I'm really disappointed with how this Chick-Fil-A location handled a health violation. My boyfriend & I ordered some chicken tenders where I found the last piece with fly eggs (maggots, refer to photo). When I called, I didn't feel like the man I spoke to understood the situation. So I drove back with my boyfriend to inform one of the managers. She apologized and quickly gave us a $10 refund. Given that I wanted to be very subtle about it as customers stood near us... I really wished Chick-Fil-A employees had at least asked for my name and contact information to check up on me in a few days to show that they really do care about my well-being. Eating rotten food can cause food poisoning or worse leading to medical attention. Please do better so this never happens again.

I came here to grab lunch for work I ordered the 12 piece chicken nugget meal only to have tiny pieces of nuggets (as if 1 whole nugget piece was broke into 4 pieces)counted as whole pieces. The food overall was delicious the service was fast and friendly. But to find that once I opened the container was very disappointing. Please I did not order a 7 piece with crumbles son that isn't okay. Pictures included.: (To the owner) Thank you for responding I do in fact have the app.

Ordered a gluten free grilled chicken sandwich and received in the bag a chicken club with standard bun and a side bun.... didn't notice until back at work. Had to eat fries and sauce.

The food is good but the one consistent negative with this Chick-Fil-A location is their inability to fill up the containers for the waffle fries. When you order large fries, there is a very strong chance you won't be getting what you paid for at this CFA. The latest one I ordered was what prompted me to write this, the fries were hardly filled halfway, picture included. This repeated occurrence makes me think twice now when Chick-fil-A is suggested despite the quality of the food.

Food is small af now. I ordered for me and my brother and had to eat the whole order before i can give it to him change the name to chicken fries or pinkies instead of fingers. Spicy sandwich is trash now since its so small also! The lettuce tasted gross as well!! Sent from my iPad

I never want to do these reviews but today was day I did. The drive thru was fine until I got to the window. I ordered a sweet tea and a unsweetened tea was given. No big deal, I mentioned it to Stephanie the employee who was at the window, which then turned and sighed. Do your job and don’t give an attitude for a simple hiccup.

Amazing customer service! Great food! Tried the chicken tortilla soup, wow, yummy, but I had to add my own tortillas. The ice cream cone , wow, I need that machine in my house.

I have been going to this location ever since I moved to the area 3 years ago; this is my absolute favorite Chick-fil-A! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. In the entire time I've been going here, there's only been one time something was wrong with my order, and that was just that they had forgotten my sauce hahaha. Seriously the best location! Even if the place looks busy, the line moves super super fast! Getting into the parking lot can be a little tricky though if it's after 5:00 p.m.

I always have to check condiments because they forget or don’t give enough. They will give you one sauce for meal with fries. Its happened to me a few too many times but its the nearest location near my job. Theres construction in the area so traffic is heavy.

Love Chick-fil-A. I love their chicken noodle soup and their Chick-fil-A deluxe. They do have sauces as well. I usually get ranch and polynesian sauce. The polynesian sauce is a bit sweet but not to sweet. They also have a playground inside for the kids. They have a drive thru with 2 lanes formed. Also don’t forget to download the app to earn points for free food.

Its flavor is great at all times, the boys' attention to you will always be a kind smile 😀. This place is one of my favorites for my children. Every piece of chicken is delicious.

I really like this place, I am fairly new to Chick-fil-A but will most definitely be returning regularly, the food is excellent, the service is top notch, customer service is beyond and I give them 5 stars all across the board,

I'm not sure if I have ever had a less than great meal from a Chick-fil-A. I'm not allowed to eat french fries any more. That was my favorite thing here, but I sneak a few every now and then. 😁

Everything was good except how long we waited for a second Frosted Lemonade - the restaurant was crowded , busy and a bit unkept- Surprising for a Chick-fil-A... Not my favorite location - I prefer the location over the hill - but the Frosted Lemonade is almost always the reason I'm there !

