I
have
been
attending
classes
here
for
about
6
weeks
now
and
have
to
say
it's
everything
I
have
been
looking
for.
I
am
a
person
who
does
not
like
to
exercise,
I
don't
have
the
mental
strength
to
push
through
pain
or
being
tired,
and
I
have
never
been
able
to
stay
committed
to
a
gym
or
workout
class.
This
is
truly
the
first
workout
experience
in
my
life
where
I
get
SUPER
bummed
if
I
have
to
skip
a
day
I
would
normally
attend
because
of
life
things
that
come
up.
In
fact,
I
have
gone
to
early
classes
on
the
weekend
in
order
to
get
my
workout
in
before
heading
to
San
Diego
for
the
Zoo
with
the
family
because
I
didn't
want
to
miss
class.
It's
a
great
value,
the
coaches
are
wonderful
and
truly
care
about
you
pushing
yourself,
while
still
paying
attention
to
your
limits
and
meeting
you
where
you
are
at.
When
I
first
started,
I
really
thought
it
would
take
me
months
to
get
through
a
full
class
without
having
to
stop
and
take
a
few
breaks.
But
because
of
the
pace
of
class,
the
way
they
really
build
on
your
fitness
and
strength,
etc.
I
have
seen
changes
in
my
body,
energy,
mindset,
and
ability
that
I
am
shocked
by.
The
community
of
people
who
attend
is
so
supportive
and
kind
-
during
my
first
few
classes
when
I
didn't
really
know
what
I
was
doing,
multiple
attendees
gave
me
pointers,
encouraged
me,
and
made
me
feel
so
welcome.
One
of
my
favorite
things
is
how
easy
it
is
to
work
around
my
schedule
using
the
app
to
reserve
a
bag.
I
set
up
my
week's
workouts
during
the
weekend
and
can
adjust
if
needed
based
on
my
other
schedules.
I
HIGHLY
recommend
checking
out
KickHouse
Los
Alamitos
to
anyone
looking
for
a
workout
that
will
keep
them
on
their
toes,
stretch
them
to
their
limits,
and
really
challenge
what
you
think
you're
capable
of.
My
favorite
days
are
when
I
start
with
a
class
-
by
8:15am
I
have
already
burned
400+
calories,
made
my
body
and
mind
better
than
yesterday,
proved
to
myself
I
could
do
something
I
didn't
think
I
could
(even
if
it's
just
1
more
kick
or
combo)
and
overcome
at
least
1
mental
barrier.
I
don't
think
it's
possible
to
be
better
set
up
to
win
at
the
rest
of
your
day!
