    I've been here a couple of times before. Unfortunately, I have very mixed experiences. There was an assistant who was very narrow-minded because she did the treatment in a certain direction, when I asked her if she could do it in a different way she said no, that is how she wanted to proceed even though another employee had done it in a direction perpendicular to it and it was much more bearable. There was an assistant who I dont think did a thorough job as i felt like she just wanted to get over the task, I would say she missed a copule os spots. At the other hand, there are of course assistants that provide excellent service with a kind, understanding and thorough way of working.

    Pros: quick appointment less than 20 min waiting, good location Cons: no changing room in the examination room. Dermatologist woman said "take off your clothes only knickers"... in a place like this the least I'd expect is some privacy for changing and not doing it from less than a meter distance from the doctor. Her overall manner was rude and unhelpful. Also in the description of the examination, a digital camera was supposed to be used to record and monitor changes in suspicious moles and it wasn't the case. The whole examination took 5 minutes and when I had questions about related issues, I was directed to ask and pay for other appointments to get answers for 17,900 Ft. I felt it was waste of money. I would never go back to her again.

    Last time i had a very arrogant receptionist, this time, my 4th appointment that i fully paid long time ago, had to be cancelled after 20 minutes of waiting at 7.00 a.m because my “nurse”, also 3rd in the process, did not find the liquid necessary for my chosen treatment. Very poor customer orientation and non existing personal treatments. But, money cashed well before the end of service. If it was my business i would focus much more on binding the customers and not treating them like said above.

    Not recommended! Very poor service, very high priced. Paid 61.880 HUF for a gyneacologist visit but never got the result for the laboratory test (I had an actual problem so it was not just a check-up). They acknowledged their mistake a month a later via email, but still haven't got the refund. Need to contact consumer protection as this is unacceptable. I am willing to pay for private medical service but I can get this service level from public healthcare for free.

    The absolute rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with my entire life. My appointment was half an hour gone, no one came up to inform me that there would be any delays or to apologize. When I went up to the reception desk to check, I just got a quick shoulder shrug, no apology whatsoever. Exact quote: “There must be a delay”. Nothing else (also thanks for stating the obvious). This meant that my second appointment was now delayed too but this did not concern anyone either. The aesthetic practitioner came out half an hour late to call me in and when I informed her that I’ve been waiting for half an hour and this would delay the second appointment for the mole check top, she shrugged her shoulders and said, exact quote: “this is a hospital, there are delays”. Again, no apology whatsoever, that’s all it would have taken. I would also like to add that this is not a hospital but an aesthetic centre. The issue is not with the delays, it happens everywhere all the time to anyone and I am a relatively patient person but the attitude was absolutely shocking. The responses, eye rolls and shoulder shrugs that you would not receive in any other place (not even a public hospital, whether in Hungary or elsewhere). I decided to leave and book an appointment somewhere else. If the attitude and professionalism was an indication of the level of care I was going to receive, I definitely did not want to risk it (especially as the aesthetic practitioner was the queen of eye rolls, she lost all of my trust at that point). I would certainly encourage you to take your money elsewhere, to a place where the staff is both professional and respectful. There are plenty of places like that in Budapest.

On your website you advertise a discount for plastic surgery, but this was not offered to me. The operation with an implant was calculated at HUF 2,250,000 and without an implant at HUF 1,950,000. I have written several emails and received no response, I have called twice and have not received a call back. All in all, the practice doesn't seem particularly interested in its customers to me. I have a ruptured implant, so I wanted to have surgery as quickly as possible, but it wasn't possible in this practice. I cannot recommend the Aesthetica Medical Center to international customers. At least not for plastic surgery. On October 12, 2023 I went to this medical center for an initial consultation about a breast lift and today, almost a month later, I have not received any feedback on my enquiries. On their website they advertise a discount for plastic surgery, but this was not offered to me. The operation with implant was "estimated" at 2250000 HUF and without implant at 1950000 HUF. I wrote several emails and received no reply, I called twice and was not called back. All in all, the practice doesn't seem very interested on there clients.     I had a laser treatment today with Vivi. She was amazing! She is very profesional and friendly, she made sure that I was ok and feeling comfortable. She helped me a lot regarding another service I was interested in though it was not in her scope but yet she went out of her way to ask questions for me and came back with answers. Later she came with me to the receptionist to help with sth else! She made the whole experience so pleasant and I felt so welcomed by her. So I am definitely giving Vivi 10 stars!     At reception was asked to go to a desk computer and check myself in, no help offered (as living abroad system didn't take my post code) also every patient has to use this maybe a hundred each day, and there was no disinfection provided, not for the computer nor me, no gels or cleaning products or glove.
