I give it 5 starts , but only when I am working There. I work mostly graveyard. Most who gose to the store at night knows me and I can say if you want a great experience at the store, just come to the store when I'm working. Starting Friday night , ending Wednesday morning . I'm sure you will enjoy your visit.

Most lazy employee I've ever seen. ALL THE COFFEE WAS COLD AND NOT READY! when asked if there was any being made he said he'd make some but didn't move from his post yawned and drank out of his big gulp soda and didn't move a damn inch. There was no creamer. the guy was so rude. He is bald and tall. Works early in the morning. This is not one of the first things someone wants to see or deal with in the morning right before work. We go to get our coffee and to start the day on a good note. And HE IS NOT A GOOD NOTE. pissed me off so much I wanted to throw my cold coffee at his ugly mug.

Tired of buying lotto tickets there and getting the wrong one. Went in today to get a five dollar quick pic for tonight drawing in super lotto and got one quick pic for the next five drawings. This is the fourth time this happen to me. I wish they would train them right on theseveral machines. Plus the person behind the counter seemed drunk or high on something . Just to let you know. This was around 3:30pm Wed 8/12/2018. They should have offered to print up the correct one each time they screwed up. No they were no busy. No line at the counter.

I have been coming here for morning coffee and snacks. For the past month the lady with the blue hair is rude and does not open the store at the scheduled time. Several customers leave without a purchase for lack of service.

the cashier waited to put his on his mask until i got to the register, at least put it on when the customer walks in. aside from that, the store was clean and the cashier was friendly. but this spot is a hidden gem. if you love authentic japanese snacks this is the spot. yes it’s a bit pricey but the snacks are really good.

i got over-charged for minute maid agua fresca mango flavor that cost 1.79 the price scanner didnt work, i told this lady the price and still over charges me 6.96. i was thirsty and got it like that but for some people watch out, this place is not what it was used to be. hire people that understand english.

I have several 7-11 locations near me that are really close but I prefer going to this one for the following reasons: * Store is clean. * Outside of store is kept clean. * Customer service has always been friendly and helpful. * Restroom is well maintained. * Nice variety of items to select from. * Prices seem to be a bit less than most 7-11 stores. * Location is easy to get to with ample parking (though sometimes it can get a bit busy in the early am hours). *** Sometimes they carry unique collectable items so keep your eyes open for them!

I have been coming to this 7eleven for many years , but in the last months since the new owners took over is not the same anymore. The new people working after 2PM are so Rude they don't greet customers and they don't have any intention to interact with the customer. I miss the morning girl and the other people in the evening . This place will never be the same anymore. That's why we stop going
