The more you take from someone, the stronger your urge will be to reciprocate. - Fancy (tacky IMHO) furniture. The place is overboard in terms of decoration for a "medical' facility. There are about 8 above average looking women marching around, all in an attempt to build credibility (it destroys credibility in any educated consumer). Good Guy/Bad Guy -- 'Let me talk to my manager'. Is this a used car store? Really? This is getting bad. I know your manager doesn't exist and this is just a psychological tactic. The two signs I knew they did this all the time -- The first sign that I knew that they engage in this trickery all the time is when the woman said that their website says that pricing is subject to change at anytime. Any reputable business would honor pricing to a customer that just scheduled a paid consultation a few days ago. They would not respond with the good employee/bad manager tactic and insist on tripling the prices and then guilt-tripping me for not noticing that the fine print on their website says the pricing can change at anytime.