Went through the drive-thru and on the left lane hit a plate which could've caused it to go down and my car rim hit the concrete. Kristin said their is nothing she could do. As I was trying to get more clarification to why they couldn't do it, she kept laughing their is nothing she could do even if I went back. I am more disappointed in how it was handled by Kristin than the issue, which does hurt me because I do my best to take care of my cars. I asked to check her camera, but she just kept on giggling. Always long waiting lines, but food taste good. However, the cashier needs to communicate with simple basic words, a little louder ton, and use simple and easy vocabulary to communicate with foreign language people. Don't expect all people understand English Slang words. A good thing I was there.. My friend wouldn't understand! A cashier sounds like annoying racist English teacher Repeating the words again. Always the smart cashier knows how to find easier vocabulary to communicate with people. I guess that's why they are only cashiers. That make sense.. After all, you really cannot fix stupid! ...Lol...

First time visiting this place and I Loved it! 😍

So disappointment that I went to get my favorite cookies, and they were so hard.😕 I hope it was a one and only time because wouldn’t want anyone else to get hard cookies, especially if it’s a kid. They were so hard to bite. I got two of them. To put it behind me I went to the location in La Habra this morning and got two cookies again, and they were nice and soft.😊 Other than my chief complaint about this time, I’ve never had a problem here.

The food was great and everything but one problem I had is that one of the employees named Christopher refused to give me the amount of sauces I have asked. One of the reasons I like chik fil a is because of their sauce but I wasn’t able to get the amount I wanted which is a bummer.

Fast, easy, great food. The line was long in the drive through but it went fast regardless. They do a good job managing drive through traffic

The food was great but just disappointed. We got to this place about 15 min before closing but we noticed there were people dining inside. When we ordered, we ordered to dine in. Then when our order was given we were told they were losing and gave our food to go. We then ate on the outside tables and was later told we had to leave because it was closed. Yet people were still inside eating and we were told to leave.

Drive thru, made my order and the total was 26. Okay they missed up on my order by one sandwich. They tell me they have to cancel the whole order to replace the one I want. Why can’t they just switch the burger instead of allowing my bank to take 4-5 business days for a full refund. And then they have the audacity to make a re order that 52 bucks straight from my bank account. Do you not release how the economy is right now? Couldn’t even offer me a gift card or something just how I seen it done for others issue since their skin is lighter and my is brown. Whoever was the shift leader or manger is definitely hating on me.

So far as many times as we order in drive thru we have had our orders always right & ways hot. Great service and fast as it should be. I like the grilled nuggets & all the salads,my husband likes all the fried food.

Should I be concerned that this chicken looks undercooked? And has the mac n cheese always been $8?!

Trevor has THE BEST customer service EVER!!! You can tell he genuinely loves his job. I Love to see him every time I go thru the drive through. Chic Fil A. You are very lucky to have him. I hope you treat him well!!

Today may 11,2022 around 8:30 am I drop my daughter's to school and I redeem a cup of coffee (mobile order) to my closest chick fille it happen to be the one in Fullerton and they just made my day , they made me feel special, what a great feeling, I live like 3 min away from the one In la Habra and from now on I will try to come more often to this Fullerton location. I wish I could had his name so I could posted here and he can get some credits. Excellent customer service 👏

Fast and friendly service. Order was accurate. Food was fresh. A manager walked by to check how we're doing and asked if he could help refill our drinks. It was a great experience overall.

Placed a mobile order and had to wait 10 minutes to receive my food. Came in with multiple people who’s orders were fulfilled before mine, watched people literally walk in place and order and get their food prior to myself and I ordered 2 things. I normally get really great customer service from chick fil a but this one left me a horrible experience and I won’t be back.

Top notch guest service! My food was ready as I walked to a table, the young person, who brought me the food asked if I needed anything else. I said no but thanks, he circled the dining area, and got back to me, asked me if I needed more sauce or anything. It was not busy, and I was able to enjoy my meal!
