(For my fellow truck drivers). Just to get here is a cluster. Don’t try to make the right from West Jefferson on to Hauser, it’s too tight of a turn unless there isn’t anyone coming. You’re best bet is making a block and coming back to make a left on to Hauser. (Truck entrance located on Hauser). Experience with staff was nice though.

I truly enjoy the fact that restaurant depot is close to my area, and I really don’t have a lot to complain about. But I find it hard to believe that stores smaller than RD, offer meat a much lower price. I totally understand that the price of meat and goods have increased. I’m currently paying over a hundred bucks for a case of spare ribs. Come on RD, you can definitely do better. Leave some meat on the bone for the small businesses.

bad cashier service, I asked to cancel a turkey because of his price, because it was wrong, at the cashier it was another price. attendant kept commenting and marrying from my face to the other attendant who was at the front cashier … I felt humiliated and left feeling embarrassed by the service of this individual poorly prepared for the work that is to serve the customer ….terrible!!! I am a partner of two restaurants and I make a point of never buying anything at the restaurant depot again

Slow ppl and they always run out of something and it always take 30minutes to wait for them to bring in from the back

This store I usually get what I want. Service has gotten better. They have supply issues (3/13/23)

This is the place to go for live lobster (wild caught). Decently priced dungness,snow crab, Alaskan 10 lbs box every cut of meat. Chilly shopping expected

Truck Driver don't come to this place unless you want to spend all day here staff are rude

I just learned that this restaurant fired a Black woman, because she was heard saying she likes Ye (Kanye West) because he keeps it 💯. By firing sister Passion, Jetro has shown itself to be anti-Black. The Black nation will be there this Wednesday, 11/23/22, to protest and hold a press conference, in support of sister Passion.

I've been going here for over 15 years and today's experience really makes me consider taking my business elsewhere. I had 3 items & there was only 2 lines open. Each line had 2 customers with what appeared to be supplies for a month. I waited patiently as 1 of the customers and I arrived at the same time. The teller saw this,The employee of the line I was in, opened another line and even though we were there at the same time, she took him first. Me 3 items, the other guy super full cart. When I calmly brought the whole thing to her attention, she became rude with a bad attitude, meanwhile the manager stood right there and watched without intervention. I then asked her if she was going to say something. At least the manager seemed to recognize how it all played out and apologized, but it was kinda empty at this point. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS TRIP!!!

This place is massive The employees were helpful which is very much appreciated since you can get lost in this place if you're a first timer. It is a members only kind of store. It is clean and well lighted but not as neat as Costco. Checkout can be slower. The big carts can be a threat to your vehicles so watch out

Worst receiving ppl ever, you try to check in and they just look at you and ignore u, so truck drivers be ready to be ignored as u try to check in

This is for industry only. Don't come here if you need a small quantity of anything because it's mostly bulk amounts. The line can be quite a wait as well.

Pretty good location, just hit and miss with the products on occasion. Kept clean and the staff are very friendly. Only thing is not having the products I need, but I guess that s&d at its finest.

This place is good only because it s close to kitchen ONLY reason to be here. Staff might hate their job.

They take a very long time to unload, they are in no hurry at all. Terrible service. Expect it to take you 4-5 hours.

I m here for delivery. They took 5 hr to unload and paperwork done . Never come back again

Lady at the entrance was so rude, cashier was mentally somewhere else and a lot of pallets around the store (safety obviously is not their priority) supplies wise: it's ok, not the best, not the worst, they have nice aprons and spatulas.

Love how they are on instacart so we dont have to go through all the hassle walking from asile to asile and loading/unloading. It frees up our tune for better things
