Food is really tasty and the space is adequate. However, elevator gets super busy and crowded during functions. I liked the management and hospitality.

The management did not communicate properly on an already scheduled event on the day of our wedding reception. Because of which we got delayed almost 2 hours waiting upstairs. The anticipated decoration of the photo booth did not meet our expectations. Flower bouquet seemed already used ones. Other than that services from the staffs were excellent. They constantly took care of the guests. Best part were the foods which everyone loved. Plenty of live stations were awesome.

We are delighted to host our baby's weaning ceremony here at the Imperial Banquet. Before the event, Suraj bhai (The Manager) guided us with the menu and was very flexible with adding live snacks and extra menu at an unimaginable price range. He also helped us with a concept of decoration and everything looked perfect on the day. Our guests loved the superb food, friendly hospitality and above all the royale ambience of this place. The roof top terrace with a beautiful ktm view is where our guests enjoyed the most. I think this is what makes IB one of the top luxurious banquets in Nepal. We are really grateful to Suraj bhai and the entire team for making this happen and I super recommend this venue to everyone.

Beautiful and spacious venue for wedding. No complaints with the food and a lot of compliments for 'gaajar ko haluwa' (Carrot pudding). Very professional staff.

Suggestion: To placed one mirror in main hall area too.

As I was totally unknown about the causal my friend take me to causal and The day I start my first time causal on imperial I was totally unknown I was unknown about the services and many more But As I get familiar with imperial I get chance to meet new friends and the staff of the in-house The staff was too good and friendly I learn many things like handling the guest. As past time I was interested on interacting with guest as I am the team members of dinning hall I can interact with guest and feel happy to serve them...thanks to imperial for giving me this opportunity ❤️ I was interested on serving and I love to interact with guest and I feel myself happy that I get that environment that I can interact with guest and feel happy to serve them Hope one day I can be good server and Thanks to imperial for providing us good opportunity ❤️
