Worst management I've ever seen. They can't even decide the priority. People who booked slots for COVID vaccine waits for hours to complete the whole vaccination procedure. And walk In people gets in quickly... Hats off to the management staff. Great work.. ! Although, doctors are skilled. In my experience, i didn't have any problem with doctors. They are skilled and experienced. I only had problems with management. They need to improve it.

Worst experience. Visited for family vaccination. Despite already booking slot through cowin portal, had to wait for several hours for verification and payment. Queues everywhere and No social distancing maintained in queue. Very Poor management. All booking, verification, payment counters were having shuffling staff with switch happening multiple times. And now after all that when we finally got vaccinated, there is no certificate generated even after 10+ days and when called hospital, staff is giving random answers and transferring calls to dept to dept so finally it gets disconnected. Have been calling several days now. Strictly avoid if you are going for vaccination especially for first jab. As you would put your second dose in jeopardy with such mess.

Worst experience ever, very high mismanagement gave us slot for vaccination slot at 9.am didn't start till 10.30, finally got the slot at 11 am after standing in huge line(attached photo)

worst hospital ever seen. I was admitted for laparoscopic surgery. surgen was not available after surgery. he didn't picke up phone calls from hospital also. assistant doctor visited only once. hospital staff also didn't know the further actions. nobody cares for patient. they want to eat your hard earn money and empty your pockets. nobody give you proper reply.

My mothers Angeography conducted in this hospital. They shared report of 1 page and blank CD. We shifted my mother to Thane. How I can expect and how I can trust on them for successful surgery? They can’t write a CD properly.

Worst coordination with customer . I booked COVID vaccination slot by 12/09/2021 between 1 to 3 but on counter no 19 Mr bagal sir committee me for revert call for vaccination but they do not informed me regarding the 10 slot completion . Even I followeup with central phone no twice but specifically counter no 19 staff never called me regarding vaccination update . This is very very worst coordination . Defiantly due to these type of unprompted staff Sahyadri hospital degrade the value of hospital name . Request to management please coordinate with your counter no 19 staff Mr bagal sir and request him to do the proper coordination with customers .

A huge specialist hospital..All facilities are available..Commercial attitude. Clean hygienic atmosphere..Lot of parking area is available.

Engineering team doing work properly with day to day daily rounds for any breakdowns And resolving the problems with team ledder mr sachin kumbhar and hospital cleaning is very Good in Satara district

All over staff and doctors are excellent in their job. My only concern about discharge process is very time consuming. So only this reason you loss one star. Hope you improve this point.

Don't take vaccine here. They don't start vaccination until 10 persons will come. Krishna hospital is always better option than Sahyadri because they will give vaccine without any 10 persons rule. If you are in Sahyadri right now for vaccination and if they are saying we will not start vaccination until 10 person will came then don't wait more than 30 minutes... Go for krishna.
