    Ive worked out with a couple different trainers and none of them made me feel super comfortable or excited about working out until I started working out with Victor, he made me look forward to coming to the gym a long with changing my life style. I no longer felt as if working out was a chore but it became something I enjoyed doing. Not only did he just help reach a goal for my body, he also built confidence, I went from being shy and scared, self conscious about the way I looked and felt to being the most talkative in a room, after a couple months I was able to start making conversations with anyone I saw even strangers. He teaches you how to safely handle equipment and really instals into your brain how to use the correct forms and posture. I workout on my own now just due to not being able to commit to timing but his voice is always in my head whenever I go to the gym now, “tighten your core!” is the most prominent one. I cannot recommend Victor enough as a trainer, he extremely upbeat and positive and definitely someone you would want to have as a trainer especially if youre just getting into fitness (: Heres a before and after, my main goal was toning my stomach

    Victor is an awesome trainer. I have been working out on my own for years but in just a few months of working with Victor I saw some dramatic improvements. He continually changed up the workouts so my body would respond and the results definitely showed. Great motivator and all around great guy as well. Highly recommend trying at least a few sessions with Victor. You won’t regret it!

    If you want to work with someone that is fun and encouraging then choose Victor. Working with Victor has made my weight loss journey so much easier. He makes the workouts fun and enjoyable. Usually when I workout I tend to slack especially when I’m alone but with Victor, he pushes me through and encourages me to finish my set!

    If you’re seeking a trainer who is attentive to your program, is aware of your limits so knows when to push you, and can give you the results you are looking for — Victor Rodriguez will be the one for you! In my fitness journey while I was on my own, I very much felt like I hit a plateau with my results. I had so many questions as to what I was doing wrong, why I wasn’t progressing, & I also started to feel like my actual selection of workouts ( along with my knowledge ) just wasn’t cutting it. My time with Victor completely helped switch gears and get amazing results in two months — more than what I have seen in the span of a year I was working out on my own. He is really attentive of you, your well-being, and your progress in and out of his sessions. He created a program that was right for me and fit for my fitness goals. My workouts were gradually changing in a manner that was doable, but also challenging — Intense, but always fun. He brings wonderful charisma and energy to your time with him that makes the atmosphere welcoming and not intimidating. He makes sure you feel comfortable and inspired to keep going. If you have any questions, he will happily and in a very detailed manner answer them for you. He is extremely patient and on days you do feel quite tired, he will even moderate your workouts so that you’re able to finish and still feel the satisfaction of a solid training session. I could not be anymore serious when I say I have had an amazing experience and amount of results training with him. You will be proud of yourself for the work you put in with him and for making the decision make him your trainer. You’ll definitely feel confident and stronger as you decide to continue your fitness journey with him.

    Victor is an amazing trainer! I have seen my strength and physique improve dramatically while training with him. He really teaches you technique and knows his stuff about nutrition and fitness. I truly appreciate his kindness and willingness to help me meet my fitness goals. He is a great trainer and person. Highly recommend :)

    Victor is a great personal trainer! Not only is he inspiring but he makes working out in the early mornings very fun. Even in group settings he ensures that every person has the right personalized workout regimen.
