My
daughter
and
I
came
for
a
hip
screening,
I
waited
6
weeks
for
our
appointment.
Dr.
Illés
was
very
kind,
examined
him
thoroughly,
and
then
gave
him
an
emergency
referral
for
hip
ultrasound
because
he
could
not
determine
if
he
had
a
congenital
hip
sprain
or
not.
He
said
that
if
the
result
is
positive,
we
should
come
back
immediately,
he
will
take
you
out
of
line
and
we
will
discuss
what
to
do
next.
I
tried
to
make
an
appointment
in
the
X-ray
department,
where,
I'm
not
exaggerating,
the
lady
in
the
patient
control
window
repeated
to
me
6
times
in
a
row
that
Dr.
Illés
should
call
Dr.
Szarvas
when
the
doctor
orders.
I
answered
6
times
in
a
row
that
this
is
unfortunately
not
possible
because
they
do
not
order
at
the
same
time.
Then
he
can't
help
me
take
him
to
the
place
where
they
do
hip
uh.
I
told
him
that
I
was
in
just
such
a
place.
After
half
an
hour
of
suffering
and
side
conversations,
I
managed
to
get
to
the
point
where
she
gave
me
a
phone
number
and
an
extension
where
I
could
reach
the
doctor.
The
next
day
I
called
to
ask
for
an
appointment,
the
doctor
said
it
was
at
the
end
of
April.
I
said
that
it
is
not
very
good
considering
the
fact
that
I
have
already
waited
6
weeks
for
the
appointment,
I
can't
fit
another
4
weeks
because
if
this
problem
is
not
dealt
with
in
time,
my
daughter
will
be
crippled
for
life.
(What
does
it
matter
to
the
doctor
if
someone
spends
the
next
80-90
years
limping,
the
main
thing
is
that
he
doesn't
work
5
minutes
after
office
hours!)
He
told
me
to
take
him
somewhere
else
if
I
didn't
want
to
wait.
(I
think
these
notices
apply
to
private
health
care,
luckily
we
can
afford
a
few
hundred
thousand,
the
only
problem
is
that
we
have
to
wait
weeks
and
months
there
as
well)
I
asked
who
should
be
sued
if
it
goes
down?
Him
or
the
specialist?
He
told
me
to
sue
him
when
he
limped.
With
that,
he
hung
up
on
me.
I
tried
to
reach
you
for
another
2
hours
without
success.
Finally,
a
doctor
friend
of
ours
did
the
requested
examination
out
of
turn.
My
daughter's
eyes
have
been
watery
since
birth.
At
the
hospital,
they
gave
him
a
course
of
antibiotics,
and
then
sent
him
home
so
that
if
he
discharges
again,
we
should
take
him
to
the
ophthalmologist,
because
he
has
a
narrowing
of
the
tear
duct.
Even
after
2
weeks
after
returning
home,
things
didn't
seem
to
improve,
so
we
went
to
the
family
doctor,
who
prescribed
him
another
antibiotic
eye
drop.
I
was
a
little
surprised
because
he
received
tobrex
eye
drops
both
times,
but
at
the
time
our
dog
needed
the
same
and
the
vet
said
that
you
can
only
complete
a
course
of
treatment
with
it
once,
not
more
than
once.
We
dripped
him
again,
but
his
eyes
did
not
improve
at
all,
they
were
getting
worse.
I
asked
for
an
appointment
for
the
ophthalmologist,
I
got
it
1
month
later.
2
days
before
our
appointment,
Dr.
Lidia
Tóth
called
me
to
ask
why
we
wanted
to
go,
the
dilation
of
the
tear
ducts
is
not
performed
before
the
age
of
6
months
anyway.
When
I
insisted
that
he
look
at
it
(his
eyes
were
already
in
a
terrible
condition
at
that
time),
he
said
that
he
could
look
at
it
to
look
at
it,
but
he
wouldn't
do
anything
with
it,
Max
would
prescribe
him
Tobrex,
but
he
would
have
to
postpone
the
appointment
because
he
wouldn't
be
able
to
get
it
by
the
time
we
were
given.
They
also
booked
us
in
for
another
month
later,
until
then
I
should
get
a
massage
(I
didn't
pay
a
damn,
I
did
it
until
then)
and
then
the
family
doctor
would
prescribe
eye
drops.
I
massaged
him,
dripped
a
dose
of
Tobrex
treatment
again,
for
the
third
time
(the
dog
couldn't
have
it
more
than
once,
but
my
one-and-a-half-month-old
child
already
bathed
in
it),
but
his
eyes
got
worse
and
worse.
It
was
so
inflamed
and
swollen
that
he
couldn't
see
through
it,
he
just
cried
all
day
(I
think
it
hurt
him
a
little),
the
many
green
and
yellow
ticks
quickly
pinched
the
skin
around
his
eyes
and
he
had
to
wipe
them
every
10
minutes,
because
they
spread
all
over
his
head
.
Then
one
morning
I
wiped
it
for
him
in
vain,
he
couldn't
open
it,
it
was
stuck
together
and
he
had
a
pure
fever.
Then
we
rushed
him
to
the
emergency
room,
where
it
turned
out
that
his
tear
duct
was
completely
blocked.
Nothing
to
worry
about,
it
only
causes
meningitis
and
blindness
if
not
treated
in
time.
It
was
a
hard
3-3
minutes
until
he
was
washed
and
dilated.
I
had
no
idea
what
I
would
specialize
in
as
a
lawyer,
now
I
know.
I'm
not
waiting
for
my
child
to
die
of
pneumonia.
