Great experience that anyone visiting Budapest should do. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of a lady at the bar who we asked to give us two napkins and she yelled at us for no reason, put us in a bad mood and made us squeamish on the inside of the boat. The rest of the crew were very polite as was the girl who greeted us with a glass of champagne upon entry.

We were walking along the river and decided to do a boat tour on a whim. The man selling tickets on the docks offered an incredible price, so we couldn't say no! Definitely glad we went on this tour -a really pleasant one hour cruise that goes past so many of Budapest's main sights. There was no audio tour on our boat - something we were clearly told beforehand and that I quite enjoyed - it was nice to sit peacefully and watch the magic of Budapest go by.

Perhaps my favorite activity in Budapest so far. Everyone on board was so nice and friendly. Combine that with the interior's elegance, pleasant music and reasonable prices for food and drinks (you get one free) and you'll get a five-star experience. Totally recommend and would definitely come again. Hell, I'd even like to have my wedding ceremony taken place here one day, haha.

Easy to reach pier, 2 boats have an excellent frequency for you. There are lots of boats to pick from in Budapest. Few are neat, under $20, and including a drink. A nice crew on board and a little kiosk on the shore to pay for your ticket are a plus. I walked many piers and saw people running and confused looking for their boats- possibly online sales from other vendors. This company allows for reservations and you pay when you arrive. The boat has a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and easy access for people with limited mobility.

Smooth experience with purchasing the tickets online and boarding. Friendly staff and the boat is clean and cozy. Best to go at night with the best view of the parliament building.

Correct staff. They respect the whole itinerary like described. We got the Elegant Evening Cruise with Tokaj Premium Frizzante(19:30) and we enjoyed the best panoramic tour of Budapest.

Super nice evening cruise! Really friendly staff on board and also women outside that sold us ticket! We choose this boat because we saw that has big upper deck and because it's still nice weather it's better to be outside then inside. Just be carefull it can get really chilly while cruising but the good thing is that they have for every seat a blanket so it's a plus. Good thing is that they have toilet so you don't need to worry about that also. And of course pick night cruise because Budapest is beautiful at night!

Everything was good, except something... We went there about 16:45 to but tickets for the historical cruise at 17:30. We said many times that we wanted this one, not the luxury boat which was at 17:00. I don't know why, but we ended up taking the luxury boat at 17:00. It is very strange, I don't know why they did this. They obligated us to get the luxury boat, even though we repeated many times we wanted the historical boat. Anyway... The boat trip was very nice. They has 2 options as beverages: Prosecco and orange juice (they very in small quantitites). The orange juice was not fresh, it tasted bad, like a cheap one. Except these, the view was very nice. We enjoyed the boat ride by seeing some places, we hadn't been. There was a menu, from which you could purchase any drinks or snacks. There were enough seats available, and we didn't squish with each other, as on most of other boat trips in Danube. This was a big advantage compared to other boats.

We were not planning to cruise that day, but we spotted the top of the ship, and we were got so curious, about the cruise trip and the boat. The sales team were super friendly, and professional, explained the point of the amusements, the types of the drinks that we can order on the boat and everything. The cruise were amazing, Budapest is a beautiful city, but you have to see it from the Danube.. the boat is really luxurious, it was really relaxing to have our own box, it felt so VIP. The staff on the boat were outstandingly professional, and kind, and the prices for the drinks are totally acceptable. Overall totally worth it, super service!

We enjoyed every minute! One hour (not too long, not too little) sunset ride, stunning views with a complementary glass of sparkling wine, option to order from the bar (drinks, snacks and desserts), cozy blankets for chilly weather, great service… highly recommend! Both my husband, and my little one could not agree more :)

Worth to visit. Budapest is butifull. From the river side you may see even more. I sugest to take tour at night when there is a lot of lights

Duna Cruises was lovely. Though a bit expensive than rest, the staff were smart and attentive and the boat very nice and cozy compared to others. Great thing is it was not crammed with people. The prosecco offered was very good too and prices of champagne and drinks were not bad.

A very pleasant cruise, especially the one after sunset, friendly service, very tasty drinks, blankets for cold days and umbrellas against the rain.

We chose an evening cruise and it was really phenomenal and impressive. The beautiful historic buildings are illuminated and can be admired in all their splendor from the ship. The ship gets full marks from us. Very accommodating, friendly staff 👍 with a welcome drink on deck in December and the romantic atmosphere was beyond incredible. I would book this ship again at any time, even if it is more expensive than all the others, but it is not overcrowded with tourists. However, you should be there at least 30 minutes in advance to get the best seats. Thank you very much for the good service, always happy and highly recommended.

This is not worth £50. The staff are rude and vile tbh. I am a single female travelling alone. This was my birthday meal. I arrived and was huffed and sighed at as they realised I was just 1 person which she kept repeating. On sitting at table the waitress (horribly rude) brought over my soup. I politely declined to which she huffed and puffed and muttered under her breath. She then brought out my main course and virtually threw it on the table in fact some of the pasta came out of the bowl and fell onto the table. She had an attitude like a spoilt child. I turned down the soup as I don't actually like soup so tbh I'm not sure what her issue was. I don't drink alcohol purely because I don't actually like it. I was given a glass of champagne on arrival but was not given the option of a soft drink instead. Avoid at all costs. Much cheaper and probably nicer cruises than this.

