    I recently applied for this apartment and all i say about the management leasing staff is Wow. They do not care about you. Carmen leasing consultant is very power pushing on her words and changing agreement whatever she feels like its best for her and the management. I never had such a bad experience with the leasing staff like this in my life. First the security deposit changed to a higher amount even tho my wife and I had good credit above 750. We are good tenants, quiet and always paying our bills on time on our current resident. I also made over 2.5 more in income then the monthly price on the unit but the deposit changed to full amount due to my wife not working because she is taking care of our 21 months daughter. After speaking with my wife we were okay with the full amount and decided to proceed. 2nd we made a partial $100 deposit after our application was approved to a move in date of 8/29/21 so that it can give us time to give our current resident 30 days which during the online application I was only able to choose a move in date from 8/16/21 to 8/31/21. They also asked if i have notified my current resident 30 days notice which I marked NO. After we initial, sign and sent the Hold Deposit agreement and application receipt to the leasing management which we review and verified move in date of 8/29/21 we decided to proceed with the process. Now that our 72 hrs is up for us to cancel and get full refund back, The leasing consultant informs us that we need to move in earlier then 8/16/21 because the unit of sudden is ready sooner. Please keep in mind we havent even seen the unit yet. With all the changes and how the leasing staff was My wife and I decided not to proceed because we felt very uncomfortable living at the apartment under this management. I hope this can help with new tenant trying to apply for this location.

    not a very good management company at all. i tried to pay my rent check in hand and they said that they couldnt give me the amount because the manager wasnt there i attempted to do this for two weeks then when i was finally able to pay it they charged me a late fee. they changed the sub panel in my apartment and left it all dusty when i told the manager about this she said that it was "impossible" that they had left the room dusty and dirty after the panel was upgraded. when i told her that it was dirty she said that it would be a process to check the room and she would have to talk to the maintenance guy to verify if it was dry wall in our room and not our own mess. she also said that it would be a tedious process and it would take long to verify. i said no worries i want someone to come to the room and check it. after that i walked up to my apartment and then not 5 min later she showed up with the maintenance guy to check the room. to their surprise the room was how i told them it was. the room was dusty with dry wall and our shoes and electronics were covered in it. after the manager and maintenance guy left she started speaking in Spanish, possibly thinking i wouldn't understand (both of them spoke English) they both acknowledged that the room was dirty because of the panel upgrade and said well have someone come up and clean it. they never did. after that we had an ant problem. they told us before we rented the apartment that we must tell them IMMEDIATELY if see any insect to inform them. so we did. it took them a week to come fumigate the place and even then we didnt know for sure if they fumigated the place because there was no confirmation the day of. when i called the office to ask they told us "ya its Thursday so he should have been there". the ants did not leave the apartment so me and my wife both took it on ourselves to draw out the ants. so we did. on top of having neighbors who were constantly fighting and yelling. would not recommend for anyone especially at the prices they are at right now

    A good place to live. Clean and quiet area. For four years living very comfortably in Capistrano Gardens, I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

    The application process was extremely easy and accommodating. Made a same day appointment and the open unit was removed from the website once I applied. Jordan and Yvette are professional. If you like in a quiet area, and not being too far from fun activities, Norwalk is exactly what you're looking for. Reasonable prices and kind leasing agents are the main reason I decided to apply, but this location is the cherry on top!

    My family have been living at Capistrano Gardens for about 7 years. And we love it!!! We love that its nice quiet peaceful. The staff is amazing! The manager Yvette is awesome she always takes care of all our needs quickly. Never had any issues or complaints. I highly recommend Capistrano Gardens for your next home!!!

    I've been Living here for a few months and I love it, the staff is great and Danny the manager is always available and quick to respond to my needs. I love this place and I'm glad I can call it home. The manager is very nice and his assistant is absolutely awesome. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I love the fact that the property is also pet friendly, my pooch has cute dogs to play with. Also, The pool and fitness room make this place even better as I don’t need to leave home to go to the gym.

    This is a VERY quiet community. I barely hear any noises throughout the day and night. People living in this community are nice and they have PHENOMENAL office staffs. Reach out to Yvette and Jordan, they will be assisting you super friendly!

    I have lived in Capistrano Garden for a while and my experience here has been a blast. Maintenance always take care of my requests, unless they are too busy and my request is not an emergency like a flooding. Management always post notices on our doors about projects they are working on, so we prepare in the case we need to move some furniture. Yvette Gonzalez is the manager at Capistrano Gardens and she's very professional and sweet.

    I’ve been a resident here since 2016 and it’s very peaceful , clean , spacious and a safe place to raise your child. Yvette is a great property manager who goes above in beyond to meet tenants needs . I will highly recommend Capistrano Garden Apartments to anyone who is looking.
