This chai point is in phoenix mall it is in lower ground floor.we have ordered ginger tea and egg curry puff ...ginger tea is good and the cost is 90 rupees quantity is more for 1 person ..quantity and price should be reduced..egg puff is not good ...they have 2 tables and some chairs place is conjusted..we have told them to clean table but they didn't clean all the used tea glasses paper plates are left on the table it is very dirty ..

I wanted to try the much hyped Boba Tea... Found out Chai Point has introduced a new range. Ordered Strawberry Boba shake. Asked for a takeaway cup which completely blocks any view of Boba lol. The service was good and place is clean. Its a small cafe inside Phoenix Marketcity on Lower Ground floor. Overall 4/5 for taste but Boba is just a hype!

I am neither a chai person nor a tea person but once I went to chai break with my frnds and while having our evening snacks we decided to order Irani chai and I felt like having one. It was so nice as the flavor and the aroma of the chai was so different and unique. The taste blends in the mouth and I don't know how to describe but it was good. If you love chai or want to taste it then chai point is your place

Been a visitor here since it started. Great Tea Options. The place has updated itself and has several patrons. Tasted the Kesar Elaichi flavour today. This place had Massive crowds when Tea.was charged 20 to 60rs.range. They have come with a new avatar might be after the lock down. Good service and i strongly suggest the Paneer Tikka Roll the new addition. However the place is too small to sit. They need a bigger place in case their numbers allow. Enjoyed the taste today.

Chai Point is obviously famous for there finest Tea range.. My favorite is cutting chai & Elichi chai. Also there cold coffee is a must. They offer snacks like samosa, sandwich, cookies ect. They also offer green tea, tea without suger. Place is very small and congested. Still people dnt mind to sip up their chai standing 👍 Loved the quality though bit expensive..

This outlet don't meet the expectation of a "chai point" lover. Cake were not fresh and Banana cake taste bad. They don't serve the small tea , only have that medium size tea cup, as they told me. Prices are bit higher that other chaipoint outlets. Wasted my money here, else chaipoint teas are awesome.

Chai point is such a nice place.. And specially the chai is having a great test I loved it.. I had a great time there. they are so friendly..!! Mr's Narsing is a person who looks after every single costumer what they needed. and this point is pocket friendly, cleaned, hygienic and also safe...

Place to go in Phoenix mall if you are after a proper steaming cup of chai. The masala chai and ginger lemon tea we had was the real deal. The hot ginger lemon tea did wonders for my sore throat. The lady Monika at the counter was very polite and helpful, and we were attended to with a smile. The veg puff was the icing on the cake if I can put it that way. Expect to pay around 100 for a regular cup which in my opinion is reasonable.

I just ordered plain masala Maggie. What I loved was the packaging and presentation of the food, it was quite impressive. But it is a little over priced.

Asked for lemongrass tea. Told him to make it strong and very less sugar. Within a minute I got my Tea.. But it was neither strong, not has less sugar.. I then figured out that they've used a premix, not a fresh tea. Even the powder is not mixed well, I can see poder on the cup. If they use premix, they must admit that making it strong n less sugar is not possible.. I told them I don't want that tea. To which they said "Fine". While I was leaving, they've called me back. I thought they'd say sorry Or replace my tea. But they asked if I've paid the money!! I've already paid through UPI and it's their failure to verify the payment. I also showed them that I've paid... Still they asked me to come back, made me wait for 2 minutes to check the transaction. After checking they said "Thank you".. I mean for what?? Now people who are reading this, you can understand how disgusting they treat their customers. Bye bye chai point for ever!! Disgusting.

Apart from good quality tea, that we didn't stop at one due to its awesome taste ...Monika is reason that we will come back again.... excellent customer service by her....very cheerful, helpful and excellent at her work. Chai point & Monika 👍👍👍

Hello, I was here to order ginger tea. The tea tasted horrible and the staff was so unprofessional. I also noticed rats inside this chai point at pheonix. People were also feeling so uncomfortable. Some of them just left because of rats. Coming to my tea, the tea tasted like some medicine. It was so bad and when i politely gave the review at store ,the reply was this is how we make it. That's how our recipe is. If so ,i would suggest please change and also please keep the store clean. A touch of cleanliness and professionalism can go a long way. Even if they mess up your chai no refunds or no second cups with a better tasting one. Definitely not this place again.

Very good experience. I forgot to ask for a tea without sugar but the manager Vishal gave me a replacement without sugar free of charge. Thank you for your kind customer service.

We tried the new Golden Saffron Hot tea.... The staff suggested us this and turned out to be awesome .....would recommend everyone who reads this to try this new tea ....you will love the taste for sure ..... 🤗

The tea here is absolutely amazing and so are the deserts. The tea I ordered was definitely the best tea I had in a while and the staff is great. I had a tough day at work and needed to calm down, Monika suggested me to have a Sulaimani tea, absolutely perfect. Also, you should definitely try the Banana cake, I don’t even like Bananas, but here I am having this cake. I can’t explain how good it was, but all I can say is, have the cake.

Perfect stop to quench your thirst - whether hot or chilled. Located on the lower ground level opposite Lee Cooper - same floor where Max and Hamleys are placed. As usual, serves excellent quality beverages and snacks. In Chai they have some great variety like Kesar Elaichi, Ginger, Masala, Jaggery, Lemongrass, Irani. Non-milk teas are good too. Filter coffee is top notch. The prices are of course a little steep (around 79 bucks) but hey, you can sip while you peep in the shops. Convenience comes with a cost. They have got a few simple seating options too. In all, this little pit stop is perfect to recharge your batteries while completing your 10,000 steps target in the huge Phoenix Mall.

Service was the worst- it was not really crowded yet staff showed as of they are in highly occupied mode and unnecessarily mentioned it will take longer time for a TEA! Staff was mannerless - I wished to order two beverages and my mobile was running out of battery and I preferred cash payment with 500rs note - they simply DENIED order stating No Change! When you are setting up your stall at such a highly prestigious mall, IT'S your duty to be ready with everything you need to serve each n every customer! RATING - 0/5

Be careful of every product you have here especially any beverages in covered glasses. There was a huge fly in my glass of irani chai which theo had covered and given. I had only begun to open it partially when i saw it and complained to the staff. They do not accept responsibility on the first go and said it mustve fallen in while opening. Seriously sad!