We chose the "Evening 1 hour Cruise with live music and Tokaj Frizzante". Amazing! A must do in Budapest! It was a great experience. We chose to do the 8pm one. The crew handled the guests very well. Every guest/group had a pre-assigned table. I loved that they organised this otherwise in cruises, there is always a fuss about tables. The boat wasn't over crowded. The cruise started on time. All guests were handed a glass of sparkling wine/juice (for kids). We were seated and then the fun began. Three nicely dressed men played great music throughout the evening. They go from table to table and ask for personal favourites too. The wine was good and the music was great. PS: The pictures can be taken from the deck at around the end of the tour.

We visited Budapest for a short city break and managed to catch the evening 1 hour cruise. I would highly recommend it, might cost 14000 for 2 but for the river cruise it was worth it.

Simple but very pleasant evening cruise where we viewed the most beautiful riverside buildings in Budapest while sipping a glass of prosecco.

AVOID. I have no doubt the positive reviews are fake. It's a shame these guys can run a business on the back of a neverending swarm of tourists. Took the 9:30pm (night) cruise mid August 2022. 1. The only reasons they are cheap (half price of Legenda @ 4000 Ft) is that they PACK the boat solid. Long wait to get on/off and if you're not early, forget about getting a seat on the top deck. Luckily we had 2 more nights in town so returned the next day and stood at the start of the line for close to an hour. 2. NO AUDIO guide provided, unless maybe if you bring your own headphones. We didn't, no one said to. 3. Zero safety. After the accident in 2019 the minimum is tell the tourists where the safety jackets are! 4. Hardly a smile or a "welcome aboard" statement from the crew. Absolutely nothing on loudspeaker. Basically treated like cattle.

We booked a night cruise on the VIP deck. It was a fascinating experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The drinks were deliciuos and the night view of Budapest was breathtaking. I can definitely recommend it. It is worth every penny.:-)

You can receive a 50% discount with the Budapest Card. The price is different from that of cruise ships in Korea and is very cheap. I think you must take it if you travel to Budapest, including the Parliament Building and Fisherman's Bastion Buda Castle.

We were quite disappointed. I imagine that those who went at the top really enjoyed the views, but, for those of us who were at the bottom, the views were pretty much nothing more. After a while we went to the back of the boat and the experience improved a little.

Good boat trip! Ultimately an hour is quite long to see the sights of Budapest - the parliament is definitely the star as you'd expect! But it was a relaxing atmosphere to boat around with a glass of prosecco in hand and enjoy this pleasant hour.

Great music, kind staff, and an amazing view! You are also able to request songs; the trio can literally play any song! Recommend staying inside and enjoy the music, then going out to the deck once the boat turns around.

We had a lovely experience with Duna Cruise. We booked last minute but luckily we got the sunset hour which is apparently very popular. Although we didn't get to see that beautiful sunset we still had an amazing experience. The boat itself was very clean and the staff were very kind and polite. The cruise was pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommend.

Chose to take the afternoon cruise (15:00) with 3 friends due to the amazing price. It was more than we could have ever asked for. The ride was lovely. The hot chocolates we ordered were super well priced. And we got a million beautiful photos. The Christmas decor was the perfect cherry on top. Thank you :)

Great nighttime tour, slow enough to let you take the best photos of all the bridges and historic buildings. Bring warm clothes - it gets cold and very windy at night. Come early (20-30 min ahead) if you want to catch the best seats.

Nice cruise, there where welcome drinks and you can order one as well. The sights are best in the evening. There is also a guide for the buildings and description. If you are on the upper floor and it is raining you can either hide or there are many white umbrellas scattered throughout the place.

Lovely way to see the sites and city lit up. Beautiful little boat and lovely staff. Would definitely add to the list of things to do.

Don't take the Dock11 Boat Tour on Danube it say that it will drive you for 70 minutes and the trip was only 50 minutes

Friendly staff and very clean. My partner and I did a cocktail cruise. Great price and it was really pleasant. I highly recommend to try Duna Breeze and Dock 10 something on the menu. So good!

A good cruise along the river. Most of the commentary was in time and it offered an opportunity to stop on the Buda shore near the castle or at the island.

All around wonderful experience. Staff are attentive and kind, drinks are tasty and reasonably priced, especially with the thematic discounts on each cruise. The route is great and the views amazing, and the customer service was exceptional (we could not make it to our booked cruise due to traffic and the staff did everything they could to accomodate us). Would recommend for all, especially as a romantic event! :)

Well worth the ride. They provide you a welcome drink and a blanket. Audio guide is not available and personally it did not matter to me because I was there for the views and to enjoy the moment with my friends. The 1-hr journey was amazing offering some incredible views of this beautiful city.
