Came in to get some coffee. It seems like since the pandemic there is a little less attention to detail/listening to the customer. I’m writing this review balanced because the drink ☕️ that I order is semi-complicated so I can understand it can get messed up but what I can’t take is a barista who stands there & argues or stands there with an attitude after I tell them nicely it’s wrong. Both Sia (as in Hi!) & Essence did a fantastic job ‘not’ taking it personal. They took it with smiles & corrected it after hearing what was wrong & didn’t try to get smart with me like many other Starbucks I have been too. They didn’t give me any lip & that’s the way it should be when your paying $6-$12 for a drink. Sia & Essence are keepers & they have good vibes. 🤩 Thank you very much to the 2 of you - you both deserve 10 stars 🌟 These small things can make a persons day! 😎 ☀️

Dear Starbucks Gridley staff of 11/4/23, Sat., 8-9pm: Please deal with non-patron nuisance inside your business. This guy in the large middle table who is not even a patron (not buying anything) is literally singing unintelligibly at the top of his lungs which is rude as hell. It's crazy how you just let people do this and ruin the experience of your paying customers. He is threatening by the way, tall black guy who is as audacious and rude as he can be, so it is hard for customers around him to stand up to him. If we were only bigger, we would have put our foot down. But please, look out for your coffeehouse environment and enforce safety rules in it by calling public safety officers if that's what it takes.

I DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION OFTEN BECAUSE PARKING IS HORRIBLE I I HAVE TO SAY THAT YOU HAVE A JEM OF AN EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION THOUGH ! CHRISTY IS AWESOME AND DEFINITELY CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS! GIVE THAT LADY A RAISE !!! BRAVO CHRISTY ☺️

Gotta say, I don't like Starbucks all that much (except for their Java Chip Fraps!!) but this was a nice experience. This dude, think his name is Jonah or something, made me and my sis feel super welcome which helps since she's got major anxiety. The Starbucks near me always has pretty bad service (esp around closing time) so this was a nice change! Atmosphere was super welcoming. Not often that I have a positive experience at a Starbucks but this location definitely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back for another Java Chip and, more importantly, the better customer service at this location. It def is worth the 15 min drive just for the service alone!

Good chai tea. I've never had the regular hot tea from Starbucks. It was really good. I probably will try it with hit milk if they can do that. I also had the egg bites. They are alittle expensive for just 2. But so delicious 😋 love Starbucks.

High Quality Food, Beverage, Service, and Atmostphere. Unfortunately, the Fountain changed another one still Good Atmostphere. ^^

Great location next to Los Cerritos Center. Service was prompt and courteous. There’s a relaxing outdoor patio next to the water fountain when the weather is nice.

We love this Starbucks. We drive out of our way to go to this one. The people are great! Especially Stacy. Happy friendly and helpful. Our drinks are always made well and taste great!

WHY???? I’ve been to this Starbucks on three occasions, ordered the same drink and have gotten a different tasting drink EVERY TIME!!!! I don’t understand why hat the problem is. Please test recipe knowledge for your employees, not acceptable!!

I was super impressed on how quickly the drinks came out with only two employees working. I have to give them credit they worked well as a team and the lady making the drinks was on point! I never finish my drinks that I order from starbucks because it's either a hit or miss but today my coffee was PERFECT!! I Will definitely be visiting again when I'm in the area.

Well, of course, every Starbucks serves the same coffee beverages and the same food. OK quality, but overpriced. But some locations are cleaner than others and offer better service. This is one of them.

A total sweetheart helped me at the register. I was half asleep and couldn’t make up my mind, asked her to make me whatever she wanted. Drink is fantastic and she made my day. Offered my boyfriend water too. 10/10, total angel. Hope you get a promotion or something girl, wish I knew your name. (:
