is amazing, rooms are beautiful, spacious, modern and clean. Location is great. Food is delicious. A special mention for the staff, they’re very fluent in English, communicative and kind. It was a quite pleasant stay, definitely would recommend.

Great value for money. Great location, everything looks quite new. Sauna and gym on the 4th floor with a sun deck. Only negative part is in the hotel room, that the toilet is in the room itself with a glass wall (but not see-through), but the wall is not all the way to the ceiling. So the smell and sounds are not so pleasant when you are sharing the room, as in fact everything is open...

Really reasonably priced and good standard of rooms. The coffee machine provided is a good pod one. The beds, shower facilities and size of the room all make you feel very comfortable.

A very nice and modern hotel located close to the Jewish quarter. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our baggage at the hotel before check-in and everything, both check in and check out, went smoothly. The room was nice, cozy and clean. It had a few dents here and there and the grout in the shower was beginning to deteriorate. Also, the shower wasn’t completely closed off so all of the warm air escaped into the room. But I really liked the concept of the open sink and mirror which were directly connected tot he bedroom. The hotel presents itself as a “smart hotel”. But honestly, I did not see any benefits in the smart features as they were quite basic - chat with the reception, room service, tv remote, alarm and maybe a few other. We didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast. But we went to the bar for a cocktail and coffee. Both were satisfactory, but they definitely weren’t “premium”. However, the waiters were very nice and polite. Overall, we had a great experience. We felt clean, cozy, and welcomed. But there is definitely room for improvement.

Rooms are a perfect size for 2 people, couples or friends alike, very well kept and cleaned wonderfully. Staff could not be more accommodating for anything, even helping repair my broken glasses! Location is very close to the main strip for shops, bars and clubs, scenery is amazing and the views from the hotel are phenomenal, highly recommend and will happily come back again

The Hotel is very beautiful, new and modern furnished in industrial style. There is also a small fitness room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is located in the center and almost. A lot of restaurants bars are within walking distance. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast and the coffee.
