I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Ravi Pratap. His expertise and compassionate care made my visit both comfortable and informative. I'm grateful for his dedication to the patients' well-being. Doctor is good and gives you enough time to listen and discuss about your issues but.......... Visited the clinic on 2nd Jan and again when I went for follow up on 5th Jan the receptionist told me you have to pay 400/- for followup if doctor will write new priscription. I decided to return back as I was not in a favour to pay followup on 3rd day. So only few doubts in mind: 1. Who charge for followup on third day? 2. If someone is going for followup means patient is not completely recovered so doctor will definitely going to suggest new medicine means you have to pay another 400/-. 3. Why they didn't mention on priscription regarding followup chargers after 3 days?

I was quite in a dilema but after starting treatment with Dr Mukta Paul I became quite confident and took decision to do my delivery in Pune. She is very humble, supportive, solves queries calmly, gives adequate time and is down to earth. Thank you for your support and care. Despite of tight cord around my baby's neck and Meconium she managed to do normal delivery for me. It was a miracle we had already lost hopes of normal delivery but her expertise managed to make my labor smooth, memorable and easy.
