Very rude staff. Doesn't know how to give answers to customer queries. When i asked whether your rooms can accommodate for seven persons then the guy said this is not dharmashala and if you know any such other resorts then go there don't come here. Well i have certainly seen resorts with bigger rooms and even dormitory type facility with accomodation for seven persons. Will always try to avoid this resort in future!!!

Best place to stay with your loved ones here..had great experience..eye catching view from balcony... staff was polite and helpful.rooms are clean and spacious .rate 10/10🥰

if you want to drink and enjoy, then you must go. had very bad experience, 9-10 persons were drinking from 7 pm to 2 am and sleep is getting disturbed. A strict NO NO for family

A beautiful place nearby Kolhapur overseeing the Kaneri Lake. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. The rooms here are very cozy and have an amazing view. They also serve considerably good food. And to top it all they also have a lawn where you could arrange parties..

If there are 10 stars of excellence then I would like to give that too... But these 5 stars are for owner of this resort Mr. Avinash pandharpure Sir.... Being a part of spandan foundation mumbai , we went to Hanmantwadi village situated at bank of river Panchaganga to help needy flood affected people... We were looking for nearby stay as we were coming from 12 hours journey from Mumbai to reach kolhapur . We stayed at Kaneri lake resort and Avinash Sir has not charged any amount because we came for social cause . Such a big hearted man he is , we appreciate his hospitality and want to applaud for his kindness towards us . Humanity is still alive and we witnessed it by meeting Avinash sir.... This post is just to show gratitude to Avinash pandharpure Sir....

The place is nice but not maintained well. Rooms were not cleaned may be not opened for months. And directly hand over to us. Bcoz it’s near to lake after sunset all flies comes inside your room. Owner was nice he negotiated with us on call and gave us the good offer but You can get better place in this price. Not worth staying

This place has very nice location on lake side...but has no restaurant food is not available pl check before visiting
