The low rating is because a couple years ago, one of the founders did a root canal that failed early, only after about a year. I even told them it wasn't feeling right and they told me not to worry about it. Fast forward, their negligence and shoddy work has costed me thousands. The day to day of the clinic is fine, the cleanings are good, though their staff is very salesy. My new dentist is amazing and focused on results, not sales. Definitely be wary of going here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Also super communicative and clear with whats actually going on with your teeth, as compared to my last dentist at least. Just got my wisdom teeth removed and they for sure know what they're doing as far as making sure you're comfortable and not in pain. Would highly recommend to anyone who has been considering switching dentists. :)

My dental visit at Townview was very pleasant. The staff was nice, professional, and looked great! And everyone was helpful in their positions. My dentist, Dr. Gina Nguyen, was very thorough in her explanation of the x-rays. Mercedes, who dressed and looked impeccably, explained the payment plans in an easy-to-understand way. Lastly, the musical soundtrack in the office was soulful and fantastic! It was enough to make me chair dance! I look forward to doing business with them.

We went to this office today because they accept our insurance and advertised on their website that they do pediatric care. (My 7YO had an abscess on her gum and we were looking for same-day care.) We should have walked out as soon as the nurse who brought us back told us "we're not really set up to take X-rays on kids." We made the error of waiting around for the doctor to come look at the issue. Instead of being reassuring to my anxious and in-pain child, the doctor said "it's ok if you're nervous, I am too -- I don't really work on kids." Only after that interaction was it revealed that their policy is to do an initial exam and then refer out to a pediatric specialist. (And the two referrals they tried to give didn't even take our dental insurance.) We needed care for my kid and instead we were jerked around for 2 hours so that this company could bill our insurance and then refer us out without doing ANYTHING. By the time we left other offices that could have been an option were closing or booked for the rest of the day. Very disappointed and frustrated at the entire experience. They should not be advertising pediatric care if they cannot provide it, it's a very deceptive way to be able to do extra billings without providing any real services.

Usually I go to their Westwood clinic but today I went to their main clinic in Fullerton. This clinic was massive beautifully and tastefully designed. It is staffed with very nice helpful people as well. I’m not putting down the Westwood clinic which is also staffed with kind excellent people. It’s just that it’s tiny in comparison and can’t compare to the feel on Fullerton. But if you live in LA the Westwood clinic is still a great bet!
