Found what we needed. Staff wasn't helpful. Two staff members saw that I kept searching and searching for a particular pant size and all they did was gossip. I tried asking for help, but the gossip was more important.

Loyal customer since in 90s. Bought alot of clothes online and had to return a few items at the store. I've asked 1 item for price adjustment (online discount), Crystal and her crew honor it. Thank you for providing utmost customer service which difficult to get good customers service in these days.

I order some stuff on line and need it to return so I went to express in Cerritos mall I had a wonderful customer service by a girl name Rosie, she was very helpful. And nice all I can say is outstanding customer service .

Bad service dirty store. If you like Express store go to another one. The women don't like to help there.

I am not a person who complains much but today i must complain about your Cerritos store. When i walked in I did not get greeted by your staff. Inwas shocked to see close all over the place (cluttered in different areas of the store). Employees chitchating and could care less about customer service. The fitting area looked really bad, again clothes everywhere. . Ive been a loyal customer for years and this is the first time i see the store this bad. I strongly suggest management rettain this crew that was working this evening. One more thing, the manager on sites contributed to the chitchating and horrible service.1Lastly, please enforce a dress code. The manager wearing converse? Not sure that is appropriate for Express ,and only one cashier open, while i was there shopping

I always buy my work clothes there. They're good quality and last a long time. But everytime I go they never have enough shirts in my size especially when on sell. I have to go back or another store. Today they had one large.

Overpriced but the clothes here are nice in a good quality so you can't go wrong with that, friendly employees and the store was very clean, such a nice store in a good environment I'd be fair

Layout has changed dramatically after remodel. Less men’s clothes and men’s clearance section has be minimized to two racks. Women’s clearance section was a mess with multiple items on the floor. Bad experience. Will be going to other express stores now.
