Retreat Service appartment I do not reccomend any tourist or nepalese who like peace living environment. Most of the people they come in the apartment are drunker and make noise and whole apartment building people get disturbed. Note: As I am commenting about whole apartment building management, it doesnot matter whether it was a private apartment or whatever. Still if you go... live there and understand the environment like us... its up to your choice...its just a small help to let people know about the reality. Thank me later.

The apartment is amazing while the cost is on the higher side. If you are looking for a comfortable place to settle in,then it's the place. We rented the space for a day for night out. Every household things were available that anybody can think of.We had a great time. The place is very close to Swayambhu Nath so a beautiful view is always possible from the area. Parking area is sufficient. Cost is on the higher end. All other services are good like cleaning, waste management, security etc.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mother. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor which was five star deluxe quality. Clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities in the kitchen. The staff were very friendly, helping us with all our bookings. The ever smiling Sophie made sure all our requests were taken care of. It's quiet and located at a height so you get a view of the valley. Location wise this apartment is away from Thamel in a residential area so you need a taxi to get there and back. Also there aren't too many eating options around so we generally ate out or carried it back with us. If you don't mind being away from the hub and spending on taxis (approx 250-300 each way), then this place is great value for money.

It's my first time to stay in serviced apartment in Kathmandu and the experience was pleasant. Very easy and efficient check in process. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Location couldn't be any better.

If you want to visit Nepal, the city called Kathmandu, I advise you to book with the Retreat Serviced Apartments. It is very, very clean and excellent in service. The workers are so kind and intelligent, and they all speak English. I spent 18 nights with my family and felt as if it were my own home. Big thanks to Retreat Serviced Apartments.

Probably the best place for long term stay in Kathmandu. The service is excellent. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The apartments are very well maintained and have just about everything you need. There's always hot water in the shower, laundry services very efficient, fresh supply of mineral water, daily housekeeping makes your beds and cleans the apartment... The only downsides are the location (a little isolated) and the noises (stray dogs, roosters, street sellers...), but this can probably be overcame with asking for a higher floor, 5 and up.

The place is very comfortable: very friendly and helpful staff, clean apartments, good furniture and alot of useful devices in the kitchen. It is easy to get to Swayambhunath by foot and to Tamel by car. Good view to the city and Swayambhunath. During our visit to Nepal in October-November 2014 we stayed at Retreat Serviced Apartments three times, and every time it was pleasant and comfortable experience. Thank you!

Fabulous, very clean & neat place to stay, very well maintained, has every thing required for a family or a corporate team to be in for a short time or a long stay. Can prepare your own food.. has all the requirements to do so! One of the best and economical place, used to Stay in Hotel Annapurna, this is much economical, lovely and comfortable than that!!
