Let's
start
with
the
most
important
aspect
of
any
restaurant:
the
food.I
ordered
Chetinada
chicken
and
they
just
served
me
some
chatpata
chicken,On
objection
they
did
changed
it
but
the
The
chicken
was
not
properly
prepared;
it
was
overcooked
on
the
outside,
leaving
it
dry
and
tasteless,
while
the
inside
was
undercooked
and
borderline
raw.
and
then
served
me
just
like
boiled
chicken
with
green
gravy
,
and
I
could
barely
take
more
than
a
few
bites.
The
taste
was
bland,
and
it
lacked
the
flavors
I
was
expecting.
It
felt
like
a
chef
had
gone
on
vacation,
and
a
novice
had
taken
over
the
kitchen.
It
was
not
just
my
meal;
the
entire
table's
food
was
underwhelming.
Naturally,
I
wanted
to
provide
feedback
to
the
staff
so
that
they
could
address
the
issue.
This
is
where
the
second
disappointment
comes
in:
the
behavior
of
the
restaurant
staff.
When
I
politely
mentioned
my
dissatisfaction
to
our
server,
they
seemed
disinterested
and
shrugged
it
off.
There
was
no
attempt
to
understand
what
went
wrong
or
to
make
amends.
It's
essential
for
any
establishment,
especially
a
restaurant,
to
take
customer
feedback
seriously
and
respond
with
professionalism
and
empathy.
I
felt
like
my
concerns
were
dismissed
without
a
second
thought.
I
hope
the
management
takes
this
feedback
to
heart
and
makes
significant
improvements
because
right
now,
I
cannot
recommend
this
restaurant
to
anyone
looking
for
a
satisfying
dining
experience.
