staff
didn't
call
&
assumed
that
its
cancelled

we
re
just
allowed
to
book
for
60
min
massage
because
they
have
customer
on
1.5h
later.
I
booked
&
paid
through
txxxx
for
120min,
so
its
unacceptable.
Even
if
i
dont
pay
yet,
its
annoying,
how
could
u
just
assume
that
the
cust
will
take
short
time
massage.
U
should
check
when
they
call
-
receptionist
is
friendly
to
help
finding
solutions,
but
spa
management
is
still
not
great
yet
-
therapist
came
15
min
after
one
spa
staff
delivered
us
to
the
massage
room
(30
min
for
waiting
solutions,
journey
from
lobby
to
spa,
and
waiting
for
spa
preparation)
-therapist
is
friendly,
the
massage
is
ok,
unfortunately
cant
reach
the
level
for
making
me
relax
n
fell
asleep
deeply
-
the
massage
is
only
90
min
(
we
paid
for
120
min).
I
could
understand
if
many
spa
assume
that
15
min
for
shower
time.
But
u
also
cut
15
min
more?
I
think
its
because
they
have
next
cust
soon
(they
asked
them
to
come
one
hour
late
to
solve
our
issue).
-how
could
receptionist
ask
the
spa
staff
if
our
massage
time
would
be
cut
because
we
re
late
15
min
(
n
its
not
only
15
min
cut,
but
asking
if
its
30
min
cut)?
Even
they
didnt
do
it.
Such
funny
to
remember
it.
