This place never has their lobby open. Price quoted did not include taxes. The room was filthy. The walls had dried soda drippings. The bathroom door and walls were worse. There was unfinished drywall work. The shower was tagged with graffiti. We were called at 10:30 pm and told to leave. Management felt our concerns to Wyndham required our reservations to be cancelled. Luckily, I took a video of the room for reference. For other reviews consistent with this one, check out other booking apps. This is not an isolated instance. My suggestion for using the business would be to look elsewhere.

Could have had cleaner rooms, and coffee in them would have been nice. The breakfast was pretty weak too and was only 2 options juice and coffee. Staff is really friendly though!

This place is okay. Room was fine. Bed was not that soft and the sheets were thin so I was too cold at night (and the AC/heating is way too loud even with earplugs so I had to turn it off). They require a $50 cash deposit which is annoying. I’m Wyndham Diamond and they only let me late checkout by one hour (initially they only wanted to give me 30 minutes).

Got a nonsmoking room for two nights. The service was good and had Clean room and towels. We would definitely revisit, since we love Orange County, knotts berry farm and Dysney.

Room was clean but it felt empty. Bathroom, with shower and toilet was tiny. Cigarette burns on comforter. They had flat sheet instead of fitted sheet. Bed was comfy. Area felt secure. Did not check what they offered for breakfast. They did have a vending machine, laundry and ice machine. Pool looked clean.

Excellent value and excellent location to stores restaurants and wonderful diner next door. Rooma are large and bathroom is clean.Towels are cheap refrigerator freezes food and breakfast is limited are the only downside Safe quiet location and lots of channels on TV.

I have to say that people at the front desk are kind and respectful. However, the rooms are filthy, really disgusting. I couldn't fall asleep. Too noisy. Next door guests were playing music/TV loudly until 11:30 pm when I decided to call the front desk and ask them to put a stop to it. And they did. But the noise above didn't stop even past 2 am. Unbelievable how horrible the place is. Towels are so rough like exfoliating pads. Bed cover was dirty. Curtain has burned areas, lamp shade is filthy, and the dresser drawer has not bottom!! . The weird thing is that they want deposit in cash !!

This was the worst experience at a facility in 25 yrs. Grouchy check-in staff, broken features in the room, soap was so hard it wouldn't lather when showering, towels were card board hard, and price was not the same as promised when booking. Never again. I'd rather sleep in my car.

I gave this place 5 stars because my stay there was a quiet and pleasant experience. This hotel compares favorably to other hotels I stayed at before. The rooms are spacious and nice. The beds here more comfortable than other hotels. The staff friendly and courteous. Even giving us extra time to check out. My overall experience with this place was positive. Pets are allowed.

I don’t know what occurred in the past but I am from Seattle and I’ve never found a Motel hotel with good prices and very clean it looks like the Hilton the new owner is very nice and I would stay here again everything is remodeled I’ve been staying here for three days the owner is a sweet lady

Clean rooms, clean sheets, nice big beds. Very quite at night. Has laundry on site thats open all night. No bugs which is a plus. Stayed a few nights and signed up as a reward member, and got discounted price which was nice.

Room was clean n nice, the only problem was you can hear the upstairs room taking a shower @ 3: in the morning, n taking a shower the shower made an awful noise while it was running. But other than that the stay was nice. A. WALKER

Would stay again. From the outside, it may not look as cleanly, due to the area. However, i was pleased with the sanitary rooms.

This is one really nice little hotel, the rooms are great and very nice. The price is right the location is good the staff is great, I would definitely stay there again. P.S. ....CHECK THEM OUT.

The rooms are good , clean, awesome discount on weekdays , light breakfast offered, the mangers & owners are great . It's way better service that 60% of the hotels around .

This is newly remodeld place. It very clean. The night check is very helpful. The lady at the desk this morning went far and beyond to help us. Stores, restaurants, gas stations are just less than 9 minutes away.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. No bugs. A/C worked well. Pool was open and front desk was professional and kind.

Came for a funeral and stayed with a friend in a room here and honestly kind of annoyed. 1) I don't think I've ever heard of an upcharge for a non-smoking room before...usually its the other way around. That wasn't that bad however 2) they were doing some house keeping/maintenance into the wee hours. Why am I hearing furniture being moved and things being dropped from mid day until 1 in the morning or later??? That's unacceptable. People are trying to sleep and especially after having a long and emotionally exhausting day, it would be nice to not have big furniture being moved around while trying to rest. Lastly, I'm sure the workers are really nice so I can't be too harsh on the service but also we left out trash and towels to be picked up and no room service came by so we had to share our last clean towel and deal with only having 1 deflated pillow to ourselves. Oh and some of the bedding had holes in it which is whatever but I could tell the sheets were old. Hopefully they were at least washed! The area isn't bad at all and is actually really close to a lot of things so that's a plus!

Don’t go there! Unless you want to have a rude conversation with the owners and the staff They both were talking very rude And there’s suspicion of a bed bugs So be aware also Some of the bedsheets had a black dots After they gave me a new one with that black dots She refused to move me to another room, because she said that I can have the bedbugs on me Ridiculous!!! And the shower mixer had a wall paint on it So it felt oily Just save your money and go elsewhere Especially for the price it allows

The swimming pool was so small it's a joke to call it a pool. No area around pool to lounge, about 3 or 4 chairs. Front desk has policy to ONLY accept cash of $50 for room deposit...or leave your Driver's liscence, ..What? Crazy! Dry cereal and banana for bfast..very weak...

The rooms were clean and the service was great. The staff was amazing and stayed up late when I had a three hour delay from when I said I would check in. It's a great budget hotel for the price.

Owner and staff are friendly, helpful. Best time to book a room online, prices are reasonable, but cheaper online and during peak hours. Close to laundry mate, restaurants, fastfood , department stores, close to Knott Berry farm, and Disneyland . Check in is fast and easy.
