This place doesn’t serve good food at all. An authentic Frankie is thin, long, cheesy and crispy. The food they served is none of the that. They have a menu item called papdi chat and if you see the picture, you will laugh at it. They make it look like nacho’s but the taste just doesn’t work. We had paneer Frankie, Chana masala Frankie, paneer bowl , chaat and shahi paneer bowl and not a single item was good. Everything was average and this is coming from some one who is a Indian living here for 20+ years. #BLAND #SAD

Service Great! Cleanliness Great! Food PACKED WITH FLAVOR! 1st time having Indian food! Tad spicy for me but I’m a wimp with spicy cuisine. Also had Mango drink ! Sweet & tart 😋. MUST try. Pictured below Salmon Masala bowl 🔥

I believe the Frankie's are a spinoff of Kathi Rolls which originated in Calcutta. If you don't have the expectations of a kathi roll, or if you've never tasted authentic Indian food, you probably won't be disappointed. That said, these were okay. They weren't spicy at all, and the depth of flavor from the masala was absent. There's also an unconventional sour note at the end of every bite for each of the items I tried. Lastly, although plentiful, chicken thigh would probably be a better choice instead of chicken breast as it's a bit dry. Glad I ended up checking this place off the list, but especially since the novelty of their location is no longer applicable(their business started off inside of a gas station) and the prices have adjusted to the relatively upscale locale, I don't think they stand out at all.

Wonderful food and excellent service. Hybrid of Indian and Mexican delicacy. Beef Samosas with the green sauce(cilantro mint) is mwahhh. I prefer the burrito over the bowl unless you get the deconstructed bowl.

This restaurant is outstanding. First of all, it is SO CLEAN. I saw the waitresses wiping the table after each table left, even though this is not a sit down place but more a fast food spot. Secondly, the food here is so unique and delicious. I loved the chicken tikka masala Frankie(Indian burrito) here. It was so amazing, extremely juicy. The employees here are really friendly too, greeting everyone with passion and answered all of our questions. This restaurant just became my new go-to place for modern Indian food!

Located inside west side mall (recently shifted from chevron gasoline station) is a big brand now. Looking into older reviews I was eager to try one of highly rated Indian restaurant in LA. My personal experience was not so great. I eat typical Indian Frankie who found this Frankie disappointed. The service was good though. Don’t have high expectations if you are from India especially. Indian cheese( paneer) was the worst. It was literally bland. The chicken bowl was kind of not good, the masala was raw and not cooked well. Hopefully they rectify their mistakes soon.

I've been waking past this restaurant and decided to give it a try on my lunch break. I ordered the crispy fish tacos which were priced reasonably and a veggie samosa. The veggie samosa was perfect. I enjoyed the fish tacos and the nan bread was a pleasant surprise. However, I did feel like there was a seasoning missed on the tacos. However. Everything was fresh and portions were perfect. I'll be back

Frankies the size of burritos! Loved the combination of Indian curry wrapped in fresh naan, well balanced with veggies and pickles! Portions are quite generous and might need a burning appetite to finish one in a single meal. Mango lassi is quite delicious and goes very well with these wraps. Seating is limited, but wasn’t crowded, place is well lit and neat.

My boyfriend brought me here right after I landed at LAX. The Shahi Paneer frankie was delicious - authentic taste and the paneer was done very well. The rose lassi was rich and delicious as well! Service was very good and the owner took the time to ask us how everything was; he was very nice to talk to about the restaurant. Absolutely loved it and will be returning soon :)

Tried the Frankie's, Chai and Fish Pakora. Fish Pakora was amazing! Well spiced and perfectly crispy. Reminded me of Fried Fish sold in the streets stalls of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Frankie's were decent. The flavours of the different fillings and sauces dint seem cohesive enough like they should for a Frankie. But everything ingredient tasted so so fresh and flavourful. Would go again to try the other ones for sure. Chai was great too, could use a little more ginger but definitely not Americanized.

The food is good, better than I expected it to be but felt the quantity is not too great. Prices seem to be reasonable. I think Frankie is probably one of the best dishes served here. Definitely worth visiting or trying food from this place.

I decided to check this place out based on the reviews. I have to say that it was a disappointment. I ordered the chicken masala Frankie. The Frankie was barely warm. The flavor was way below average. The Naan was falling apart. The chicken breast wasn't cut properly, I found a couple of chicken cartilage while I was eating it. It was in no way as good as Bollywood Grill. Bollywood Grill offers better quality and a much better flavorful Frankie. The Bombay Frankie is the picture on the right hand side. As it can be observed on the pictures below, the Bollywood Grill Frankie, left hand side, looks delicious and not only that, it was delicious.

The hype seems way overrated here at least for the Chicken Tikka Frankie which was just overcooked tough chicken coated in a light tasting Tikka sauce. As others have said, the food doesn't come out hot but just merely lukewarm. The mango lassi was just ok.

This is basically am Indian restaurantand serving limited items both veg and non veg cuisines. We went there around 8.25pm, we were told they close@9pm, so ordered Nanns, Chicken Tikka Masala and Alu Gobi (sweet potato and cauliflower). The taste was okay. Of course we can't expect to have that Indian taste and authenticity here in USA. Rate of the dishes was also moderate. Actually we came to one of the branches of this restaurant, heard the main branch serves more authentic Indian cuisines.

A decent Indian restaurant with limited menu. Visited with a group of 7. It’s not an authentic Bombay Frankie they serve Indian version of a burrito. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. We tasted shahi paneer and Chana masala burrito. It was okay. It tasted kind of chaat. Both of them were of similar taste. We also tried aloo gobi and shahi paneer Frankie bowl, tandoori paneer pizza and mango lassi. Frankie bowl tasted average, lassi was delicious.

We ordered Chicken Tiki Masala Frankie and the Aloo Gobhi. The idea was good but there was just too much sauce everywhere, wasn't a clean eat. Also it would be better if there was rice inside but also the burrito might not have held up due to overstuffed. A fusion that missed but the aesthetic was nice inside.
